Mihir Gandhi, Associate Director, Leader - Payments Transformation, PwC India

Mihir is an Associate Director leading the Payments Transformation practice in PwC India. He has more than 12 years of experience in advising clients on areas like strategy development - market assessment and business plan, payments business build out, operational efficiency and process design, vendor selection and implementation support.


Mihir Joshi, Managing Director, GVFL

Mihir Joshi has been associated with GVFL since last nine years. He has been involved all stages of Venture Capital lifecycle including Fund raising, investing, divesting and distributing profits to the investors. He has significant exposure in various sectors and has been involved in more than 500 proposals, starting from deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and closure. Mihir holds a degree from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has undergone Venture Capital Training in Hongkong.


Mihir Shah, Founder, UE LifeSciences Inc.

Mihir is a US based mHealth entrepreneur of Indian origin. A computer engineer by training and a socially-motivated entrepreneur by profession, Mihir is passionate to address health disparities for the many, in the developing world. In 2009, he founded UE Lifesciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to lead the effort in developing innovative breast health examination tools for regions where vast majority of cases are diagnosed at late stages. Mihir is also the Founder of HEALTHEE, a convenience driven primary healthcare service for urban Indians.


Mihir Sheth, Founder and MD, Springboard Financial Services

Mihir Sheth is the Founder and MD of Springboard Financial Services, the country's first dedicated training loan provider. Springboard partners with training institutes imparting skill development courses and offers loans to students in need of financing.

Prior to Springboard, Mihir worked with the Unique Identification Authority of India in various roles ranging from field research, communications, outreach and project management. Before joining UIDAI he worked in the Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers (then Nomura International), based out of their Hong Kong office. In that role, he specialized in M&A and capital markets advisory for Asian financial institutions. He has also previously worked at Credit Suisse in their London office, and at IDFC Private Equity in Mumbai.

Mihir graduated from Harvard College with a BA in Economics and is an avid squash player.


Mihir Vora, Chief Investment Officer & Senior Director, Max Life Insurance

Mihir Vora is Senior Director & Chief Investment Officer at Max Life Insurance. He is responsible for the investment strategy and all aspects of the company’s funds management function, leading a team of over 20 highly-qualified investment professionals.

A Mechanical Engineer, he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA.

Mihir has more than 25 years of experience across asset classes including equity, fixed income, real estate and alternate funds. He has a long and consistent track record and has consistently delivered superior fund performance in several leading mutual funds and has built high-performing investment teams in multiple organizations. He has managed large mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds across large-cap, mid-cap, sectoral and thematic mandates.

Previously Mihir was with Birla Sun Life Asset Management, as Chief Investment Officer – Offshore and before that he was with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. He has also worked with HSBC Global Asset Management and ABN AMRO Asset Management as Head -Equities. In the initial part of his career, Mihir worked with ICICI Prudential and SBI Funds Management as Fund Manager.

Mihir joined Max Life in 2014 and since then has been taking our funds to new heights. Mihir and his team handle over Rs. 1,00,000 Crores of assets under management.


Milan Sheth, Executive Vice President, IMEA, Automation Anywhere

Milan is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in advising the boards of leading public companies in digital services, technology-enabled business transformation, and functional transformations. As an Executive Vice president – IMEA, he is responsible for strengthening of the world-class talent pool, expanding of partner ecosystem and delivering business outcomes for customers.

Before joining Automation Anywhere, Milan served as the Senior Partner and National Director for Technology Business at Ernst & Young (EY), for over 18 years. In his last role, he was managing partner of Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications consulting business. He was also a global co-lead for the company’s Intelligent Automation Practice, and managed client service in the emerging markets geographies.

What you didn’t know: Milan has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and seeks to achieve inner peace without diluting ambitious life goals.


Milind Godbole, MD, GeBBS Healthcare Solutions | @gebbshealthcare

Milind Godbole is the Managing Director at GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, a leading national provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) and health information management (HIM) solutions for United States of America clientele. With a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA with specialization in Sales and Marketing, Milind Godbole has a proven track record of turnarounds, helping businesses move away from challenging situations, turning the loss making businesses positive, and helping business grow off their current platforms using Software and Technology as an enabler.

In his past role as the President and COO in prestigious global firms such as Mphasis and Aditya Birla Minacs, he headed business strategies and overall corporate performance spread across various industries in the US, Europe and India.

Today, under his leadership GeBBS has witnessed an overall organizational growth and transformational product strategy play. He works closely with client organizations to ensure that they receive optimal value from GeBBS’ solutions. He is also one of the 6 visionaries identified as the 'India 6 (I6)' think-tank for the IT and ITES industry in India.

Milind Joshi, India Partner, Global Infrastructure Partners

Milind Joshi is a GIP India Partner and leads GIP India’s investments in Digital infrastructure, Airports and Midstream Energy. Milind has over 27 years of experience across operations and investments, principally in Transportation, Energy and Telecom sectors. Milind primarily focuses on originating and evaluating investments, managing the portfolio and evaluating exit opportunities in India. Milind is a member of the Investment Committee for the GIP India Funds and represents GIP India Funds on the boards of various portfolio companies.

Milind holds an M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta and a degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
 


Milind Joshi, Partner - Infrastructure, IDFC Alternatives

Milind Joshi is currently Partner at IDFC Alternatives in the Infrastructure asset class which manages over US$ 1.8 billion across two Infrastructure Funds. He is currently responsible for origination and execution of transactions. He has over twenty two years of experience across operations and investments, principally in the transportation and energy sector and is on the Board of several Infrastructure companies.

Prior to joining IDFC Alternatives, Milind headed the Contracts & Commercial division at GMR Delhi International Airport Limited in India where he spent two years. At GMR Group, he worked with the transport group across different functions including project finance, commercial and contracts. Prior to GMR, Milind worked at Tata Power and Powergen India, where he was involved in several acquisitions and financing initiatives. Milind started his professional career at ICICI Limited in 1994 where he was a core member of the infrastructure business and managed a portfolio of over fifteen companies in the infrastructure space.

Milind holds a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
