Ankur Thadani is a Partner with TPG Growth and RISE Funds, and co-heads the India office. He leads healthcare, consumer and climate investing across TPG Growth and The Rise Fund platforms in India and the region. Prior to joining TPG in 2013, he worked with an Indian private equity fund, India Equity Partners, focusing on investments in consumer and healthcare sectors. Ankur received his MBA from IIFT and was awarded Gold Medal for outstanding overall achievement. He currently serves on the boards of API Holdings, Stelis Biopharma, Steriscience Specialties, Asia Healthcare Holdings, Asiri Healthcare, Campus Activewear, Fourth Partner Energy and Solara Active Pharma.

Ankur Warikoo, CEO, Groupon India

Ankur Warikoo is the CEO of Groupon India, responsible for India operations. Groupon India is part of the 48-country portfolio of Groupon Global spanning 200million subscribers and over $5bn in annual sales. Ankur has been with Groupon India since its entry in April 2011. 

Post his management degree from the Indian School of Business, Ankur joined A.T. Kearney Consulting, overseeing projects across multiple industries including Media & Entertainment, Retail, Real Estate. He worked in Delhi, Dubai and New York during this time. 

He joined Accentium Web in 2007as a part-time co-founder, while continuing with his role at A.T. Kearney. In 2009, he left Kearney to work on Accentium full-time. Accentium runs websites such as Secondshaadi.com, Gaadi.com, Taaza.com amongst others. After Accentium Ankur joinedRocket Internetin 2010.As a Venture Partner, he supportedinternet startups across the world including Groupon, Jabong, Zalando, Wimdu. 

Ankur holds a management degree from the Indian School of Business (Class of 2006) where he was awarded the Young Leader Award. He also holds a Masters degree in Physics from Michigan State University and is a graduate of Hindu College, Delhi University.

In his past roles, he has worked with major enterprises such as Havells India Limited, Jubilant Life Sciences Limited, SAP Labs, L&T Infotech Limited, Tata Interactive Systems amongst others.

Mrs. Annie Joyce is heading 'Technology Operations' at Technology Centre, Unique Identification Authority of India, Bengaluru. Currently spearheading cloud modernization, digital transformation journey with migrations happening to UIDAI's Private Cloud. Priorities are set towards strengthening Aadhaar with focus on Resident Centricity & Ease of Access and Adoption of New Technology Stack.

Annie has an experience of 22 years in handling Research & Development (R&D) and e-Governance projects of various Central and State Govt. Ministries like MeitY, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Labour and Employment in the areas of Web Technologies, Ubiquitous Computing, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
