Anil Khandelwal, CFO, Cox & Kings | @coxandkingsIN
Anil Khandelwal is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Cox & Kings Ltd. A chartered accountant by profession, he had his own practice before he joined the company in January 2008. He played a key role in consolidating the company’s International Operations and was involved in the successful listing of Cox & Kings in 2009 on the country’s stock exchanges. His deep understanding of the business and his ability to raise funds were ably demonstrated when the company raised funds through the GDR issue in 2010 and the QIP in 2014. Amongst his many achievements were handling of cross border acquisitions in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe.
In his free time, he loves watching movies and is a voracious reader as well.
Anil Kumar, Founder & CEO, SmartRx
Anil is an avid technology entrepreneur and has lead companies from startup phase to growth and acquisition. He has worked in blue chip companies such as Siemens & Microsoft and started companies in US and India. He currently leads SmartRx to innovate and improve how people manage their health conditions.
Prior to this venture, Anil was Vice President of US operations of Realcom Inc, a Japan based public company focused on Knowledge and Content Management. Anil successfully managed the merger of AskMe Corp with Realcom Inc. At AskMe Corp, Anil led the enterprise software business from ideation to building the product, and acquiring Fortune 500 customers such as Proctor & Gamble, Boeing, Intel, Novartis, Microsoft, CCH and others. Eventually resulting in acquisition of AskMe Corp by Realcom.
Prior to AskMe Corp, Anil worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft in USA and as a Software Engineer at Nokia Siemens in India. During his career at startups and large enterprises, Anil has built product engineering teams from ground-up both in USA and India, lead product management, led sales and business consulting teams working at Fortune 500 companies.
Anil Kuril, CTO, Union Bank of India
Anil Nama, CIO, CtrlS Datacenters Ltd
A 19 year veteran of IT industry, Mr. Nama was associated with the Indian Armed Forces and was later a part of the Computer Network Defenses and was involved in the setting up of the CERT team at IAF, including cyber forensics.
Anil Nama was also instrumental in setting up the client service part of Airtel's datacenter. He later worked with AKS IT Services as an information security consultant for the NIC and Delhi Police. Currently, he handles solutions and products at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. across all verticals.
Anil Raibagi, Senior Vice President and Global Head- M & A, Wipro Ltd
Mr. Anil Raibagi is Vice President and Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Wipro Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for crafting as well as implementing Wipro’s inorganic growth Strategy. He is based out of Wipro’s corporate office in Bangalore.
In a diverse career spanning over 20 years, Anil has made a significant contribution to multiple roles across sales, operations, finance, P&L management, strategy and M&A. In his prior role, Anil had an opportunity to run a Wipro’s newly acquired company in financial services space. He was based in US as a CEO of this company and grew the business over 200% of its original size, in a short span of 3 years. He joined Wipro 10 years back, in year 2002 and has been a poster boy of blending business understanding with finance acumen. He was instrumental in building Wipro’s total outsourcing business from scratch and led a sales team which secured over US 1.2 Billion in contact value for Wipro.
Anil also worked with IBM and Ceat financial services Ltd. prior to joining Wipro. At IBM, he was part of Global financing as well as Strategic Outsourcing business and worked on financial structuring & asset solutions as part of large IT Outsourcing contracts. Ceat financial was his first job where he began as management trainee in 1992. When he left Ceat, he was heading the most profitable southern region and oversaw various corporate and mid - market financing projects.
Anil has done Master of Business Administration in Finance and graduation in Advanced Statistics.
Anil Sarin, Managing Director, Bessemer venture Partners
Anil Sarin is a Managing Director with BVP India. Based in Mumbai, he joined the team in 2006.
Named a Platinum Fund Manager in July by The Economic Times, Anil has more than a decade of public equity fund management experience. Most recently, he was the co-head of equities at Prudential ICICI Asset Management, India’s largest mutual fund company. Anil’s four funds—the Power Fund, the Dynamic Fund, the Emerging Star Fund, and the Fusion Fund—routinely produced market-beating returns under his management, winning a number of industry awards. Among Anil’s successful investments were the Deccan Chronicle newspaper company, Subex Systems software, and Zenith Infotech, an IT services company. During Anil’s tenure, the money that he managed at Prudential ICICI grew from less than $30 million in 2004 to more than $800 million in 2006.
Prior to joining Prudential ICICI, Anil was a fund manager for Birla Sun Life specializing in technology. Under his management, the Birla IT Fund won Best Technology Fund in 2001 and 2002, and the Birla Equity Fund was named Best ELSS Tax Saving Fund in 2003. Anil began his career as an equity research analyst and fund manager at SBI Funds Management.
Anil holds an MBA degree from the Institute of Management and Technology in Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor’s in commerce from Delhi University. Before going to graduate school, he served in the Indian Army as an infantry officer, seeing active duty in Sri Lanka and training junior officers at the Infantry School in Mhow.

Anil is the Vice President, and General Manager for Channels for Dell Technologies India. Anil is responsible for driving the Dell Technologies’ India channel strategy with a higher share of the wallet, customer preference and profitability.
Anil has over three decades of expertize and is known for his strong business acumen, far-sighted vision and ability to bring mega-scale to businesses. He has proven success in P&L management, business strategy, operations excellence, channel management & sales leadership in both direct and indirect sales. He has had an extensive career and has worked with reputed organizations such as TCS, Microsoft and IBM amongst others. Anil has developed his expertise across infrastructure, software and services domains, in various geographies and in different capacities including customer as well as partner facing roles. His previous assignment was as Vice President & Global Sales Head, Cloud Computing for TCS.
Anil brings to Dell his significant and long term relationships developed over the years with the channel community starting from distributors, system integrators, solution providers and tier-2 partners. He has to his credit set up the IBM India channel business model and re-engineered the channel business model for Microsoft OEM business. Anil also created and launched the new business model for Cloud offerings for TCS.
Over the years, Anil has worked across multiple geographies such as India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Mr. Anil V. Pillai is the Director of Terragni Consulting (P) Ltd, a niche company that offers solutions and services in the much needed space of Customer Experience, Customer Centricity, Behavioural Insights and Competitive Differentiation.
Anil comes with nearly two decades worth of experience in the marketing space globally and in India. Prior to Terragni, he was the Founder CEO of rapidEffect Ltd, a technology organization in Analytics and Real time Performance Monitoring. It was India's first analytics product organization and was named in the Nasscom Top 50 Innovative companies’ list.
Anil’s other responsibilities come from his various engagements in industry bodies and associations. He is the Visiting Professor of Strategy and Marketing at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB) since 1996; an Executive Council member at the PMA-All India Management Association (AIMA) and Member - Global Editorial Board & India Chair at the Neuromarketing Science & Business Association among others.
Anil is also currently a Doctoral scholar at the SMCU, Zurich, where his area of research is in the area of Customer Experience and Cognitive Dissonance. He is a Brain Fitness Coach and his certifications include the METT Advanced - Expert Level (Micro Expressions and Facial Profiling) from Dr Paul Ekman.
Under his able leadership the team won "Customer Game Changer -Asia's Best Customer Experience" award at recently concluded "Asia Customer Festival" in Singapore for the work that Terragni Consulting had co created with Reliance Securities.
Anila Andrade , Producer, 99 Games
A relentless and passionate game designer with over 9 years of experience in the Software Industry with particular emphasis in the mobile gaming spectrum, Anila now leads the production team at 99Games. Her scope of work on the production side extends right from conceptualizing a game, brainstorming with the team and reviewing final deliverables all the way up to planning go-to market strategies, publishing and measuring the game performance.
She is a regular Speaker at premier industry wide gaming conferences like Casual Connect, NASSCOM Product and Gaming Conclave among several others.
