Gagan is an International Tax Director leading the firms practice focusing on rendering Indian tax & regulatory advisory services to clients in the region including areas in international cross border structuring. He has over 19 years of experience in the corporate tax, regulatory and policy areas.
Gagan has significant international experience and was responsible for establishing the India Tax & regulatory practice for E&Y in San Jose, California. He has worked on complex cross-border assignments during that stint including working closely with the other desks in the network on International tax & structuring issues.
Thereafter, he was based in Singapore and was responsible for establishing the India tax practice for another Indian professional services firm. He has been working closely with companies in financial services space including funds, PE and advising on numerous tax and technical matters relating to restructuring, investments, taxability. Gagan is a regular speaker on Indian tax system including cross border structuring & dispute resolution, in various international tax conferences including the ones that were organized by Tax Academy of Singapore, IBFD, CII and TEI. He has led a number of tax director conferences in the United States of America and has authored numerous articles on taxation and outsourcing to India for BNA & International Tax Journals such as CCH and IBFD on the teething tax issues in India.
Gagan is a graduate in commerce from the University of Delhi and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Gajesh Jain is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI). He is also an MBA from IE Business School, Spain (Consistently Ranked among Top 10 MBA Institutes globally) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.
He has a vide international as well as domestic experience in Auditing & Assurance, GAAP Conversions, Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, Business Consulting and Due Diligence across diverse sectors including Insurance, Information Technology, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Hospitality, Textile, Healthcare, Education, Automobile, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

Previously he had also worked for BDO International, India (World’s 5th largest financial advisory firm) for 3 years in Financial Advisory and Assurance divisions. He is also a partner in M/s S.Jain Bohra & Co., Chartered Accountants, a 17 year old firm based out of Mumbai, India. He has also worked with on an assignment with Delphi Diesel Systems, a Hived off subsidiary of General Motors (GM) in Barcelona, Spain in its Financial Control Division for financial restructuring, cost management, and modelling. Further, he has also edited several case studies on Cost Management and Cost controls at IE Business School.

Girish Menon is the HR head at Swiggy, India’s largest food ordering and delivery platform. With over 15 years of HR experience across the BFSI sector(Citigroup,Temasek&HSBC), retail and e-commerce startups(Flipkart), he is responsible for aligning people practices to drive profitability and growth at Swiggy.
Prior to Swiggy, Girish was with Flipkart where he led HR for the First Mile vertical of Supply Chain, designing and executing business goals through people practices.
