Manish Tripathy Chief Operating Officer Disseminare Consulting since August 2009 has an experience of more than 11 years in the domain of Banking, Training & Consultancy. For the past two years, he had been conducting training in the financial domain, particularly bank credit, project finance, infrastructure finance & risk management for leading names in the industry. Besides this, he also heads the consulting division of the company.

Manish has more than 8 years of enriched experience in banks namely Punjab National Bank & State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. He has worked extensively in various spheres of banking ranging from routine, credit & foreign exchange, infrastructure finance to planning & execution of policies at regional level. His various assignments include working at rural & semi-urban branches at the grass root level as well as planning department at regional level. He has also worked with the risk management division of both the banks. Besides this, he also has an educative and enriching experience of setting up a new branch of PNB & taking it beyond break-even within 11 months of operation. Other than this, his assignments include a brief stint with Service Tax under Ministry of Finance, Government of India in 2006.

He has also assisted his professors in the publication of a few papers in international journals during his MBA in IIM Calcutta. One of them has been on development of alternate models of raising funds through project finance other than existing models in the changing scenario. Another one worth a mention has been on Operational Risk in Banking.

Manmeet Singh is a Partner in Luthra & Luthra’s infrastructure and energy practice areas. He has extensive experience in advising on development work and M&As in the infrastructure and energy sectors, including renewable energy. Some of his clients include Fortum Energy, SkyPower, I-Squared Capital, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Essel Infrastructure, Korea Western Power Company, State Grid China, Vinci Concessions, JBIC, Petronas and Anadarko Petroleum. Manmeet studied law at the prestigious National Law School, Bangalore and has done LL.M. from Columbia University, New York. Masood Mallick

Masood Mallick is currently the Managing Director of ERM India Private Limited. He also leads the Transaction Services practice at ERM India and is the Contaminated Site Management coordinator for the India offices. Masood has more than fourteen years of EH&S, Social Risk and Sustainability consulting experience, and works closely with industries, venture capital groups, and their legal counsel to evaluate and manage the EH&S risks of transactions over the life cycle of industrial, commercial and infrastructure investments. He has led and managed over 800 due diligence and compliance audit assignments, including Phase I/ Phase II ESA's as per ASTM and other protocols such as the Equator Principles, covering project sites in India, South East Asia, Middle-East, Europe and the Americas. He is also conversant with EH&S regulatory provisions and compliance requirements in several countries. Masood has worked with over 30 Fortune 100 corporations, more than 100 Fortune 500 corporations, major financial institutions and leading law firms. Among the multilateral/ bilateral agencies, he has worked with the IFC, World Bank, DFID, DEFRA (Government of UK), Japan ODA, DEG, KfW, UNDP and GTZ.

Mr. Shah has worked with clients across a range of industries, including consumer, media, hospitality and private equity.

Mr. Shah has provided corporate finance services to 50+ companies including Marico, Baramati Agro, Dabur India, Godrej Consumer, General Mills, Kancor Ingredients, Tata Chemicals, Prabhat Dairy, Rasna, Zee Entertainment, ABP, Saint Gobain, Sakaal Papers, Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd. and others.

Mr. Shah’s primary areas of expertise are advising clients on evaluating strategic options and / or growth capital requirements, assisting in the preparation of detailed business plans, assessing financial statements with a focus on appraising business drivers to facilitate M&A, reviewing legal agreements and studying different financial proposals.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Shah spent 8 years with KPMG India Private Limited, where he was driving the Consumer markets and TMT initiatives for the corporate finance team. He has advised several domestic and multinational corporations on mergers and acquisitions, including cross border transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, private equity placements and valuation assignments.

Ms. Gesu Kaushal

With over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry in India, Gesu has rich experience across various equity products, including initial public offerings, follow on offerings, Qualified Institutional Placements, international offerings and private equity transactions across various sectors including consumer, healthcare, technology, banking and financial services.  She has been associated with a number of marquee listings in India and handled complex situations through the various capital market cycles over the last two decades.

She has played an important role in the regulatory evolution of the Indian capital markets and has been involved with many capital market innovations over the years.  Her participation on various regulatory committees is an endorsement of her understanding of the capital markets in India.
