Ambarish Gupta, CEO & Founder, Knowlarity Communications Pvt Ltd
Ambarish Gupta is the CEO and Founder of Gurgaon-based cloud telephony startup Knowlarity Communications. A graduate in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, he also holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. A technocrat at heart, he believes technology holds much potential for changing how the world does business. He started off his career as a researcher for the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics in Germany before joining software major EFI. He has also worked with consulting firm McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate, and in 2009, founded Knowlarity, which provides business telephony software to some of the world’s leading corporations.
In his spare time, Ambarish can be found reading, listening to music, or taking care of his garden. Extremely environmentally and socially-aware, he believes advances in communications technology can help future generations to minimise their impact upon the planet, while allowing them to lead more rewarding and fulfilling lives. His commitment to this is reflected in Knowlarity’s initiatives such as the Emergency Call Card and CEO-for-a-day.
As the CEO of Knowlarity, Ambarish has used his excellent networking and people skills to gather together a talented and dedicated team that is responsible for the world’s best cloud telephony solutions. Ambiga Dhiraj, CEO, Mu Sigma
Known for pressing beyond conventional wisdom, Ambiga Dhiraj has always paved new pathways. Her career began at Motorola’s research arm, developing new ideas, next generation products and technology through a deep understanding of users. She was involved in the early development of mobile technologies, including Bluetooth and the mobile edition of Java.
She has played a number of key roles in Mu Sigma right from its start-up stage. She initiated and led the marketing and innovation functions, talent management, and the client services organization to serve Fortune 500 customers across different industry verticals through a global delivery model. As part of the senior executive team, she has helped grow Mu Sigma from a young startup to a unicorn company. All through, Ambiga has championed the integration of design thinking into the art of problem solving in Mu Sigma.
She is a fan of Herbert Simon and is passionate about research, technology, psychology and application of these towards understanding how people consume and engage with analyses and insights.
Ambiga holds an M.S in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.

Ambrish leads web and mobile product management at Jabong.com. Prior to that, he worked with Paytm where he worked in both mobile marketing as well as product management roles as Paytm evolved to be India's largest mobile payment and recharge company. He has worked on startups in the past- one of them is a ride sharing website named Easy2commute.com, started in 2009, and is a leading site to enable users to find carpools. The other venture he co-started was iApply.in, a SAAS based education marketing company in 2011.

She has also played an instrumental role in changing the pathology industry landscape in the country; from being a doctor-led practice to a professional corporate group in an extremely unregulated, competitive and fragmented market.
Ms. Shah received a degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and has also completed the prestigious Owner-President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Ms Shah is also an active financial investor and business mentor. Passionate about the women leadership and empowerment, she has committed to supporting budding women entrepreneurs. This led her to set up Empoweress, a not-for-profit platform for women-led businesses to find advice, mentorship and micro-funding. Launched in 2017, the platform incubates more than 50 women-led businesses already.
An eminent industry spokesperson, she has been featured as a speaker in various National and International forums, industry events and conclaves organized by IIM, Harvard Business School, TedX, CII, FICCI, Twitter amongst others. She has also been elected the Secretary of the IAPL (Indian Association of Pathology Laboratories) and has served as the Chairperson of the ‘FICCI Health services Western Subgroup’ that drives policy decisions at the Center.
Ms. Shah is an independent director on the board of reputed Indian companies (Kaya, Torrent Pharma, Shoppers Stop) and is also an advisor to Baylor College of Medicine. She is also on the global advisory board of AXA, a Paris headquartered company with 700 Billion $ under asset management.

Ameet Desai, CEO, Adani Advisory
Ameet H. Desai is the Chief Executive Officer of Adani Advisory LLP which is the family office of the $ 5 billion Adani Group. He has over 25 years of experience developing infrastructure projects including ports, Special Economic Zones, logistics, power and city gas distribution. Previously he has worked as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Adani Power Ltd. and Mundra Port & SEZ Ltd. He was also responsible for successfully raising almost $ 1 billion capital through the IPO route and $ 1.2 billion through private equity and QIP route. He has also mobilized debt of over $ 8.5 billion.
Prior to Adani Group, he was Vice President (Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Planning) at Indian pharmaceutical major Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. and worked at Core Healthcare before that.
He is a Management Graduate and also lectures at Business Schools as a guest lecturer.
