Rajiv, a B. Tech from IIT Delhi and PGDM from IIM Lucknow, has over 26 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Rajiv is currently the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Capital Limited. He is also the Chairman of Tata Capital Financial Services Limited, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited and Tata Securities Limited and is also on the Board of Tata Cleantech Capital Limited, Tata Capital Pte Ltd. and Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited.

He has served as an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank where he was responsible for several businesses including retail banking, business banking, rural banking, financial inclusion, technology and digital banking.  He has also served as the Chairman of ICICI Home Finance Company Limited and was on the Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Prior to his current role, Mr Bali spent 24 years with Kotak Group. His last position at Kotak Mahindra Bank was of Senior Executive Vice President, overseeing consumer banking retail asset products including home loans, loan against property, credit cards, salaried personnel loans and SME loans.

Previously he also held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd (KMPL) and also was a Director on KMPL’s Board. Dr. Bhaskar Dasgupta

Dr Bhaskar Dasgupta is the Associate Director of Business Development at ADGM focusing on financial services across emerging markets and Europe.  Dr Dasgupta is responsible for overseeing the development of the banking, asset management, private banking sectors including key areas such as Crypto Assets, FinTech, Sustainable Finance, Digital Banking and Digital Investment Management in ADG.

Prior to joining ADGM in 2019, Dr Dasgupta was the Chief Operating Officer of UK Export Finance at the Department of International Trade in the UK Government.  His 25 year career included senior level business development and transformation roles in investment banking, transaction banking, technology and consulting in firms such as HSBC, ABN AMRO, Citigroup and PwC.

Yogendra Singh

Mr. Singh heads the Data Science and Analytics team at TransUnion CIBIL – India’s pioneer and leading credit information company and a trusted partner in credit risk management to the financial services sector.

Anu Tiwari

Anu has approx. 13 years of experience in M&A, private equity, financial services, emerging technologies (blockchain, payment systems, cryptocurrency, etc) and general corporate advisory.

Anu regularly advises banks, non-banks (NBFCs), asset managers, securities market intermediaries, global information technology (IT) and payments/ fintech players on M&A (both domestic and cross-border) and regulatory aspects.  His practice includes advising on cyber-security, financial crimes and regulatory investigations.
