Ashima Munjal, MD, Majestic IT Services Limited

Ms. Ashima Munjal serves as Managing Director of Majestic IT Services Limited. Previously, Ms. Munjal has worked with the Centre for Networking and Distributed Systems at Johns Hopkins University, Unisys Corporation and the Veteran Health Administration in the United States of America. She has been a Non-Executive Director of Majestic Auto Ltd. since August 14, 2010. She serves as Director of Amtier Infotech Limited. She is also having good experience of the business process outsourcing industry.

Ms. Munjal has a Masters of Science in Engineering Degree and Bachelors in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University USA.

Ashish Agarwal, Founder & CTO, Solutions Infini

Ashish Agarwal is the founder and CTO of Solutions Infini Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., one of the largest cloud based enterprise messaging and communications companies in India. At Solutions Infini, Ashish brings to the table 7 years of experience in Web and Server Technologies, Telecommunication Gateway Services and programming across platforms. He also specializes in financial practices, and is also responsible for major financial decisions in the company. From a humbling 5-member team, he along with other has transformed Solutions Infini into one of the leading contenders in this industry segment. He held the reigns of development that eventually led to the launch of 2 of Solutions Infini’s niche products, Dialstreet and InfiNeo.

Ashish co-founded Solutions Infini in 2007, when he was in his second year under proprietorship. He went on to become an entrepreneur, CTO and CFO in 2009, when Solutions Infini was registered as a company.

A Graduate in BCA and a Diploma in Marketing and Finance, Ashish’s forte lies in Technology, Cloud Services, Programming, Architecture Planning and Networking. He believes that Desire, Devotion and Determination has led to the success of Solutions Infini and envisions his company to be India’s best business communication solutions provider.

Ashish Aggarwal, Founder & CFO, Footprints India

Ashish is Founder and CFO of Footprints Childcare Pvt Ltd. Ashish has experience in Banking, Wealth Management and Software sectors and in his last assignment, he was working with Citibank in Japan.

Mr. Agrawal joined the Advisors in May 2003 and was previously with the global research division at McKinsey & Company.  He received an MBA with a specialization in finance from Mumbai University and a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Garhwal University. 

Ashish Bansal, Partner | Deal Advisory, KPMG India Private Limited

Ashish leads the Healthcare practice for Deal Advisory in KPMG India. He has advised on several transactions in the healthcare space in the last 8 years for both PE and strategic investments and is associated with transactions in both national and regional healthcare players. He is a Chartered accountant by profession and graduated from SRCC in Delhi University

Ashish Chauhan, MD & CEO, BSE

Ashishkumar Chauhan is the MD & CEO of BSE, Asia’s oldest exchange, World’s fastest exchange with 6 Micro seconds response time, World’s largest exchange with 5,000 plus listed companies and India’s first universal exchange to offer trading across all asset classes. He is credited with reviving BSE and completing its IPO - which was oversubscribed more than 51 times. He was instrumental in setting up India’s first International Exchange, India International exchange, inaugurated by India’s Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in January 2017.

Prior to joining BSE, from 2000 to 2009, Ashish worked at Reliance Industries, India’s largest conglomerate as President and Group CIO, Head of Corporate communications and CEO of Cricket team Mumbai Indians in its formative years. From 1993 to 2000, he setup India’s National Stock Exchange (NSE), primarily on technology, Screen based trading system, satellite communications network, equities and derivatives businesses, and Nifty index amongst his many responsibilities. He is considered the father of modern financial derivatives in India due to his work at NSE.

He received several Indian and International awards including Distinguished Alumnus Awards from both his Alma Mater IIT Bombay and IIM Kolkata, a rare achievement. He has also been awarded “Digital Icon of Year” by Indian Express Group and ranked amongst the top CEOs in financial markets by Asian Banker, amongst top 50 CIOs in the world by Information Week US. He is a member of several committees of Government, Regulators and international associations. He is a member on the Board of Directors at IIM Raipur and NIFM Faridabad and served as the chairman of NIT Manipur. He is a distinguished visiting faculty at Ryerson University in Toronto and Honorary Professor at Nottingham University Business School. He co-authored a book on the history of the BSE titled “The Temple of Wealth Creation”.

Ashish Dhawan, Founder & CEO, Central Square Foundation

Ashish Dhawan is the Founder and CEO of Central Square Foundation (CSF). He worked for twenty years in the investment management business and ran one of India's leading private equity funds, ChrysCapital. In June 2012, he left his full time role at ChrysCapital to start CSF. Ashish is an MBA with distinction from Harvard University and a dual bachelor's (BS/BA) holder with Magna Cum Laude honours from Yale University. He is on the India Advisory Board of Harvard and a member of Yale's Development Council.

 

Ashish serves on the board of several non-profits including Akanksha Foundation, 3.2.1 Education Foundation, Teach For India, Centre for Civil Society, Janaagraha and GiveLife. As Founder and CEO of CSF, Ashish hopes to bring a fresh impact-based approach to philanthropy in India. He was recently recognized as the NextGen Leader in Philanthropy by Forbes India.

Ashish Fafadia, CFO, Blume Ventures

Ashish’s experience spans 16 years across Banking and Finance in areas like Treasury (Rupee & Forex), Venture Capital (investment structuring), portfolio management and exits of small and mid sized companies. An early member of the team, his current role as CFO has him oversee structuring of investments, portfolio monitoring, and fund raising and exits. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, he has also been a visiting faculty and speaker at industry associations and premier business schools.

He then went on to serve as Managing Director of India Book House and Chief Operating Officer at Amar Chitra Katha Media where he worked on developing a portfolio of products that use innovative technology and India-centric content. He played a key role in expanding ACK’s reach by strengthening distribution in India and key foreign markets, launching online services, and partnering with TV, film and other mass media.
