He led Persistent Systems sales activities in the U.S. North East for 4+ years and added 30+ new logos that contributed to 20M+ USD in revenues. He also set up the APAC sales team that went from nil to 7% of annual revenues within 2 years. Vinay began his career in engineering and rose up the engineering ladder to be a center head for a US based captive. He holds 2 US patents and has 5 patents pending globally on work related USB, wireless and code security. Vinay holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Southern California, LA and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from University of Pune. He is actively involved with TiE and was cochair for TiECON Pune 2014 and 15. Vinay is also a fellow of the Startup Leadership Program.

Zishaan started his career with ITC in 2005 and then worked with Opera Solutions on strategy and operations consulting projects for Fortune 100 clients in North America, Europe and Asia. He was the first employee in Opera Solutions' India office.

In 2008, Zishaan co-founded a phone commerce marketplace Chaupaati Bazaar. In 2010, Chaupaati Bazaar was acquired by India's largest retailer Future Group.

Zishaan is now building his second company - Toppr.com, an online prep platform for entrance exams in India. Toppr is backed by venture capital firms SAIF Partners and Helion Ventures.

He is also an angel investor in a few Indian startups including Olacabs.com and Housing.com and runs an angel investment group called Powai Lake Ventures.

Zishaan graduated from IIT Bombay in 2005 and was awarded the Institute Citation and two Institute Colors.
