An engineering graduate from Purdue University with an analytical bent of mind “Sreeram Vanga Reddy” has been making progress by leaps and bounds in the Gaming industry from the last 11 years. As the founder of Cozy Games in 2005, Sree has been delivering games that have been positioned to perform and achieve financial and quality goals. He started his career with an industry veteran- Party Gaming Plc where he played an instrumental role in conceptualizing and building effective Bingo and Casino brands. Sree has a proven track record of creating and implementing innovative production strategies that has enabled Cozy Games in monetizing gaming products in the online, social, and mobile media platforms.

Under his able leadership Cozy Games has won numerous awards with the latest addition being the Gaming Industry’s most coveted “ eGR’s Innovation in Bingo Award of the year 2011”. Leveraging his knowledge and experience of the Gaming industry in the European marketplace, Sree has recently ventured into the Indian marketplace and is experiencing strong growth with his flagship brand ClassicRummy.com. Sree has definitely started to redefine the online gaming space in India being totally compliant to all legal and social standards and demands.

Sri Rajan, Chairman, Bain & Company India Pvt. Ltd. | @BainAlerts

Sri Rajan is the Chairman of Bain India, with over 19 years of management consulting experience in India and the US. He was one of the founders of the Indian operations of Bain & Company. He has been responsible for the creation and execution of turnaround strategies for multiple diversified firms. Sri also has significant experience working with Private Equity firms and companies across the industrial, telecom and technology sectors.

Sri has been the co-founder of a tech startup in Silicon Valley and has also been on the Board of the American operations of CRY. He is currently on the board of an e-commerce logistics startup as well as a leading foundation focused on education. He is also on the advisory Board of Bridgespan India, which is an affiliate of Bain & Company that focuses on advising foundations and non-profit organizations. He has invested in and is on the advisory board of various startups in India. He writes regularly for top-tier publications such as Mint and The Economic Times. He is a member of the Global Agenda Council on India of the World Economic Forum.

Sridhar Hari, Smarter Commerce Leader, IBM India/SA

Sridhar is the Smarter Commerce Leader for IBM India, responsible for driving strategic business development activities and growing the Smarter Commerce solutions business which spans from marketing, sales and supply chain  functions. His domain expertise are in the areas of Cross channel commerce, BI/Analytics, CRM/Loyalty, digital marketing and web analytics.

Sridhar was previously employed at Safeway Inc, a Fortune 50 grocery retailer,  based in California as an IT/Business Program Manager responsible for the Retail Operations and Safeway.com business units.

Sridhar also spearheaded many strategic initiatives such as assisted-checkout, RFID contact less payments, electronic shelf tags (ESL) and online B2C ecommerce applications as part of the Safeway Innovation Task force.

Sridhar is currently a member of the National Committee for Retail, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Retailers' Association of India  Technology Committee (RAI) and has presented at leading conferences on the issues and challenges facing the Indian retail industry.

Sridhar holds a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA and a Bachelors' in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India.


Sridhar Iyer, Director - Head of Digital and Innovation, Citibank India

Sridhar Iyer is Head of Digital and Innovation at Citibank India. He is a senior banker with a wide range experience in the areas of e-Business, Digital Payments and Strategic Marketing. He was one of the key members of the team that set up Citibank India’s online banking and e-Commerce businesses in 1999.

Over the last decade, he has been responsible for growing the e-Businesses for multinational banks, including Citi and Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and in Europe. He has extensive International experience, particularly in Europe, and has undertaken a variety of strategic e-Business roles on a global mandate. He believes that for organizations the choice is pretty straight forward - digitize or die.

He holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani.

Sridhar Rajagopalan, MD & Co-founder of Educational Initiatives, Mindspark Centres

Sridhar Rajagopalan, Managing Director of Educational Initiatives (EI), is an educational entrepreneur who has helped change the way student learning outcomes are seen in India. After a brief stint at IBM India, Sridhar co-founded and ran Eklavya School in Ahmedabad for 6 years. In 2001, Sridhar founded EI which researches and creates diagnostic assessments and offers ASSET, India’s largest diagnostic assessment for private schools. EI’s ASSET test is taken by over 350,000 students in India and neighbouring countries, the Middle East and Singapore. Mindspark, EI’s adaptive learning program is used by over 80,000 students in India, the Middle East and the USA. In 2006, India Today carried a cover story titled ‘What’s Wrong with our Teaching?’ based on EI’s study on student learning in India’s 5 largest metros. EI also works with government schools in about 20 of its 28 states. In 2009, EI’s Student Learning Study with support by Google, Inc. provided the most detailed picture yet of student learning levels in 19 Indian states. Sridhar Ramachandran, Partner, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP

Sridhar has over 24 years post qualification experience in tax and regulatory matters. A significant part of his career was spent in Delhi where he gained expertise in dealing with complex and varied tax and regulatory matters of multinational corporations. He shifted to Chennai in 2006 and prior to joining the Firm, ran a boutique consulting firm which specialized in tax, regulatory and M&A functions.

Sridhar is a tax partner in Grant Thornton LLP where he is responsible for the tax practice of Chennai and Kochi offices. He also responsible for the Transaction Tax practice of the firm for South India. Some of his key experiences include:

  • Assistance in planning and execution of very large investments in India in the Special Economic Zones/ Free Trade Zone Models.
  • Assistance in structuring foreign direct investments in various sectors including Special Economic Zones, manufacturing, wholesale and retail trading, e-commerce, financial services, infrastructure, real estate etc. in a tax efficient and regulatory compliant manner.
  • Assistance in setting up business entities in India for various businesses in Company, partnership and LLP forms, including in Special Economic Zones (sector specific, free trade zones or multi product/ service units) or domestic units.
  • Assistance in setting up offices abroad, making overseas investments and structuring acquisitions

Sridhar is a regular speaker at forums across India, including the ICAI, ICSI and various trade/professional bodies where he speaks on foreign direct investment policy, exchange control law, special economic zones and income-tax law. He has contributed to Policy making on the Special Economic Zone laws across state and central government agencies.

He is the author of a book on Exchange Control Law in India published by Bloomsbury.
