Anshu Prasher, Director, InnoVen Capital India Pvt. Ltd
Anshu Prasher is a Director at InnoVen Capital India. Since joining the firm in January 2013, he has been responsible for originating and executing venture debt transactions for high growth and innovative Indian companies. In addition to his role in leading debt transactions, Anshu is responsible for developing partnerships with other debt providers and building the firm’s syndication capabilities.
Anshu brings rich experience of working across banking and financial services. Prior to joining InnoVen Capital India (formerly SVB India Finance), Anshu worked with Debt Capital Markets, Kotak Mahindra Bank on structured debt transactions including acquisition and promoter financing across various sectors. He has prior Corporate Banking experience with Kotak and retail banking experience with Citibank.
Anshu holds a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a BA (Honors) in Geography from DAV College, Jalandhar. Besides work, Anshu loves to explore new places, connect with new people and ideas. Like most other Indians, he loves cricket but also follows basketball and football among other sports.

Anshul Gupta is the Co-founder of Box8, a food delivery company. Anshul holds a bachelors and masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Prior to starting Box8, he worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. In the travel across the west, he realized the massive opportunity in the organized food segment, and decided to start Box8.

Anshul Gupta is a seasoned dealmaker with nearly two decades of M&A experience. He heads the Healthcare vertical at Avendus and is based in Mumbai.
Anshul has spent over 19+ years in various leadership roles at Citigroup Global Markets. He led several noteworthy transactions during his tenure in the Healthcare and Finance sector including, IHH’s acquisition of Fortis, the sale of Siemens India’s Healthcare business to its parent, private placement in TPG-owned Pathology Asia Holdings and the sale of Citi’s consumer business to Axis. He is also an expert in capital markets, having led IPOs for Gland Pharma, Laurus Labs and Eris Lifesciences, QIPs for Max Health and Piramal, financing for Intas’ acquisition of Actavis and bond issuances for Glenmark and Jubilant Pharma, among others.
He holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and an engineering degree from IIT, Delhi.

Anshul is a Managing Director and co-leads the investment team at Lighthouse Funds. She serves on the board of Duroflex. She has over 18 years of experience encompassing growth investments and investment banking. Previously, she led consumer sector coverage at ICICI Securities including M&A, PE and capital market transactions.
Anshul earned an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore.

Anshul Singhal, MD, Welspun One Logistics Park
Anshul Singhal has over 15 years of leadership experience in the infrastructure and real estate sector with a track record of establishing 5 new businesses from the ground up for 3 large corporates. He has held the CEO and Director positions for Blackstone, Warburg Pincus and Brookfield investee companies.
Prior to founding Welspun One Logistics Parks, Anshul was the CEO of Embassy Industrial Parks (EIP), a joint venture between the Embassy Group and Warburg Pincus with a potential AUM of ~USD 1 billion. Under his watch, EIP delivered 6MM SF of Grade-A warehousing facilities, and acquired a land portfolio of 1400 acres in Pune, NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hosur and Hyderabad, with development potential of over 35MM SF. He was responsible for the delivery of a 130MW solar farm in Karnataka for the Embassy Group, which entailed an investment of USD 100MMAnshul was the founding director of JSW Severfield Structures Ltd from 2007-2014, a joint venture between USD 20 billion JSW Group and Severfield-Rowen plc.; UK’s largest structural steel construction company. He was instrumental in building a pan India team that delivered factories, power plants, warehouses and high-rise office buildings in India.
He enjoys a strong network of relationships across PE funds, business houses, family offices and customers. Anshul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), GRI Club and has the unique distinction of being the only Indian selected for an internship that involved working with the White House, Pentagon, IMF and World Bank during the George W Bush administration, while at university.

Anshuman Bapna, CEO, Mygola.com
Anshuman is the CEO & co-founder of mygola.com, a travel planning service. He co-founded and sold his first startup (RightHalf.com) while in undergrad at IIT Bombay, seeing it through the first boom & bust on the internet. After his MBA at Stanford, he spent some time selling solar lights in Vietnam and working with an Indian Member of Parliament before returning to New York to work with Deloitte, then Google. He moved to Bangalore four years ago to get back to being an entrepreneur.
He is passionate about traveling, claiming to his credit both being chased (by a machete-wielding thug in Chile) and giving the chase (to a lioness in Gir forest) during his travels.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, Anshuman is a financial service expert with experience in strategy and operations, spanning India, the UK, and the UAE. With Creditas Solutions, Anshuman envisions disrupting the status quo in lending and arming the current Indian BFSI segment with the right technology and optimized processes.
