Anuj Ranjan, Managing Partner- Middle East & South Asia, Brookfield Asset Management

Anuj Ranjan is a Managing Partner and Regional Head of Middle East and South Asia, responsible for overseeing all of Brookfield’s investment initiatives and operations. Mr. Ranjan joined Brookfield in 2006 and has held various positions within the company and its affiliates, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate advisory. He relocated from Toronto to Mumbai in 2009, where he helped build Brookfield’s India business, and then in Dubai to further expand Brookfield’s presence in the region. Mr. Ranjan has been involved in over $20 billion of transactions globally. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Anuj Roy, Managing Partner, FIDIUS Advisory

Anuj is a Managing Partner at FIDIUS. He leads the firms Technology and Digital practice and works with clients as they build teams for the digitised world. He has twenty years of professional experience across executive search, consulting and technology. He has built leadership teams for digital and technology businesses including E-commerce, Fintech, EdTech, Logistics, Digital Media, SAAS, Enterprise Technology, Ad-network, Gaming companies amongst others. He has built expertise in working with companies to acquire leadership talent in their journey from start-up to growth stage to large scale businesses.

He has also helped companies across sectors like financial services, manufacturing, consumer, Pharma amongst others in acquiring senior talent as they drive their digital transformation initiatives.

He was heading strategic initiatives at Amba Research managing the inorganic growth initiatives for the firm. At Cognizant Technology, he was based in the US as a part of business consulting team and worked with clients across the US and Europe. He was a part of the leadership team at the business consulting start-up Aptivaa Consulting and worked with clients in the Middle East and South Asia.

Anuj has done his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and Chemical Engineering from NIT Trichy.

Anuj Srivastava, Founder & CEO, Livspace | @livspace

Anuj Srivastava is the CEO and Co-founder of Livspace (www.livspace.com). Formerly, Anuj worked at the Google Mountain View headquarters (San Francisco Bay Area), where he led WorldWide Product Marketing for the eCommerce team, and in the past, led the product marketing function for Google Local/Maps and many other online ad products including AdSense and the Google Display Network. One of his more recent exits was ZipDial, a mobile marketing platform which was acquired by Twitter.

Anuj started his career in the Silicon Valley where he worked as the Head of Product Marketing at Encentuate, an identity and access management company, which was acquired by IBM. Anuj grew up in India, went to school at IIT Kanpur, received his MBA from the London Business School, and has lived & worked across India, San Francisco, London, New York, and Singapore.

Anuj Tandon, Co-Founder & COO of Rolocule Games, handles Products and Product Marketing at Rolocule. He is responsible for growing downloads of Rolocule's games to more than 5 million globally and handles all aspects of marketing. Rolocule Games is an award winning game development studio that creates engaging games for global audience as well as award winning gaming technology.

Anup Bagchi, MD & CEO, ICICI Securities Ltd

Mr. Anup Bagchi is the Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Securities Ltd.

During his tenure of 20 years with ICICI Group he has held many key positions in the field of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury.  He is a Director in ICICI Securities Inc.  He is a Co-chairman of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) Capital Markets Committee.  Mr. Bagchi is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore.

Anup Gupta, Managing Director, Nexus Venture Partners

Anup is an entrepreneurial leader.

Before joining Nexus, Anup was the Group Chief Operating Officer at WNS, a leading global IT Enabled Services (ITES) company with revenue of more than $300 million, where he was responsible for global operations comprising over 20,000 employees across 7 countries. In his 8 year tenure, Anup played a key role in transforming WNS from an early stage company into a top tier global business which witnessed rapid growth and listed on the NYSE.

Previously, Anup was a Principal with eVentures India, a pioneer in the venture capital sector in India. At eVentures, he focused on developing services and consumer start-ups many of which have become market leading companies, such as CustomerAsset (acquired by Firstsource), Makemytrip (sale to SAIF partners) and Netmagic, along with Sandeep Singhal, a co-founder of Nexus. Prior to eVentures, Anup was a Management Consultant at Booz & Company, where he worked with a several industrial companies in India.

Anup graduated at the top of his classes from both IIM, Calcutta and IIT Kharagpur.

Anup Kumar Agarwal, Senior Investment Officer, International Finance Corporation

Mr. Anup Kumar Agarwal, Senior Investment Officer in IFC, leads investments (both equity and debt) in the financial sector in South Asia. During the last six years in IFC, he has led investments across the financial services space in India, including bank, NBFCs, microfinance, housing finance, broking, PE/VC fund, etc. Prior to joining IFC, Anup worked as Group Head - Credit and Deputy General Manager in ICICI Bank (one of India's largest private sector banks) and as Assistant General Manager with ICRA Limited (a leading credit rating agency of India and an associate of Moody's Investors Service). Anup is a Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder), additionally qualified as a CFA, ICWA, and CS with over 17 years of experience in equity investing, lending, portfolio management, credit rating, and consulting.

Anupam Goenka, MD - Credit, Baring Private Equity Asia

Mr. Goenka is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, India. He has over 15 years of experience across proprietary investments, structured finance, investment banking and consulting. Immediately prior to joining BPEA, Mr. Goenka spent two years as Head of Underwriting at Religare Credit Advisors Limited, domestic fund investing in Structured Private Debt in India.

Prior to this, he was with Religare Finvest Limited where he oversaw the structuring and underwriting functions for various mid-market corporates across a variety of sectors. He also worked with Deutsche Bank for 5 years in proprietary real estate investments, and within the global credit trading team focusing on transactions for mid and large corporates. He has also worked with JP Morgan in their Investment Banking team in Mumbai for 3 years where he worked on several capital market transactions across sectors.
