Milind Sharma, Co-Founder, PepperTap | @peppertap
Milind Sharma along with Navneet Singh co-founded PepperTap in 2014, a hyperlocal grocery delivery service based out of Gurgaon. In his current role, he looks after Strategy of the business and also supports Marketing & Operations team in their tasks. He believes in a simple philosophy "If you want to go fast, go alone; If you want to go far, go together."
Along with Navneet he also Co-Founded Nuvo Ex in 2013, a premium e-commerce focussed reverse logistics company which works with all major e-tailers in the country. He looks after Client relationships and Strategy for the Business. Before launching Nuvo Logistics, Milind played a crucial role at Delhivery, an express logistics service provider to e-commerce partners, where he led Business Development efforts with the Founding Team. Milind feels, that he and Navneet are not just colleagues, they are partners who share decisions, a future and potential risks & rewards.
Milind is an economics graduate from the Symbiosis University, Pune.
When Milind is not working, he likes to unwind by enjoying a game of football. Being a fitness enthusiast; he ensure to take out sometime from his hectic schedule everyday, to hit the gym and workout.

Mintoo Bhandari, Senior Partner and Managing Director, Apollo Global
Mr. Bhandari is a Senior Partner of Apollo Global Management LLC, Managing Director AGM India Advisors Pvt Ltd, and Managing Partner at AION Capital Partners. He joined Apollo in 2006 in the New York office, worked in the London office and then launched Apollo’s India advisory firm (AGM India Advisors Pvt Ltd) in Mumbai in 2008.
Prior to that time, Mr. Bhandari was managing director of The View Group, an India-focused boutique private equity and investment advisory firm. He was an early participant in the sourcing, execution and development of transactions and enterprises which leveraged operating resources in India and has been integrally involved with approximately twenty such transactions, several of which were pioneering in their structure, strategy and timing.
Mr. Bhandari was also previously a member of the private equity team, and later a manager of hedge fund capital at the Harvard Management Company, which manages the endowment of Harvard University. He serves on the board of directors of Dish TV India Limited and Welspun Corp Ltd. and was previously on the boards of Wire & Wireless India Limited and SOURCECORP and approximately a dozen other companies. He graduated with distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (S.B. ’87) and the Harvard Business School (MBA ’92).

- The Committee of Creditors in the corporate insolvency process initiated against Essar Steel Limited culminating in successful acquisition of Essar Steel Limited by Arcelor Mittal.
- Assisting the Solicitor General of India in Swiss Ribbons vs Union of India proceedings challenging the constitutional validity of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the “Code”).
- The Committee of Creditors in the corporate insolvency process initiated against Amtek Auto Limited and other group companies involving complex questions of law relating to emerging jurisprudence in respect to the Code.
- The Committee of Creditors in the corporate insolvency process initiated against Bhushan Steel Limited culminating in acquisition of the company by Tata Steel Limited.
- The Resolution Professional in corporate insolvency resolution process for Bhushan Steel and Power Limited, Alok Industries Limited and Electrosteel Steels Limited.
- The Liquidator (earlier the Resolution Professional) for Lanco Infratech Limited involving complex issues relating to group insolvencies.
- ICICI Bank in respect to issues involving rights and status of the bank as mortgage holders in the Insolvency resolution process of Jaypee Infrastructure Limited.
- Rajputana Properties Private Limited, in its capacity as resolution applicant, for Binani Cements Limited. The proceedings involved representation and advise to the client in fast paced complex litigation before the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal as well as the Supreme Court of India.
- JK Paper Limited in Insolvency resolution process of Sirpur Papers Limited in its capacity as a resolution applicant. The matter involved advisory and drafting of resolution plan and representation before the National Company Law Tribunal for its approval and post approval implementation issues.
- Axis Bank in Educomp group companies’ insolvency resolution processes. In one of such proceedings, represented Axis Bank on the question of treatment of claims from un-invoked guarantees in favour of financial creditors.
- Edelweiss Asset Restructuring Company in the Insolvency resolution process of Tecpro Systems Limited. The proceedings leading up to the Supreme Court settled a controversial issue of maintainability of proceedings under the Code when winding up petitions were pending against the same company under previous laws.
- Several other creditors (including asset reconstruction companies, public financial institutions) such as State Bank of India, Axis Bank, UV Asset Reconstruction Company Limited, SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, Piramal Finance, IDBI Bank etc. in corporate insolvency resolution process involving different corporates. The representation and advice is at different stages of the process under the Code.
- International Finance Corporation, private sector as well as public sector banks such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Punjab and Sind Bank in several litigations.
- An Indian listed real estate company in an US$ 1.5 billion dispute against international financial services group in LCIA arbitration seated at London.
- A private equity dispute on behalf of international financial services group against an Indian real estate company in UNCITRAL arbitration seated at London.
- A leading media entertainment group based in South-East Asia in extensive and long drawn investigation by Central Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement of Directorate, India.
- Assisted the Executive Chairman and Head, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice of the Firm, Mr Shardul S. Shroff in deliberations and drafting of report by the Insolvency Law Committee appointed by the Government of India to review implementation of the Code. The report of the Committee was instrumental in bringing in the amendments to the Code by way of an Ordinance, which was later enacted as an Amendment Act to the Code.
- Part of the team recognised by the National Working Group tasked with formulating the draft Information Utlities regulations for their extensive recommendations.
- Regularly interacting with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in formulation of the regulations under the Code.

Ms Misha is a Partner in the Firm's Dispute Resolution practice with almost 15 years of experience. With the enactment of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, she has been spearheading the Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice at the Firm while consolidating her experience in corporate insolvency, restructuring and banking matters under the old regime.
Misha has been involved in 10 out of the 12 largest non-performing asset (“NPA”) accounts referred for the insolvency resolution process under the Code by the central bank - Reserve Bank of India.

Mitesh Daga, Partner/Co-Head of Healthcare, TPG/ TPG Capital Asia
Mitesh Daga is a Partner with TPG and Co-Head of Healthcare for TPG Capital Asia, based in Mumbai. He brings more than 20 years of investing, financial, entrepreneurial and operating experience from leading global institutions. Mitesh has played leadership roles in connection with TPG’s investments in Manipal Hospitals, Sai Lifesciences, RR Kabel, Jio Platforms, Reliance Retail and Fractal Analytics. He joined TPG in 2014 from Advent International where he was based in London and later in Mumbai. Mitesh started his career with CapitalOne in USA. Prior to Zephyr Peacock, Mitesh worked as a Business Manager for Capital One, a large financial services company, in Richmond, USA before setting up a consultancy focused on financial services in Bangalore with a group of former senior professionals from Capital One.

Mithun Sacheti finished his undergrad studies and took the first flight out to the USA, to enrol and get certified as a gemologist from the Gemmological Institute of America, California (GIA). His passion for jewellery and all things diamond drove him to set up his first store (for Jaipur Gems), just a few days after his return! After overseeing Jaipur Gem’s expansion into South India, including into Chennai and Coimbatore, Mithun headed towards e-commerce.

Mithun Srivatsa is the cofounder of Blowhorn.com which was launched in Aug 2014. Blowhorn is the leading intracity logistics startup operating in major cities in India. Prior to founding Blowhorn, Mr. Srivatsa worked in multiple functions with the world’s largest shipping company – AP Moller Maersk – as a fast track management trainee. His last role with Maersk group was working with a core team entrusted with the turnaround of a port to a successful IPO.. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur and is an MBA from University of Cambridge – Judge Business School. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Besides logistics, his interests include Geopolitics, Cryptocurrencies and restoring motorbikes.
