Deepak Jodhani is a senior member at Nishith Desai Associates. Deepak is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and he has about 15 years of investment banking experience. Deepak has been involved in various strategic M&A transactions with clients across borders in key sectors such as Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals, FIG and FMCG.
Deepak started his career as an Associate at Rabo India Finance and then moved on to HSBC Securities in their investment banking team as a Senior Manager. Deepak Mittal, Investment Director, Peepul Capital
Deepak has over fifteen years of experience across private equity, management consulting and leading a mid-sized business. Deepak is an Investment Director with Peepul Capital, having joined the firm in 2014. At Peepul, he focusses on managing investments in consumer products & brands and engineering businesses. Deepak had started his professional career with McKinsey & Company where he spent about four years working with leading corporates in India on business strategy and operations engagements. Thereafter, he spent about five years with the private equity firm 3i Plc, as part of its investment team for the India infrastructure fund having an investing corpus of $1.2 billion. He also had the opportunity to lead a mid-sized business as the CEO of KMC Infratech, a portfolio company of 3i Plc.
Deepak completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta and BBS from Delhi University.

Dev is a Partner at ICON VALUATION LLP and has 8 years specialized experience in providing valuation advisory services. Prior to ICON, Dev was part of Deloitte India for more than 9 years, including more than 6 years in valuation services.
Dev's experience in valuations is diverse, across business valuations and intangible valuations for various purposes including for mergers & acquisitions, regulatory and financial reporting. His varied industry experience covers, inter alia, sectors such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, technology, telecom, infrastructure, real estate, power, manufacturing and consumer business.
