Vishnukant C Bhutada, MD, Shilpa Medicare Ltd

Mr. Vishnukant has vast and diverse Business experience of API and Intermediates and presently leads the core Business and functional teams which accelerate growth and performance by Innovating for Affordable solutions at Shilpa Medicare Group of Companies. He is the key decision maker with the teams for Shilpa Group for successful API and Generics formulation strategies. His untiring efforts have led the company to a leadership position in the Indian pharmaceutical domain and helped create a prominent presence for Oncology APIs globally. For his efforts on APIs Business, Mr. Vishnukant was awarded “Best Entrepreneur Award” by Late Dr Shankar Dayal Sharma - President of India in 1995. Subsequently, various state honours were conferred upon him - like -“Best Entrepreneur” from Karnataka State Govt. in 1996; “Excellence in Exports” from Vishweshwarayya Industrial Trade Centre, Bangalore 1996; and Export Excellence Award - 2006” by FKCCI, Bangalore. Success has never stopped coming his way - as he was awarded “First runner up” at the Emerging India Awards London 2008 by CNBC TV18. Recently, his efforts in the Shilpa Group for environment sustainability, has led to “Best National Energy Conservation Award in Drugs & Pharmaceutical Sector for the year 2012” by Hon’ble President of India, Dr. Pranab Mukherjee.

Vishwajit Dahanukar, MD, Managing Emissions

Vishwajit Dahanukar is the founder and Managing director of Managing Emissions and has over 15 years of experience in the technology, specialty chemicals and environmental space. He has been involved in developing renewable energy projects within rural India, and developing energy efficiency interventions for industrial and residential applications. Vishwajit has worked closely with CDM consultants & brokers to ensure that carbon credits from the companies projects were successfully issued and monetized. Vishwajit has a strong network with several state governments and various institutes in India for promoting green technologies at the state, city and home level.

Vishwajit has a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Bombay.

Vishwaprasad Alva is the Managing Director of Skanray Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and  Skanray Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. With a Masters Degree in Industrial Electronics from NITK, he has over two decades of rich industry experience in Power Electronics Product Design, R&D Management, Production, SBU set up with Management being his key forte. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt holder and was earlier Leading the Global image chain integration team at the GE headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, USA.

Vishwas Patel, CEO, Avenues India Pvt. Ltd

As the Founder-CEO of Avenues India Private Limited, Vishwas has guided the company to become South Asia's No. 1 eCommerce service provider. He oversees the strategic planning, execution and financial management at Avenues.

Prior to founding Avenues, he was a practicing counsel on the Original Side of the Bombay High Court. He also co-founded the SEASONS Group of Companies, which owns the fashion brand 'SEASONS' (www.seasonsIndia.com), which today is the top name in the branded Indian ethnic garments industry and is retailed at over 1500 top outlets in over a 100 cities around the globe. Vishwas is also involved in his family's construction business, which has constructed several landmark structures in India's financial capital, Mumbai. Vishwas is a Commerce graduate and holds a Degree of Law from the Mumbai University.

Mr. Vishwas Patel is the Executive Director at Infibeam Avenues Limited and Founder & CEO of the Company’s Payments business. 

Mr. Vishwas Patel is the founder of the payment gateway brand CCAvenue, founded in the year 2001. CCAvenue is among India's top 3 online payment gateway platforms and ranks number 2 in the UAE among non-bank private digital payment companies. CCAvenue was recently honoured with the Economic Times Best BFSI Brands 2022 accolade and has been selected for the third year in a row as among India’s renowned and most trusted brands by Superbrands India. 

Under his leadership, IAL has developed a full stack payments portfolio covering Payments Acquiring, Payments Issuance, Domestic and International Remittance and Assisted Commerce in financial services. He has also expanded the payments business in international markets covering UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the USA, and plans to expand in multiple geographies in the coming years to make the payments business global. 

Mr. Patel has studied law and was a practising counsel at the Bombay High Court. 

Mr. Vishwas Patel has significantly contributed to shaping and giving direction to the digital payments industry for nearly two decades in India. 

He is currently the Chairman of the Payments Council of India, the primary industry body representing all the digital payments providers in India. PCI works closely with the regulators i.e. Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Finance Ministry and any similar government, departments, bodies or Institutions to make ‘India a less cash society’. He also serves as a member of various RBI committees to deepen digital payments in India. 

In recognition of his path-breaking accomplishments and stellar contributions as an industry leader in the Indian Fintech sector over the past two decades, he has been conferred many awards; Entrepreneur of the Year in Service Business – SaS & IT at the Entrepreneur Awards 2020, Intellectual Explorer Award 2020, Payments Entrepreneur of the Year accolade at the Payments & Cards Awards 2019, Asia Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements Award 2007. 

Vishwas Patel, Executive Director, Infibeam Avenues

Vishwas Patel is the Executive Director of Infibeam Avenues, the country’s first FinTech to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India. He founded CCAvenue in 2001, a multi-channel payment platform that provides payment solutions to online businesses in India and now with a significant presence in the Middle East and USA as well. He has studied Law from the Mumbai University and was a practicing counsel on the original side of the Bombay High Court prior to founding CCAvenue. In recognition of his numerous and stupendous achievements as a pioneer and leader in the digital payments industry, Vishwas has been appointed Chairman of the Payments Council of India (PCI), an apex non-government body representing companies in payments and settlement system in India.

He has been the recipient of numerous awards such as Asia-Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements Award by (ISC)² the non-profit global leader in educating and certifying information security professionals in Bangkok (2007), Best Payments Entrepreneur Awards at the Payments & Cards Summit (2019) and Business Entrepreneur of the Year – IT & SaaS at the Entrepreneur Awards (2020) to name a few.

He has also launched other cutting-edge SaaS solutions that include ResAvenue.com, the complete hotel reservation and distribution platform and BillAvenue.com, the RBI-approved operating unit for BharatBillPay, India’s largest interoperable bill payment network.
