Soumya Rajan is presently the Co-Founder, MD & CEO of Waterfield Advisors, an India centric advisory firm that works closely with Family-Owned Businesses and Trusts in three related areas of a Multi-Family Office, Corporate Advisory Services and Alternative Asset Management. The firm's founding principles are based on trust and transparency and the firm offers a unique proposition of a no conflict of interest approach in dealing with clients. In a short period of 2 years, the firm has successfully been able to count several of India’s leading corporate houses and families as their clients.
Soumya Rajan started her career with ANZ Grindlays Bank (later Standard Chartered Bank) and spent over 16 years with the Bank. Her last assignment was as Managing Director and Head Private Bank, India at Standard Chartered. Awarded Outstanding Young Private Banker 2010 in October 2010 by Private Banker International for excellence in performance, leadership and innovation; her banking experience ranges from Consumer Banking, Risk Management and SME Banking to Private Banking.
Soumya won the Radhakrishnan Scholarship to study at Oxford University where she completed a degree in Mathematics from Balliol College. Prior to Oxford, Soumya completed her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi.

Sourabh Anand, Associate Partner, Social Finance India
Sourabh is an Associate Partner at Social Finance India, a not-for-profit set up with the aim of scaling outcome-focused interventions through innovative financing. He is a part of the founding team and is working on designing and operationalizing the India Education Outcomes Fund (IEOF), a first-of-its-kind outcomes fund that will crowd in and disburse $1 billion to improve education outcomes in India by 2030.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Sourabh has worked in various roles at IDFC Bank, Deloitte Consulting, and GE Capital. His work over the last decade has largely focused around consulting in the areas of infrastructure development and finance, including advising govt. agencies on structuring public-private partnerships (PPPs). At IDFC Bank, he was involved in designing and rolling out their CSR programmes in education, health, and livelihoods development.
Sourabh has also supported high-level committees and task forces set up by the Govt. of India for policy development in the infrastructure sector including the National Transport Development Policy Committee and the Expert Group for Modernization of Indian Railways. He completed his bachelor’s in commerce from Delhi University and post-graduation in management from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Sourabh Chatterjee is Head of IT, Web Sales and Travel at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. A passionate digital enthusiast, he is responsible for digital strategy and delivering innovative solutions for the company. He also handles Web Sales and oversees travel channel for the company.
His ideology is to create, implement, secure and deliver better and faster solutions. Some of his fields of expertise include e-commerce, technology innovations, enterprise portals, social media analytics, mobile applications, IT strategy and planning. Sourabh has around 20 years of IT expertise with a successful track record in creating business value through innovative use of technology in the life and general insurance space in the US and India.
Prior to joining Bajaj Allianz in 2015, Sourabh worked with ICICI Lombard as Vice President – Application development for over 4 years. Before that, Sourabh played multiple leadership roles across delivery, consulting and sales in the US geography for Infosys Technologies from 1999 to 2011.
Sourabh is an Electrical Engineer and is an MBA from INSEAD.
Besides work, Sourabh loves reading fiction, travelling and spending time with his 12 year old son.

As Senior Vice President – Information Technology with Oman Air from June 2013 thru' April 2018. Strategized and managed IT for the Airline and other subsidiaries such as Ground Handling, Cargo and Airline Catering. Lead technology facilitator for the new Muscat International Airport.
As Senior Vice President and CIO for Kingfisher Airlines from June 2008 thru’ June 2013. In addition, involved with different pioneering information technology transformation initiatives of the UB Group – a US$ 5.5 billion conglomerate.
As Vice President (Head of Group IT) of Qatar Airways Group from October 2004 thru’ June 2008. Formulation of IT strategy, strategy implementation and managing IT operations for the Airline (Qatar Airways), Doha International Airport, Qatar Aviation Services, Qatar Duty Free and Qatar Aircraft Catering Company. Was also the Lead Facilitator in IT strategy formulation, system requirement planning and vendor selection process for Hamad International Airport. Director on the Board of SITA S.C. (2006-2007).
As the Chief Executive Officer of the IT subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (JV of Tata Consultancy Services and Singapore Airlines) from April 2001 – October 2004.
Worked with Tata Consultancy Services in different roles, location and capacity over a period of 13 years (1991 – 2004).
Over 29 years of experience in the Information Technology industry of which the last 16 years as CIO of Qatar Airways Group, Kingfisher Airlines, Oman Air and currently with IndiGo Airlines.
Recipient of Asian CIO Leadership award in 2015 and Top 100 Middle East CIO Award for driving business decision making and innovative practices in 2017 and 2018.
Member of New Normal Think Tank team of International Air Transport Authority (IATA) to formulate and prioritize strategies for IATA.
Member of IATA Digital Transformation Advisory Committee of IATA.

SP Narayanan is currently the Business Head – m-Commerce in Idea Cellular Limited managing Idea Money and business correspondent activities in partnership with Axis Bank.
Prior to this he was National Head for VAS in Idea Cellular. He had created a strong VAS ecosystem in Idea with in-house building blocks and over 200 third party content and application partners for VAS. Narayanan has strengthened the VAS organization in Idea by introducing consumer centric organization structure across corporate and circle teams. Prior to Idea Cellular, Narayanan has worked with Vodafone India Limited as Country Head VAS and in Reliance Communications in VAS leadership position.
Prior to his telecom stint, Narayanan has worked with ICICI Ventures for 2 years as Chief - Incubator Fund nurturing and funding early stage start ups .Earlier, Narayanan has worked with ICICI Limited in various positions (Last position held : Senior Vice President ) for 10 years handling a portfolio of Debt and Equity funding to over 200 corporate entities in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry spread across all sectors / industries.
Narayanan is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Varanasi (Formerly ITBHU) and a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.
