Venkatesh Iyer, MD & CEO, Goli Vada Pav

Venkatesh Iyer is the man behind the strategy & vision and his focus has been towards the "What" and "How" of the business.

Over his 15 years of experience in financial services, he has been instrumental in helping entrepreneurs translate ideas into business in the Modern Retail, Fashion & Computer education space.

His ultimate dream has been of "Corporatisation" of the humble Vada Pav and to see Vada Pav as a brand amongst the Pizzas & Burgers of the world.


Venkatesh Maheshwari, Sr. Vice President, Aditya Birla Fashions and Retail Ltd.

Venkatesh Maheshwari known as Venki is a retail professional, having worked with many fashion and food retailers across many continents with Fortune 500 firms.  He worked with leading Indian fashion brands from 1994 to 2000. In 2000, Venki immigrated to Canada and worked as an employee of Walmart Canada in buying and supply chain. In 2004 , He became a Canadian citizen and moved to US working for TCS as a retail consultant working with leading global retailers.

On May 16th 2019, Venki achieved his childhood dream to scale Mount Everest after 33 years of first dreaming about it. 

Today as a motivational speaker also, Venki talks to many corporates on Management and Life Lessons from Mt Everest linking it to his climbing experience. He also talks in his talks about ordinary people chasing their dreams, work life balance and other learnings from his experiences with the mountains.


Venkatesh Peddi, Executive Director, Chiratae

Mr. Venkatesh Peddi is Executive Director at Chiratae Ventures India Advisors. He has over 17 years of industry experience, including 11 years of venture experience.

Prior to Chiratae Ventures, Venkatesh was Deputy Vice President at Reliance Venture Asset Management – the corporate venture capital arm of Reliance ADA Group. He was involved in executing multiple end-to-end investments and was a board member at Gradatim IT Ventures and a board observer at Suvidhaa Infoserve and Pelago Inc. Venkatesh was earlier an Account Manager in Investment Banking division of Adventity, a leading KPO player, where he advised deal teams of leading investment banks at various deal stages. He later moved to Adventity Inc., New York, to take up roles involving close client interaction, while being promoted on a fast track basis from an Analyst to Manager within 10 months. Prior to Adventity, as Assistant Manager at Blue Star Infotech, Venkatesh helped in structuring deals and M&A.

Venkatesh is an active CFA charterholder from the CFA Institute, USA and holds a Bachelors degree in engineering from VJTI, Mumbai and a Masters degree in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).

Venkatesh Srinivasan, Managing Director, Everstone Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd

Venkatesh Srinivasan is an MD in the Private Equity team at Everstone Capital and is responsible for investments in financial services and fintech. Prior to Everstone Capital he worked at McKinsey & Co serving clients across Asia Pacific across retail and wholesale banking, asset management, life and health insurance, payments, securities and exchanges and financial tech players. With over 15 years of experience in financial services,  his work has, among other things, involved setting up greenfield businesses in banking, NBFC, exchange and insurance businesses. 


Venkatraman Narayanan, MD & CFO, Happiest Minds Technologies

Venkatraman Narayanan is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce and another in law. Venkat has been associated with our Company since April 2015 and has over 25 years of experience in the areas of general management, operations, finance, & law. Prior to joining us he was CFO, Sonata Software Limited, TeamLease Services Limited, Perot Systems TSI (India) Limited, Transworks Information Services Limited, MindTree Limited, Director Operations Oracle and Consultant at Arthur Andersen.  Venkat has also been on the Board of Directors of Sonata’s subsidiaries and Perot Systems.


Venkattu Srinivasan, Director, Phoenix ARC

Venkattu Srinivasan heads the Asset Reconstruction Division (ARD) at Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.

He is part of the Bank’s Group Management Council that drives and oversees the Kotak Mahindra Bank’s growth charter.

Venkattu pioneered the business of purchasing distressed assets and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in India and was instrumental in establishing the Asset Reconstruction Division at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

He executed the first-ever cash NPL transaction in India in 2003, and over the years has completed several restructuring initiatives to unlock value from distressed assets. His focus lies in creating new lending opportunities in the marketplace.

Venkattu has close to three decades of experience in financial services. He joined Kotak Mahindra Group in 1993, and has played a crucial role in setting up several lending businesses such as
commercial vehicle loans, tractor finance, construction equipment, farm equipment, SARAL business loans for purchase of commercial vehicles, etc.

Venkattu is on the Board of Phoenix Asset Reconstruction Company Pvt. Ltd., promoted by the Kotak Mahindra group of companies.

Venkattu is a Management Graduate from BSMED, Coimbatore and is a Cost Accountant (ICWA). He has also completed the ”Advanced Management Program” from Harvard Business School, the “Accelerated Development Program” from London Business School and the “Advanced Management Program” from Kellogg School of Management.
