Over a career spanning more than 25 years, she has experience in diverse domains through having worked in organizations like NOCIL – a Shell-Mafatlal company (India), Bharat Shell(India), Datacom Systems(NZ), Fonterra(NZ) and  Xenacom(NZ). While she has primarily worked on technology enablement from within the business environment, she has also been part of technology companies. Annie has an experience of 22 years in handling Research & Development (R&D) and e-Governance projects of various Central and State Govt. Ministries like MeitY, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Labour and Employment in the areas of Web Technologies, Ubiquitous Computing, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Awarded SKOCH Order-of-Merit for an e-Learning initiative on “Education Framework for Individuals with Cognitive Disabilities", certifying as one of India's best Smart Governance projects for 2014.

Mr. Anoop Bector is the Managing Director of MRS. BECTORS FOOD SPECIALITIES LIMITED. He has been on the company’s Board since its incorporation and has an experience of 25 years with the company. He was awarded the ‘Business Knight of Punjab’ by the Economic Times in 2015. He was also appointed as the non-official member of the board of management of Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana on June 25, 2018.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Satish Chander Dhawan Government College, Panjab University. He had completed a training programme on international supply chain management conducted by McDonalds in Singapore in 2001.
