Anindya Das, Senior General Manager - IT Engineering, Netmagic | @netmagic
Anindya Das, popularly known as Andy, is Senior General Manager - IT Engineering at Netmagic. In his present role, Andy is responsible for rolling out new products and expanding Netmagic’s portfolio of services and solutions. As a part of the Cloud team at Netmagic, he has closely worked on building Netmagic’s cloud platform and its associated services. Andy has also contributed to setting up data center networking for Netmagic's DC5, a state-of-the-art data center facility inaugurated in October last year (2015).
Andy has worked closely with customers in his present and previous roles. This ability of his helps him in understanding customer requirements and designing products based on these. He has earlier worked with VMware in similar roles and was a technical pre-sales consultant (Cloud and Data center services) with Netmagic.
Andy has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University. He stays in Mumbai and likes to travel, read and listen to music
Anirudh A Damani, Founder, Artha Group & Director, Artha India Ventures
Equipped with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Anirudh is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and a second-generation investor from the Damani family. He is the Director of Artha India Ventures (AIV), the well-established family office of the Ashok Kumar Damani family. While AIV has a sector-agnostic investment approach, under Anirudh’s leadership, AIV has thematically invested in travel-tech, fintech edtech, robotics, 3D printing, content platforms, e-commerce, Autotech, and health tech.
After a successful sales and entrepreneurial stint in Texas, he moved back to India in 2012. He started investing in and mentoring early-stage founders through AIV. His initial investments included multi-bagger investments in OYO Rooms, Tala, Exotel, Purplle, Interstellar, Coutloot, Mobilewalla, Beardo, ConfirmTkt, and Karza. His stellar cumulative portfolio now has over 85 investments spread across India, the USA, and Israel. In addition to Artha India Ventures, he also co-founded Artha Energy Resources and Artha Venture Fund under the business umbrella of Artha Group.

A double major from Austin College in Sherman, TX, Anirudh has an exceptional work-life balance. He is passionate about adventure travel, focusing on deep-sea diving, sky diving, blogging, and is a die-hard cricket fan. He has recently started writing playbooks for founders to guide them through the crucial first 999 days of starting up.

Anirudh A Damani, Managing Director, Artha India Ventures
Mr Anirudh A. Damani is one of the distinctly renowned personalities in the nation and abroad. With his dexterity and proficiencies he created Artha Energy Resources, with the motive of accumulating formidable data about energy infrastructure of India. He also sponsored the dreams of many start-ups which includes OYO rooms, Exotel, Tala, NowFloats, Purplle, LenDenClub, BabyChakra and many others from various sectors like FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Services, Media firms, Travel and hospitality etc.
This modest human before entering the family business, served a number of multinational companies in the world including Suez Energy, Direct Energy, First choice power and TXU. He also gave his services as National Sales Director for commercial energy broking and helped them with the training and management of the offices in Texas, Illinois and New York.
His 8 years of triumphant entrepreneurial globetrotting began in year 2009, when Mr Anirudh with his two friends took over the debt ridden company Pioneer Energy Resources and affirmed to restructure and restore the company. His achievement with the company in the year 2011 marked his first milestone to the success. The company recorded full year profit and witnessed the inauguration of the offices in Dallas, Houston, Corpus, Christi and Mc Allen in Texas.
In the year 2013 Mr Anirudh said adieu to PER and shifted his base to India for setting up Artha Group focusing on Energy Consulting and Early stage Investments. With the help of Artha India Venture he introduced a unique idea for sustaining investments into start-ups. His determination and hard work paid with the success of OYO group in the nation. Mr Anirudh believes, “It is just holding the hands to support the steps that counts, but guiding the way to the destination is what makes the difference.” He not only invested the start ups to support their journey but stood by them like a shadow, to guide them towards the light of fame.

Anirudh Prabhakaran, Angel investor, Indian Angel Network
Anirudh P has over 21 years experience in the technology industry (IT and telecom). He has been involved in several roles during the last 21 years incl brand management, marketing, product management, delivery and operations, channel, business development, besides leading/turning around several businesses successfully. He has directly set up or run businesses involving IT services, IT software products and BPO. He has handled several mergers & acquisitions during his career. He has operated in several markets incl the US, Asia Pacific and India.
Anirudh has worked with Wipro, Cable & Wireless and 3i Infotech. He has led large teams and have mentored several of his managers to move to senior roles in various organizations. His experience spans several verticals incl BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare and energy. He believes that while education has brought India to a strong position in the global market, the movement to next level would be accelerated with education reforms and hence, he is keenly interested in the education sector. His other interests lie in energy and environment, and use of technology to bring about endemic changes. He believes that with operational excellence, even "not-so-great" ideas could be made successful while even the best ideas would struggle without operational efficiencies. He is keenly studying organizational cultures and the impact on the success of the organization.
He was a member of the board of directors at 3i Infotech and was the Chairman of Locuz, an IT services company. He is a mechanical engineer from BITS, Pilani, with a management degree from IIM, Calcutta and is also an AMP from Harvard Business School.
Anirudh Rastogi, Founder and Managing Partner, Ikigai Law
Anirudh is the founder of Ikigai Law, an award-winning law that works with leading, global-technology companies and startups. Ikigai Law was named one of Asia’s best law firms to work for by Asian Law Business and Law Firm of the Year (Mid-Size) by Idex Legal.
Named “Achiever of the Year 2017” by Business World magazine and a “pioneer” by the Economic Times, Anirudh advised on the setup of India’s first crypto-exchanges and represented them before the Supreme Court in their successful challenge to the RBI ban, advised on the India-leg of the Matic token offering and on the setup of some of earliest NFT marketplaces.
In addition to being a visiting faculty at IIM-Indore, he has also authored a book on Cyber Laws. He has graduated from Harvard Law School and National Law Institute University and is a TedX speaker.

Mr. Anirudh Damani brings over ten years of energy experience and procuring energy customers. He owns Artha Energy Resources, an energy consultancy firm and is responsible for adding over 2 billion kWh worth of energy. He has set up a consultancy firm for facilitating investments into power projects across geographies and asset classes like wind, solar, hydro and bio-power. Apart from energy projects, Mr. Damani is an active angel investor and has held investments in several emerging startups including Oyo Rooms, Exotel, Inc42, Mobilewalla and Roadhouse Hostels.

Anish Bafna, CEO & MD, Healthium Medtech Ltd.
Anish Bafna took over as the CEO & Managing Director of Healthium Medtech in August 2018, when he returned to India with the dream of creating India’s most trusted Medtech company.
Under Anish’s leadership, Healthium has undergone a transformational journey and emerged as India’s foremost Medtech company with a presence in 90+ countries across the globe, 700+ districts in India and a strong team of 3,000+ employees.

- The Erstwhile Sutures India Ltd , Quality Needles, the largest independent manufacturer of surgical suture needles in the world and Clinisupplies, the second largest brand of urology products in the United Kingdom.
Under Anish’s leadership, Healthium has undergone a transformational journey on quality, compliance and R & D and is now present in 70 countries across the globe and 500 districts in India with a strong team of 2700 employees.

Sironix range of Arthroscopy products for shoulder and knee were created and launched to fill market need gaps using patented functional designs to simplify lives for surgeons and better patient outcomes, under his aegis.

Anish Sanghvi, Partner, Price Waterhouse & Co LLP
Anish is a partner in Price Waterhouse & Co LLP and focusses on income-tax and regulatory matters.
Anish advises MNC and domestic clients on Indian and international tax, inbound investment advisory and corporate tax (with a focus on real estate, infrastructure and Private Equity funds), helps them put in place investment structures, enter joint ventures, reorganise their business and conduct tax due diligence. Anish also advises on exchange control regulations, corporate and other regulatory laws. He is also been actively involved in advising private equity and venture capital fund clients on structuring their pooling vehicles, including conducting jurisdiction analyses and structuring and reviewing documents.
He has wide experience in advising real estate and infrastructure clients on evaluation of joint development agreements and advising on EPC contracts as well as in restructuring their groups and M&A transactions (e.g., funding profit extraction strategies and obtaining regulatory approvals).
