Srini Nagarajan, Head of South Asia, CDC Group
Srini re - joined CDC in June 2013 and is currently Head of South Asia and based out of Bangalore. In his current role he is CDC's representative on the ground and responsible for its investments in the region.
Previously Srini was Director with a global PE fund Actis and focussed on Private Equity deals in the Financial Services sector in South Asia. Prior to this He was focusing on deal origination for Actis in India and also managed a portfolio of CDC investments in South Asia for value. He spent close to eight years in Sub Saharan Africa with both CDC and Standard Chartered Bank.
Srini has a Masters degree in Economics and a post Graduate in Business Administration from Warwick School of Business.

Srini Raghavan, CEO, Educational Initiatives
Srini is a technology strategist with executive leadership experience in building teams, business development, operations, growth management, change management and process improvement. He currently serves as CEO of Educational initiatives (EI) where his mandate is to scale the company with the objective to permeate EI's scientifically developed assessment and learning solutions across all strata of society.
Srini has a rich experience of partnering with leaders to scale up businesses multiple times by focusing on core technology aspects. In the immediate past decade, he served as Vice President & Managing Director in Bally Technologies (NYSE:BYI) where he helped the company grow revenue by over 300% and stock price by over 700%. In earlier stints, he was with Manhattan Associates, Cadence Design Systems and Pepsi. Srini started his career in the Indian Army where he served for six years and had the experience of operational as well as ceremonial duties.
Srini is a member of NCERT’s National Expert Group for Assessment in School Education (NEGASE). He has always been passionate about education and was instrumental in starting a school in a strife torn part of the country during his tenure in the Army. He has also been associated with EI since the company's inception. Srini holds a B.A. (Honors) degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Diploma in Management from IGNOU.

Srini Rajam, Chairman & CEO, Ittiam Systems Pvt. Ltd
Srini Rajam joined Texas Instruments India in 1985, as a Software Engineer. He has held many technical and leadership roles in TI, spanning the areas of Design Automation, ASIC and DSP product development. During 1993-94, Srini Rajam worked in the Asia Pacific Region as Technical Marketing Director for TI's Semiconductor Products in Asia. In that role, he set up the Customer Application Centers for TI products in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei and Seoul. During this time, he also functioned as the Chairman of TI's Technical Council in Asia.
Srini was the Managing director of Texas Instruments India during 1995-2000.
He was a member of the TI Corporate Steering Team for TI India and the TI Asia Leadership Team. He was also the Chairman of TI Asia advisory team for the regional technical council. Srini served as a member of the Governing Council of the Department of Electronics' Software Technology Parks during the period 1996-98. He is currently a member of the Karnataka State IT Task Force formed by the Chief Minister. He is the Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka Branch for the year 2000-01.
Srini has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the School of Automation, Indian Institute of Science, 1984 and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai University, 1982.

Srinivas Chidambaram, MD & CEO, Jacob Ballas
Mr. Srinivas Chidambaram is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jacob Ballas. He joined Jacob Ballas in 2005 and has 24 years of financial services and industry experience, including 16 years in private equity. He previously served with HSBC Private Equity (Asia) and its affiliates in Hong Kong and India, responsible for private equity investments in India and South East Asia. Mr. Chidambaram has also served in the IT industry with HCL Technologies, a leading Indian IT services company, responsible for financial institution relationships and strategic alliances in the USA.
He commenced his career with SRF Finance Ltd. (since acquired by GE Capital) where he was responsible for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, based in Mumbai. Mr. Chidambaram is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Srinivas Chilakalapudi, VP - Strategy, Associations & Digital Business, Green Gold Animation Pvt Ltd
Srinivas Chilakalapudi is Vice President of Strategy, Associations and Digital Business at Green Gold Animation. He has been an Advisor to Green Gold since its inception and has taken up a fulltime position two years ago.
Srinivas Chilakalapudi has been instrumental in being part of the creation of India’s favorite character "Chhota Bheem" and has been working with the company to turn it into one India's major children’s brand.
Before Green Gold, Srinivas has worked with technology companies such as Ericsson and Dell.
He holds a M.S degree in CS from University of Missouri at Kansas City and a B.Tech degree in EEE from JNTU Hyderabad.

Srinivas K, MD & CEO, BTI Payments Pvt Ltd
K Srinivas is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore (1987).
Srini joined BTI Payments, a Bangalore based start-up JV between Banktech Group of Australia and ICICI Ventures, one of India’s largest alternative asset management companies in Dec 2014 as its MD & CEO.
Prior to joining BTI Payments Srini was the President of Consumer Business at Bharti Airtel, where he worked for over 11 years. Srini joined Bharti Airtel in Nov’02 and as a circle CEO, led the operations of mobile services in Andhra Pradesh and Delhi. During this period, he led Airtel to a leadership position in Andhra Pradesh and laid out a strategic blue print for significantly scaled up operations. In Mar’06, he moved as the Executive Director for Mobile Services for the Eastern Hub comprising of the newly rolled out operations of West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar and North East. During this tenure, Srini helped Airtel achieve a huge scale and led the brand to a dominant leadership position, overtaking all key competitors. In Jun’08, his portfolio was expanded to include the operations of Gujarat and Maharashtra & Goa. Simultaneously, he led the launch of operations in Sri Lanka, Airtel’s first 100% venture overseas by successfully translating the unique business model of Airtel beyond the shores of the country. From early 2009, as President-Telemedia, he led the Telemedia Business (fixed line and broadband) for over 2 years. When all the business verticals - mobile, DTH, fixed line, Airtel Money were integrated in 2010, Srini was elevated as the President of Bharti Airtel’s Integrated Consumer Business (President - Consumer Business). He was a member of the Airtel Management Board since 2009.
Of his over 27 years of rich working experience, Srini spent his early years in Britannia Industries Limited, then a subsidiary of Nabisco, and Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL) a subsidiary of Unilever. During these years, he worked in various sales, marketing and business development roles across different profit centers and geographies. His last assignment in Hindustan Lever was that of a Business Manager-New Ventures, where he was responsible for conceiving and developing a new rural business model “Project Shakti”, using micro credit and micro financing thro’ banks.

Srinivas represents entrepreneurs and businesses on corporate governance issues, fund raising, partnerships, joint ventures, collaborations, acquisitions and exits including listing. He also advises Investment Funds in their investment into companies and businesses. Srinivas also heads the Hyderabad office of the firm, which was voted as the law firm of the year for 2010 and 2011 and IFLR.
Srinivas has been listed in Chambers & Partners as a leading individual in Corporate/ M&A field (Bangalore based) in Band 1. He is also an advisors to business across various sectors and is a member of the board of several companies. Srinivas is also a trustee and advisor to certain charitable foundations & projects.

Previously he was the Vice Chairman at Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd. where he contributed in the rapid growth in Environment, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Education and Life Sciences businesses of the organization. Prior to this he was the Director at Aurobindo Pharma and managed globalization, corporate funding & R&D portfolio. He contributed in transformation of a successful yet primarily domestic SSP api company into a global vertically integrated generic pharmaceutical company.
Srinivas is a FCMA, Finance from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Srinivas has over 18 years of experience across industries including financial services, payments and commerce in a variety of business and product related roles and most recently with a specific focus on enabling banking, payments and related services through digital channels.
At Mahindra Comviva he heads the mobile financial Solutions business unit, which currently has over 120 deployments globally, providing services for more than 750 million consumers and processing over 35 billion USD in payment flows. He has not only enhanced the leadership position of Mahindra Comviva in the mobile money space, but expanded the offerings to cover other segments, and thereby have a full suite of products and solutions - across the banking, retail and telecom industries - to meet the requirements of consumers and businesses.
Prior to joining Mahindra Comviva, he established and led the business for online banking and mobile payments at ICICI Bank and also headed product management and business development functions in start-ups and IT product companies. Srinivas has many distinctions including heading India’s first digital only banking offering; defining the World’s first mobile payments interoperability standard; South Asia’s first mobile banking offering; being part of the first nationwide financial infrastructure for MFIs among others.
