Rajan is a graduate in Commerce from the University of Delhi and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 20 years of professional experience on advising domestic and international clients on valuations, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and financial restructuring, purchase price allocation, business plan reviews, transaction support and modalities, finance raising, regulatory assessments and corporate requirements of doing business in India.
He leads the Valuation & Strategy national practice at PwC. He has worked for a broad range of top tier Indian and Overseas clients and has extensive experience in the supervision of large valuation and merger and acquisition assignments across industry segments. He has extensive experience of working on cross border acquisitions. Rajan has served as a special invitee to the committee set up by the Govt of India to frame valuation related guidelines. He has also authored the Institute of Chartered Accountant’s of India technical guide on “Estimation of Future Cash Flows and Discount Rates for the purpose of Impairment of Assets”.

Rajesh Vig, an executive director at PwC India, is an expert in corporate finance and investment banking. With his over 13 year long association with PwC, Rajesh has overseen mergers and acquisitions, divestments and private equity fund raising. More specifically, he is responsible for business generation and execution, and client relationship management for the firm.
In his professional career, Rajesh has worked with varied domestic and international companies in the edible oil, FMCG agriculture, industrial products, textiles, retail space to name a few. Rajiv has more than eighteen years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance and business strategy consulting. Rajiv has provided a broad range of valuation-related services to clients in numerous industries. He is an expert in performing complex transactional valuation analyses including valuation for compliances like transfer pricing valuation, fair value estimation for IFRS, valuation for FEMA and intangible assets valuation. He has experience serving as either an expert witness or consultant in array of valuation related to litigation and particularly economic damages for breach of contract. He has appeared as expert witness before Hon’ble (RETD) chief Justice of Supreme Court of India and in ITAT in leading valuation cases relating to economic damages and transfer pricing.
Rajiv is a fellow member of the ICAI. After spending his formative days with a leading firm of chartered Accountants, he currently provides valuation related services to the clients of varied segments and sizes. He is a qualified Certified Information system auditor (USA)and also a qualified valuer from the ICAI.He has since 2008 trained more than 3000 Chartered Accountants through these highly specialized post qualification courses. Mr.Rajiv Sunder is a M&A Transaction Services Senior Diector based out of Bangalore. He leads the TMT industry vertical for transaction services.
He has been with Deloitte India for over 19 years. Prior to transitioning to transaction services, he was with the audit practice working on audit engagements of some of the largest Clients of the firm in Bangalore. He has focussed on transaction services for the past seven years and has worked with a wide array of clients (both multi-national companies and large Indian corporate) with a focus on the Technology sector but also on a number of transactions in the consumer business, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.
Rajiv has worked on some marque transactions in India and overseas. He has managed large multi-locational engagements and worked equally on a number of cross-border transactions involving Indian Companies looking to acquire overseas businesses and MNC’s investing into India. Since 2012, Rajiv has been managing Deloitte India’sTechnology Fast 50 events, an award program which recognizes the fastest growing companies in the technology sector in India. Raju Dodti, Senior Director Legal, IDFC
Raju Dodti has been with IDFC since 2007 as an in-house counsel. Currently, he is Head of Legal Department for Alternatives platform consisting of Private Equity, Infrastructure Equity & Real Estate asset classes. As a Fund Counsel, Raju advises on portfolio investments, structured transactions, regulatory and legal issues in relation to alternative investments. He also advises on setting up of new funds, both onshore & off-shore, for IDFC’s businesses.
As a member of IDFC Legal & Compliance department, Raju has also advised on legal issues & documentation surrounding infrastructure & project financing, treasury borrowing (both rupee & ECBs), strategic investments, human resources, property matters, administration and investment banking.
He has earlier worked with organizations like Rabo India Finance (a subsidiary of Rabobank International), ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Societe Generale, etc. and has extensive experience in advising on legal matters pertaining to wholesale banking, structured finance, investment banking, diamond banking, etc.

Rakhi Jindal is a member of the Technology and Telecoms Practice Group at Nishith Desai Associates (www.nishithdesai.com). She co heads the Privacy Practice and the International Commercial Laws Practice at the firm.
Rakhi has been advising her clients on various domestic and cross border matters.
