Sujayath Ali is the Co-Founder and CEO of Voonik, the leader in the unbranded fashion category with an annual GMV rate of over 120 Million USD. It has over 20 Million registered users, with 18 Million app downloads. Voonik has built deep technology to enable personalization that made it the most engaging ecommerce app in India. On the supply side, it has over 15 Lakh products from more than 25,000 sellers. Voonik has a highly scalable ‘lean’ marketplace business model where it operates without inventory and fulfilment centers.
Before Voonik, Sujayath was a Senior Business Leader at Visa. Prior to this, he was associated with Amazon.com as their Senior Product Manager. He started his career as a Senior Software Development Engineer with iNautix Technology. He is distinguishable for being the creator of the first of its kind flagship products in his professional tenure before turning entrepreneur.
An MBA from the Indian School of Business, he also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Sujoy Bose, MD & CEO, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF)
Sujoy is a business leader with over three decades of extensive experience in emerging markets investing and project finance, covering infrastructure, industrials and services sectors. During his career, he has worked on projects covering over 50 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean.
He joined NIIF as the MD & CEO in 2016 and is currently based in Mumbai.
Prior to joining NIIF, he spent over 25 years at International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector investment and financing arm of the World Bank Group. During his tenure at IFC, he has held several leadership positions, with his last position being Director and Global Co-Head, Infrastructure and Natural Resources, based in Washington DC, managing a USD 14 billion portfolio.
Prior to this position, he also served as the Chief Investment Officer and Head of IFC’s African Latin American and Caribbean Fund, based in Washington DC, where he managed and led a USD 1 billion regional growth fund to selectively co-invest with IFC.
From 2006-2010, Sujoy led IFC’s Mumbai office and was responsible for managing its growth and building a strong team of 40 investment professionals as an important part of IFC’s goals for localization of its business. He started his career as a Management Associate with Citibank in Chennai in 1991 as part of the Credit Cards business within the Consumer Banking Group.
Sujoy holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India and is an MBA in Finance from Rice University, Houston, Texas.

Sukanto Aich is a Senior Executive with a proven track record of building successful businesses, delivering rapid revenue growth and creating operational structures to sustain growth and profitability. In his current capacity as Director for BCCL Private Treaties, Sukanto leads a group of professionals who works with their portfolio clients to enhance Enterprise Value.
In his previous assignment Sukanto was the COO for the Enterprise Services business of Bharti Airtel for its South Hub operations managing revenues in excess of Rs. 1000 crores and working closely with leading corporate clients in the IT and ITES space.
Sukanto has done his MBA from IIM Calcutta and has worked closely with the senior management teams in leading Indian organisations like Bharti Airtel and HCL Group.
He likes reading and travelling. One of his recent memorable trips was to Egypt and he is currently working on a biography of Barrack Obama, the president of USA.
Sukhmeet Singh, Career (Talent) Consulting and M&A Transaction Services Leader – India, Mercer
Sukhmeet is a Principal Consultant and leads the M&A Transaction Services and Career (Talent) Consulting business of Mercer in India. Sukhmeet has more than a decade of consulting experience and has led projects across 10+ countries in Asia region. He has partnered with numerous Indian and multinational clients to address their human capital challenges resulting from business transformation, restructuring and various types of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures from pre-deal to post-deal integration stages. In the last 6+ years at Mercer, he has advised on nearly 50 M&A transactions in diverse industries like IT / ITeS, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, etc. including some of the biggest deals in the region.
Sukhmeet has an MBA degree from XLRI, India and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computers) degree from Mumbai University.
Suku Bhaskaran, Director, GD Goenka World Institute
Professor Suku Bhaskaran, PhD Monash University (Australia), has served in senior academic positions in top-tier international institutions including Victoria University (Australia), The Melbourne University (Australia) and The Pennsylvania State University (USA). He commenced his sojourn in India in 2010 as a Visiting Professor (Strategic Management) at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. In late 2011 he joined GD Goenka World Institute-Lancaster University.
Suku has an international research, teaching, training and consultancy profile: lead-managed more than 40 major research, training and consultancy projects in countries such as Australia, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar and Indonesia; published more than 100 articles in top-tier scholarly and professional journals; received awards, honors and citations for research excellence and academic leadership; serves on the Editorial Board of several international scholarly journals; addresses various industry and academic fora in several countries as an Invited Speaker; served as Consultant to the Australian Government’s “Excellence in Research for Australia” initiative; served as Intreader (Reviewer of International Standing) for the Australian Research Council (Australia’s peak R&D Agency).
