Shuchi started her career at Hindustan Lever, where she worked on the Pears brand before venturing into creating her first venture - Blue Banyan - a fair-trade accessories company that retailed across 250 stores in India. Shuchi holds a BS in Economics from the Stern School of Business, NYU and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Sidharth is the co-founder of Treebo, a new-age affordable accommodation brand that is solving the problem of poor quality assurance in this space. Before launching Treebo, he was Vice President - Strategy & Corporate Development at Myntra where he was leading several strategic initiatives for the group. Prior to joining Myntra, he worked at McKinsey & Company for ~6 years and was a Senior Engagement Manager when he left the firm. At McKinsey, he served clients across geographies on topics related to operations, sales & marketing, organization, customer experience, and launching new businesses. His passion and experiences as a traveler drew Sidharth towards the idea of launching Treebo, through which he is trying to solve the problems he has personally faced as a traveler.

Srinivas has over 18 years of experience across industries including financial services, payments and commerce in a variety of business and product related roles and most recently with a specific focus on enabling banking, payments and related services through digital channels.

At Mahindra Comviva he heads the mobile financial Solutions business unit, which currently has over 120 deployments globally, providing services for more than 750 million consumers and processing over 35 billion USD in payment flows. He has not only enhanced the leadership position of Mahindra Comviva in the mobile money space, but expanded the offerings to cover other segments, and thereby have a full suite of products and solutions - across the banking, retail and telecom industries - to meet the requirements of consumers and businesses.  

Prior to joining Mahindra Comviva, he established and led the business for online banking and mobile payments at ICICI Bank and also headed product management and business development functions in start-ups and IT product companies. Srinivas has many distinctions including heading India’s first digital only banking offering; defining the World’s first mobile payments interoperability standard; South Asia’s first mobile banking offering; being part of the first nationwide financial infrastructure for MFIs among others.

T.R. Ramachandran is Visa's Group Country Manager for India and South Asia. He is responsible for all strategy development and business operations of Visa in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives and Bhutan.

Ram is also focused on driving the company's innovation strategy which includes growing eCommerce, mobile payments, deepening the acceptance footprint, and building an electronic payments ecosystem which is secure and reliable. He will be instrumental in enhancing cashless payments and supporting financial inclusion in the region. Ram brings a wealth of knowledge to Visa with more than 25 years' experience across retail banking, payment products, wealth management and insurance.

Varun Dua is the CEO and Co-Founder of Coverfox Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. that runs the website www.coverfox.com.He has extensive and diverse experience in the insurance industry spanning over 10 years. He’s worked on Sales; ROI based marketing, built tech solutions for insurance companies amongst other things.

Varun started his career as an advertising and marketing professional and worked with leading insurance and financial services firms including Tata AIG and Franklin Templeton. He led marketing analytics efforts for direct business acquisition and led technology efforts for efficient servicing of customers.

Prior to Coverfox, he has co-founded 2 firms Enser Communications and Glitterbug Technologies which have brought in good technology and practices to the Insurance Industry in India. Enser was set up in 2008 and was the fastest growing customer support and contact center for financial services firms and grew to 500 people in two years of its inception. Glitterbug is a technology services firm and has serviced top insurance brands including ICICI Prudential, HDFC Life and Aviva to integrate their online business with core applications and cloud based voice record storage, management and retrieval.

Zishaan started his career with ITC in 2005 and then worked with Opera Solutions on strategy and operations consulting projects for Fortune 100 clients in North America, Europe and Asia. He was the first employee in Opera Solutions' India office.

In 2008, Zishaan co-founded a phone commerce marketplace Chaupaati Bazaar. In 2010, Chaupaati Bazaar was acquired by India's largest retailer Future Group.

Zishaan is now building his second company - Toppr.com, an online prep platform for entrance exams in India. Toppr is backed by venture capital firms SAIF Partners and Helion Ventures.

He is also an angel investor in a few Indian startups including Olacabs.com and Housing.com and runs an angel investment group called Powai Lake Ventures.
