Mayank Jalan, MD, Keventer Agro Ltd.
Mr. Mayank Jalan is the Managing Director of Keventer Agro Ltd. A first-class degree holder in Mechanical Engineering from University College London, he also has a degree in Business Finance from the prestigious London School of Economics. His core strength is managing strategic growth while ensuring a level of profitability essential for generation of internal funds that fuel rapid growth.
His proficiency in managing a complex supply chain has delivered steady top-line increments as well as bottom-line accruals.
While gaining some practical know-how at the University College London and London School of Economics, Mr. Jalan has acquired significant do-how as a Research Analysis Expert in Credit Agricole Indisuez in London. He has also worked with Smifs Financing Ltd. in Kolkata, India, marketing Mutual Funds.
Mr. Jalan's all-encompassing interest in markets and brands, and products and processes has led him to create a team of competent professionals who direct and operate the vital functions at the Keventer Group. This young but wise leader has been successfully steering the Keventer Group, one of the fastest growing groups in eastern India that has been making game-changing forays into several spaces - edibles, exports and real estate.
A keen sportsman, Mr. Mayank Jalan's sports interests include golf, squash, cricket, rugby, badminton, and swimming, alongside reading and music.

Mayank Kumar, Co-founder and MD, Upgrad
Mayank Kumar is the Founder and CEO of UpGrad (www.upgrad.com), India’s first full-fledged online education company. Mayank co-founded UpGrad together with serial entrepreneur and philanthropist Ronnie Screwvala and secured $16m of capital to grow the venture into India’s most meaningful education business.
Before founding UpGrad, Mayank was Vice President Education at Bertelsmann, Europe’s largest media and education conglomerate, where he oversaw Bertelsmann’s education strategy and its multi-million dollar investments in India. In this capacity, Mayank further served as Board Member of iNurture (www.inurture.com), India’s No. 1 provider of industry-specific academic programs.
Prior to joining Bertelsmann, Mayank was a Senior Principal at The Parthenon Group, where he advised global clients in the education sector across all geographies including China, Southeast Asia,
India and South America and participated in deals worth $1.5bn flowing into the education sector.
Before joining The Parthenon Group, Mayank worked at the Tata Strategic Management Group, advising Tata’s strategic direction. Mayank holds a BTech from IIT Delhi and a MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB).

Mayank Kumar, Senior Principal, The Parthenon Group
Mr. Mayank Kumar is a Senior Principal in The Parthenon Group's Mumbai office. Mr. Kumar has advised clients in the education sector on market potential, growth and market entry strategies, investment decisions and revenue and profit uplift strategies across geographies including extensive work in India, China, and Southeast Asia. Mr. Kumar has served clients across education sectors with a focus on early years, K-12, and education technology implementation. Mr. Kumar has also worked with various private equity firms on conducting due-diligences in the areas of education, healthcare and commerce. His consulting experience also includes assignments in strategy formulation, operational excellence, policy development and investment decisions for clients across industries including healthcare, telecom, automotive and consumer goods. Prior to Parthenon, Mr. Kumar worked at the Tata Strategic Group. He has a Bachelor's degree from IIT-Delhi and an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Mayank Prakash, India Business Head, Nazara Technologies
Mayank Prakash joined Nazara technologies in 2011 and is currently Heading India Business. Mayank have worked in Automotive and telecom sectors in various roles like product marketing, strategic planning and business development. Mayank is an Electronics & Telecomunications engineer from DCE and did his PGDM from IIM Lucknow.

Mayukh Choudhury, Co-Founder / CEO, Milaap Social Ventures India Pvt. Ltd
Mayukh leads the strategy and business development at Milaap. Prior to co-founding Milaap, he has been a financial risk consultant in Dubai, where he worked with top banks and asset management firms. An empiricist to the core, Mayukh has spent the last four years in building technology enabled financing models - working in consumer lending for solar-lanterns for D.light, then in developing an commodity financing company as the Head of Collateral Finance with one of India's leading agri-logistics providers.
Mayukh has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras and a PGDM from IIM Lucknow. In his free time, if not researching on how technology is shaping up the future of financial services, Mayukh can be seen on a street tour with his camera, or locked up in a room trying to solve problems in plane geometry.

Mayur Abhaya Srisrimal, Executive Director, LifeCell International
After pursuing his Masters in Science from Northwestern University USA, Mayur Abhaya, the young businessman, decided to take charge of Shasun business which was established a few decades ago. He started his assignment with Shasun in handling Information Security Management and on successful implementation of this he moved on the next layer of automation in leading the ERP implementation. Though he had a science background in his education his outlook always had strong traits of strategic business management, business automation, systems and processes needed for a professional organizational management. His education along with this skill helped Mayur in getting into strategic core areas in Shasun like Intellectual Property Rights, Licensing, new product development etc where contributed to a great extent.
After setting quality & process standards at Shasun, Mayur was invited by the board of management of LifeCell to take charge as Executive Director of LifeCell International. Mayur is now actively involved in driving the business in total perspective from banking, research to therapy. He has set himself on an ambitious track of putting LifeCell in the international map of stem cell technology and positioning LifeCell as the hub for stem cell solutions worldwide.

Mayur Satyavrat, Senior VP & Head - Learning, OD & Talent Management, RBL Bank

Mayur Sirdesai, Partner, Somerset Indus Capital Partners
Mayur has over 25 years of experience in Healthcare/ Pharma and FMCG and has worked in various roles like Private Equity, Strategy, Advisory Services, Operations, Manufacturing and Marketing in this sector. Currently, Mayur runs a Healthcare focused PE fund called Somerset Indus Capital Partners focused on investments in products and services platforms in the SME sector of Healthcare in India.
He has made several investments across Pharma, Nutrition, Medical Technology, Diagnostics and Healthcare Delivery. He has a strong network across the Indian Healthcare sector at the Senior Management Level and in the past, has worked in large professional companies like IMS Health and Colgate Palmolive as well as his family run organization – Kare Group in an entrepreneurial capacity. He has also built start ups in the areas of Medical Devices and Stem Cell Banking and Research.
He has also been involved in the Healthcare start up space wherein he has mentored several healthcare entrepreneurs and is an Investment Committee member of a Healthcare Start up Incubator called Health Start in Delhi. He has also helped in the organisation of a Healthcare conference on Digital Healthcare with the TiE Pune chapter last year.
Mayur attended IIT Bombay between 1983-87 wherein he did his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering followed by a Masters in Chemical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and a MBA at University of Texas at Austin in 1991. Being from a family with a lifelong association with Pharma, Mayur naturally moved into the Pharma/Lifesciences sector which he has been part of in various roles throughout his career.

Mayuresh Kini, COO, PayU Finance
Mayuresh Kini is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at PayU Finance. In his dual role Mayuresh is instrumental in spearheading the organization’s strategic moves aligned to its vision of creating a full-stack digital financial services platform to serve all financial needs of consumers in India.
He is responsible for leading and scaling the company’s overall growth and business operations for LazyPay, India's preferred Buy Now Pay Later solution and PaySense, a full stack personal loans company. His role includes overseeing design and implementation of business strategies, fund raising and developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the firm.
With a career spanning over two decades focused on financial services, Mayuresh has donned many hats across the spectrum covering finance, strategy, private equity/venture capital and management consulting, both in India and abroad. He joined PaySense as the COO and CFO in 2018, and when the digital credit platform was acquired by PayU, took over as the COO and CFO of PayU Finance, one of the leading digital lenders and the NBFC unit of PayU. An alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Mayuresh has previously worked with Ernst & Young, McKinsey & Co., and Faering Capital, among others.
