David Lorenz, NonStop Sales, HPE North America
David Lorenz is an HPE NonStop sales person from Tampa Florida with over $300M in direct sales to the finance, telecommunications, DoD, and retail industries. Working with smaller companies and partners to help expand the HPE NonStop partner ecosystem through ITUG and more recently Connect organizations has long been a passion of David’s. More recently David has been the HPE representative at NACHA ( US ACH association) and the NACHA payments alliance as he sees tremendous opportunity to evolve and expand the NonStop operating environment beyond the card networks and into the rapidly evolving mobile finance marketplace.
Working closely with customers in the telecommunications and financial services industry over his career gives David a very unique perspective on their convergence. dlo has a keen interest in monetary history and the geopolitical and social events that are driving the rapid evolution that is happening in payments today.

Daykin Creado, Chief Technology Officer, ItzCash
Mr. Daykin Creado is the Chief Technology Officer at ItzCash Card Ltd and is responsible for establishing & implementing the company’s technology roadmap, strategy & vision. He comes with experience in running enterprise wide, transaction processing intensive, mission critical applications. Prior to ItzCash, he served as Vice President – IT at HDFC Bank Ltd running enterprise architecture, service oriented architecture and payment related direct banking channels.
Mr. Creado comes with strong business technology experience. He has managed and implemented myriad of projects for direct banking channels such as core financial switching (BASE24), Visa/MasterCard/Diners/RuPay/NFS/Cashnet interchanges multi factor authentication, RBI compliance & mandates, point of sale merchant acquiring, e-commerce payment gateway, government payment and integration projects, UIDAI integration, e-KYC, inbound & outbound contact centres, PCI-DSS and many more. He was responsible for roadmap, adoption and implementation of service oriented architecture (SOA) as well as solution engineering and architecture at an enterprise level.
He was also involved in a roll out of applications for managing on-boarding of customers for retail assets and various other business intelligence projects such as credit underwriting, 360 degree view of customers etc. Prior to HDFC Bank Ltd, he held roles at Sybase Inc and NIIT Ltd. Born and raised in Mumbai, he holds a Masters degree in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai.

Deba Sahoo is a SVP and Chief Product Officer for Customer Journeys at Fidelity Investments. He is currently leading a large cross-functional product organization that is focused on simplifying, digitizing and radically transforming the customer and associate experiences for acquiring & servicing Fidelity's ~22,000+ employer clients in its market leading retirement business ($2.5T in assets, ~30% market share). His team is leading digital transformation of key customer journeys by re-engineering them and applying new-age technologies (e.g., Digital, APIs, Salesforce, AI, NLP, Data Exchange, BPM Orchestration). In his career, he has held various leadership roles in Product, Strategy, Analytics and Technology. He holds an MBA (Honors) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from National Institute of Technology, India. In addition, he is a distinguished speaker & thought leader in areas of Digital Transformation, Digital Customer Experience, Digitization of Service & Artificial Intelligence.

Currently co-founder and CEO of Timesaverz, Deb has behind her 16 years of leadership experience in the media and communications space and has been the architect of winning teams and business at The Times of India, Yahoo! India and Vdopia Inc.. A gold medalist in English literature and Mass Communication, and an alumni of IIM Calcutta, her forte lies in building things from scratch and evolve them into category leaders.
A proud recipient of the Yahoo! Ratna Award in 2006, she was also honoured with Indira Super Achievers’ award in 2011.
An avid traveller and foodie, her most cherished moments are the annual sojourns she has with her family to “offbeat” destinations.

Debjani Ghosh is the President of the National Association of Software & Services Companies (NASSCOM) since April 2018. A veteran of the technology industry, she is the fifth president of NASSCOM and the first women at the helm in three-decade history.
She is a firm believer in the power of technology in enhancing lives and livelihoods, leveraging it for societal good. She was instrumental in developing ‘Think Digital, Think India’ strategy aimed at establishing India as a hub for digital talent and innovation. Debjani strongly believes technology will have the most impact on humankind when it’s used as an enabler of inclusive growth and that India must lead in the digital era with focus on the responsible build and use of tech as an accelerator and equalizer.
As the NASSCOM President, she actively works with the industry and Government to accelerate the growth of the Industry and strengthen India’s position as hub for Innovation and Digital Talent. Her approach has been focused on a three-point agenda - talent development and re-skilling, strengthening the innovation culture in the country and collaborating with governments across the world to open new opportunities for the Indian IT industry.
The pandemic has created a tremendous opportunity for the tech industry to reinvent itself. The NASSCOM playbook for reimagining the industry focuses on Trust, Digital Talent, People-first Innovation, Agility & Resilience as the core differentiators. Debjani believes that by leveraging these differentiators to the fullest, we can create a future that’s better than the past.
In January 2018, she was felicitated by the President of India under the auspices of the ‘First Ladies’ program, which honors exceptional women pioneers in their respective fields. In 2020, she has been honored by Vogue as the Tech Leader of the year 2020. She has also been listed among the India’s most powerful women in tech by Business Today.
With multiple feathers in her cap, before joining NASSCOM, she was the first woman to lead Intel India and the Manufacturers' Association for Information Technology (MAIT), she was also a member of the executive council at NASSCOM. She believes that learning never stops and a trainable mindset is the biggest strength one can have.

Debjani Ghosh, Managing Director-South Asia, Vice President-Sales and Marketing Group, Intel Corporation
Ms. Debjani Ghosh is Vice President in the Sales and Marketing Group and Managing Director for South Asia at Intel Corporation. Based in India, she is responsible for establishing new growth areas for Intel in the South Asian region. She works with governments and industry in these countries to establish policies and initiatives that help accelerate the adoption of technology in the region, especially as an enabler of inclusive growth and development. Ms. Ghosh joined Intel in 1996 as a marketing communications executive charged with developing a consumer marketing program in India. Subsequently, she set up and managed Intel's education programs across the Asia Pacific region. Before assuming her current role, she had served as Southeast Asia Marketing Manager, as Country Manager for Malaysia, and most recently, as director for Southeast Asia. Before joining Intel, Ms. Ghosh spent 3 years with Ogilvy & Mather. She is a member of the Executive Council of National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and a trustee of the NASSCOM Foundation. She is also the President of the Manufacturers' Association for Information Technology (MAIT) and the chair of the IT Committee at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). In 2015, Fortune India ranked her as the 14th most powerful woman in business in India. Ms. Debkani Ghosh holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and an MBA degree in marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, India.
