Anupam Rastogi, Principal, Nokia Growth Partners
Anupam is a Principal at Nokia Growth Partners (NGP), a global growth stage VC firm focused on mobility, Internet and the connected world. He has over 15 years of operating, product and investing experience in mobile, Internet, technology and media industries. Having lived and worked in the US, India and Europe, he brings global experience to NGP and NGP’s portfolio companies.
At NGP, Anupam spearheads thematic investing in the Local Commerce space, and has been associated with investments such as Vizury, YPlan, Techprocess, Quikr, FashionAndYou, Netmagic, Gigwalk and others. Prior to NGP, Anupam spent several years at Winphoria/Motorola and Verizon in product leadership roles, where he helped bring multiple innovative Internet and telecom convergence products to market. Anupam has co-authored 6 international patents and publications in wireless and embedded systems domains. Anupam holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, and studied Innovation at MIT as an Advanced Study Fellow.
Anupam Thareja, Managing Director, Phi Capital
Mr. Anupam Thareja is a Founder of PHI Advisors, an operational turnaround private equity fund. He has over 15 years of experience in both financial and corporate world. He has been a top ranked analyst at Asian and global levels in Automobiles, telecom and technology in firms like ABN, HSBC and CSFB. He concluded his financial world stint as Director and Head of Research and then by being on the board and taking responsibility of overall operations and heading institutional and retail sales, trading, equity and equity derivatives for HSBC.
He then ventured in the corporate world as a quasi-entrepreneur / private equity by taking management responsibility of Royal Enfield. Taking on operational roles, he built a new management team with top professionals and turned around operations.
Currently apart from running PHI Advisors, he is also a director of TVS Finance, Mahindra First Choice Wheels, Services and also Mahindra United Football Club. He is on the Advisory board of TVS Motors and Sundaram Clayton Ltd. He has investments and works in various capacities with TVS group, Mahindra, Reliance ADAG and R K Forgings.

Anupam Verma is one of the veterans in the field of healthcare delivery business in India with over 25 years of experience in the domain. Anupama is Aspen Fellow under the India Leadership Initiative; the recipient of the Athena India Leadership Award; Rotary International Young Achievers Award; “Award for Excellence - Women Entrepreneur” by Software Technology Parks of India, Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India; and “All India Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur for the year Award” by the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council, Ministry of Information and Technology, Government of India.
As an entrepreneur she founded and led 3 companies in India and Silicon Valley. Before starting on the entrepreneurial career, Anupama led many Software Development and Architecture initiatives at Lucent Technologies and Synoptics / Bay Networks.
Widely traveled, Anupama has spoken at a number of industry events, symposium and standard body meetings worldwide. Anupama has been profiled in a number of media articles and has been featured on CNBC “Young Turks” program.
Anupama has taught topics on advanced communication technologies at UC Berkeley and San Jose State Universities. Anupama has a Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a M.S. in Computer Science.
Anuradha Madhusudhanan, Owner & Executive Chef, Tattva - Fresh Organic Kitchen
Anuradha Madhusudhanan has been working and researching on the harmful effects of the use of chemicals in food, both at the farming stage and the food production stage. These efforts have culminated in tattva, a real food initiative through which she has been striving to build a food culture that helps in bridging the gap between real, functional foods and the urban orientation towards gastronomy.
With a vast experience in music, art and food & nutrition, and management, Anuradha has been working towards a new lifestyle that actively advocates, through workshops and writings, and exemplifies, through tattva, the real possibility of living without the chemicals and poisons in our food culture.
Her research and experimentation have led her to invent the term Functional GastronomyTM, to exemplify a food culture that balances the form and the function of food.
She has published extensively on music, food and nutrition for leading newspapers and publications such as The Economic Times, The Hindu, BBC Good Food Guide, The Times of India, The Asian Age, Deccan Herald, among others.
Anurag Agarwal, CEO, Intellecap
As Intellecap's Chief Executive Officer, Anurag is responsible for ensuring execution of the Company's strategic business plan. He also manages some of the key Client and investor relationships and represents the management team on the Board of Directors.
In a career spanning more than a decade, Anurag set up and built the Company's Investment Banking Practice Area with a specific focus on assisting early and growth-stage multiple bottom-line enterprises to raise capital. He has worked with several socially oriented investors assisting them in identifying suitable impact investment opportunities and facilitating investment transactions. Anurag has the unique distinction of working with most of the leading microfinance institutions in India and has helped many of these institutions in their fund raising efforts.
Before joining Intellecap, Anurag worked at ICICI Bank in the Cash Management and Operations Department. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Commerce Degree from Madras University, Chennai (India), and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal (India).

Anurag is a Partner at Aavishkaar, one of the pioneering and leading Impact focussed Investment fund in India. He has been part of founding team of the group company Intellecap and last served as its CEO. In over a decade of his association with Intellecap, Anurag set up and built the Company's Investment Banking Practice with a specific focus on assisting early and growth-stage multiple bottom-line enterprises to raise capital. Anurag has played a key role in incubating I3N (Intellecap Impact Investment Network), India’s first impact focused angel network which has now been hived off as a separate company called TRIBE. He was also one of the key architects of creating the current structure of the Aavishkaar Intellecap Group and led the efforts of the Group in the incubation and acquisition of the 3 NBFCs (IntelleCash, IntelleGrow and Arohan) within the Group.
In addition to serving on the Board of Intellecap, Anurag has in the past served as an independent Director on the Board of A Little World and Zero Mass Foundation. He represents the Promoter interest on the board of Group Companies Arohan, IntelleGrow and IntelleCash and Aavishkaar Portfolio Company Butterfly Fields. Before joining the Aavishkaar Intellecap Group, Anurag worked with the Cash Management Services Division of ICICI Bank.
