Vikram Vuppala, Founder and CEO, NephroPlus

Vikram Vuppala is Founder & CEO of India’s largest dialysis network - NephroPlus. After spending 10 years in the US healthcare industry, his passion to redefine healthcare delivery in India prompted him to found NephroPlus in 2010. He has expanded NephroPlus to Asia’s leading dialysis network of 385+ centers in 230 cities across 4 Countries. NephroPlus has rapidly grown under Vikram’s leadership to become 6th largest dialysis network in the world. He had raised more than $100 MM in 5 rounds of Private equity funding over last 10 years from Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), IFC (World Bank VC arm), Investcorp and IIFL.

Vikram’s vision of enabling people on dialysis worldwide lead long, happy and productive lives has enabled NephroPlus to redefine dialysis care across 4 countries and has positioned itself well to disrupt several other regions across the World in the near future.

Prior to founding NephroPlus, Vikram was a strategy consultant at McKinsey in the US. Vikram with over two and half decades of global healthcare experience has helped various healthcare firms on strategic issues such as business development, growth strategy, portfolio rationalization, and M&A. Prior to McKinsey, he worked at Abbott Healthcare and ZS Associates.
 
He has been a speaker at numerous international entrepreneurial, healthcare and investment conferences. Vikram did his B.Tech. from IIT-Kharagpur, M.S. from The University of Illinois, Chicago and an MBA from Chicago Booth.


Vikrant Khorana, VP and Business Head, PayU India

Vikrant Khorana is Vice President & Business Head for Non-Ecommerce Business at PayU India. He is responsible for strategic verticals like Government, Telecom, Insurance, Education, Real estate, Banking & Financial Services and Airlines. His experience includes strategic direction, product and technology solutions, restructuring, entry strategy formulation, cost management and business process reengineering.

Vikrant has global experience and has held key positions in multinational organizations. His experience spans across Telecom, Mobile & Internet and IT industry with reputed brands like Indiatimes, Wipro US, Tencent and Ibibo Group. He headed Business Development & Strategy with Tencent India, where he held a key role in building the product WeChat. Prior to this, he helped grow business for Communication, Media & Telecom vertical at Wipro for 5 years in US.

Vikrant holds an MBA degree in IS & IT from Coventry University, UK and an Engineering degree in Computer Science.


Vimal Bhandari, Managing Director and CEO, IndoStar Capital Finance Pvt Ltd

Vimal has over 25 years of experience, having previously worked as Country head of AEGON N.V in India and prior to that, he spent 17 years with IL&FS Limited; spearheading its various businesses in financial services.

He is also a member of Listing Committee and Executive Committee of the NSE and also a member of the National Council on Corporate Governance of CII and Executive Committee of FICCI.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has studied at Mumbai University. He has attended advanced management programs at International Institute of Management, Lausanne.

Vimal Srivastava, VP, Robinsons Air services

Vimal Srivastava is the Vice President of Robinsons Cargo & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. which is the leader in air, sea , customs clearance and logistics services since 1954. At Robinsons he spearheads Contract Logistics, warehousing and entire gamut of 3Pl. Vimal has about 20 years of experience in SCM, Logistics, Operations, Customer Services as well in Sales & Training. Prior to Robinsons he was the Area Head at AFL Pvt. Ltd. (2007 -2009) and Head Distribution and logistics for various companies. He has a diploma in Business Management from Narsee Monjee IMS Mumbai and CEP in SCM From IIT Delhi.


Vimish Raigagla, Director, Forensic Services, PwC India


Vinamra Srivastava, CEO, Business Parks, CapitaLand India

Mr Vinamra Srivastava is the Chief Executive Officer, Business Parks, India of CapitaLand Group.

Vinamra oversees investments, development, operations, asset management and strategic planning for CapitaLand Group’s business parks in India, and leads the expansion and enhancement of the Group’s portfolio of assets in the country.

He was previously based in Singapore heading Group Corporate Strategy & Development. He contributed to the successful Ascendas-Singbridge post-merger integration process and played a key leadership role to develop the India strategy.

Prior to joining Ascendas, Vinamra has worked with firms like Roland Berger, Arthur D Little, Cisco Systems and BCG, leading management consulting projects across Singapore, India, South East Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Pune and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.


Vinay Chatlani, MD & CEO, Soch

As the MD & CEO, Vinay defines the road map for all creative design strategy, operations and marketing. A graduate from the University of Miami with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing, Vinay kick-started his career in 2002 by setting up a promotions company along with his friends targeting some of the most exclusive restaurants, bars, lounges and night clubs in Miami. In a couple of years, the company was already one of the most successful promotions companies in the city. He always wanted to join the family business which has been in retail for three generations. In 2004, Vinay moved to Bangalore from Miami and joined his family business; with a vision to establish Soch as one of the leading ethnic wear brands in the country.

With the constant endeavor to expand the business, product profile and consumer reach, Vinay's contribution is recognized as instrumental in establishing Soch as one of the most loved women ethnic wear brands in the country. He has been actively involved in strategizing, conceptualizing, business development and branding activities for Soch.

At Soch, his responsibility includes store designing, marketing & advertising, visual merchandising, brand positioning and operations. Today the brand enjoys his leadership and is by far one of the leading ethnic wear retail chains in the country. Soch has a retail presence of 52 stores across India. Under his leadership, the company has grown to employ over 1400 people. Guided by his father’s vision, Vinay aims to be one of the top three women’s ethnic wear brands in India within the next two years.

Vinay has played a pivotal role in spreading the brand ethos of fun and joy.


Vinay Dabholkar, President, Catalign Innovation Consulting & Visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore and at IIT Bombay

Vinay is a consultant, teacher and author working in three areas: innovation strategy, design thinking, and mindfulness. He is a co-author of the book “8 steps to innovation: from jugaad to excellence” (2013) and author of the book “Mindfulness: connecting with the real you” (2019). He has been a visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore (since 2011) and at IIT Bombay (since 2016). Over the past decade, he has helped several organizations and individuals in their innovation and mindfulness journey. He also works with not-for-profit and government organizations in education and healthcare space. Prior to starting the consulting career, Vinay worked for a decade in Motorola in US and Sasken in Bangalore. He did his B. Tech. from IIT Bombay and PhD from University at Buffalo both in Computer Science.
