Abhilash is Co founder at Gold Farm, an Ag Tech start up based out of Bangalore. Gold Farm is a mobile app based tractor booking platform, supported by a rural distribution network. Gold Farm is primarily trying to address the problem of rising labour costs and labour scarcity for agriculture.
Prior to co founding Gold Farm, Abhilash was co-founder at www.healthcaremagic.com He was a day zero team member, who built the entire corporate engagement platform, including engagement with the top 5 Insurance companies in India. The company has since been acquired by a NASDAQ listed firm in the year 2014.
Abhilash completed his MBA from IIM Lucknow and also holds a degree in health sciences.

A dental surgeon by profession, Abhilash has always been at the forefront of creating entrepreneurial value through his innovative and out of the box ideas. He is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Abhinav Grover, DGM - M&A, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd
By qualification, Abhinav Grover is an engineering and management graduate. He has been working as part of the Mergers & Acquisitions team for nearly 9 years. Currently, he works as a Deputy General Manager in the M&A team at the Mahindra Group. During this tenure he has had the privilege to be a part of over 25 successfully accomplished transactions and over 100 others. He has rich and diverse experience across the globe in sectors ranging like automotive, defence, farm equipment, auto components and information technology. Some of the key transactions include the acquisition of Ssangyong Motors in Korea, Acquisition of Punjab Tractors in India, Acquisition of Reva Electric Car Company and setting up of a joint venture with BAE Systems.
As part of his work Abhinav is also responsible for driving the inorganic growth strategy for Mahindra’s Automotive and Defence Sectors. Additionally from time to time he has been a regular speaker at forums like The Bombay Stock Exchange & various management institutes.

Abhinav Haldia is the Country Director - India for Lenddo - the global leader in using non-traditional digital data for credit scoring & verifications with a vision of “Improved financial inclusion for at least1 billion people around the world".
Abhinav has over 13 years of experience in the Indian Financial Services Industry, with earlier stints at HSBC & CIBIL. He has been instrumental in bringing some of the largest banks in India to the non-traditional data side and mainstream the usage of these datasets for financial inclusion, enhanced risk mitigation and better understanding of customer behaviour.

Abhinav started with a stint at Oracle in Hyderabad as an Application Engineer for two years. Abhinav left Oracle and joined a startup, Six DEE Telecom Solutions as product manager for their Online Recharge Platform. Abhinav grew his one man online recharge team to ten people. This team developed and supported installation of the product across different operators and countries.
Abhinav graduated from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra in 2003 with a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Prior to UrbanClap, Abhiraj was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 companies across India, Germany and South East Asia. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. When not busy at UrbanClap, Abhiraj enjoys immersing himself in interesting experiences, be it running marathons, sky-diving, scuba diving or cooking his wife Urvi’s favourite dish.
