Vidmay Naini is the Director & Business Head of eBay India and heads the critical functions of Business Operations, PaisaPay and PowerShip for the company. Prior to this, Vidmay was the head of Technology Categories, Retention Marketing and Global EasyBuy at eBay India. As the head of Retention Marketing, he was responsible for devising strategies to engage customers & drive lifetime value.
At eBay, Vidmay Naini has led strategic projects such as developing eBay Philippines & Malaysia markets, launching eBay’s first Group Buying site eBay Kuponan in Philippines & eBay Global EasyBuy.
Prior to joining eBay India, Vidmay Naini was the Manager - Retail Sales, Andhra Pradesh for Reliance Mutual Funds. He is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of cross-cultural experience in ecommerce, business development, online marketing, sales, distribution and brand management functions.
Vidmay Naini is a graduate from Nizam College, Osmania University, Hyderabad and did his MBA in Marketing from Institute of Management Development & Research, Pune.
Vidmay enjoys travelling in his free time. He is an avid cricket fan & occasionally bowls with the eBay cricket team. His favourite online purchase is mobile phones & LCD TVs.

Vigyan Gadodia let his corporate job as a Corporate Banker to become a fulltime Rural Entrepreneur in 2006. Since then, Vigyan has experimented with multiple rural business models promoting grass root entrepreneurship, organic farming to improving Primary education. In 2012-13, Vigyan consolidated his learning and now the Sahaj group is working on a “Ecosystem” approach to rural Development. Our key focus is to improve farmer income through a better planned (and scaled) dairy farming operation at farmer level, and create “Clean Milk System” to produce the “Best Quality Milk in the World in India”.

Vijay Bobba is the Managing Director and CEO of PAYBACK in India. He is currently spearheading the company’s rapid growth and under his leadership PAYBACK has now emerged as the largest multi-brand loyalty program in India.
Being at the forefront of PAYBACK, Vijay has gained recognition as India’s leading loyalty marketing expert within the industry. Pioneering India’s largest loyalty program with millions of active consumers and more than 50 online and in-store partners was a natural extension of an accomplished career spanning more than 20 years.
Vijay’s illustrious career comprised of senior positions focused on marketing, innovation, corporate strategy and business development, mostly in the technology enabled sectors globally. Previous positions include Partner at a strategy consultancy, McKenna Group, and leadership positions in other companies in Silicon Valley at the cutting edge of their industries: CAD software maker Mentor Graphics, National Semiconductor and computer maker Amdahl Corporation, among others.
Vijay’s most known accomplishment before being the CEO of PAYBACK India, was founding and pioneering India’s first multi-brand loyalty program i-mint in 2006 which was acquired by Loyalty Partner of Germany in June 2010. While at i-mint, Vijay applied his experience as a serial builder of successful businesses and was rewarded with quick results: Under his leadership, i-mint’s membership, merchant and partner base and transaction volume grew manifold in a very short span of time.
Vijay Bobba holds an MBA from the University of California’s prestigious Haas School of Business at Berkeley. He is also an alumnus of the University of Georgia, Athens (USA) where he graduated with a Masters in Applied Mathematical Sciences. He completed his Bachelors in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, India.
Vijay Chandok, Senior General Manager, ICICI Bank
Vijay Chandok, is a Mechanical Engineer from IT-BHU and has a Masters degree in Management Studies (MMS) from Mumbai University in 1993.He joined ICICI Bank (erstwhile ICICI) after completing MMS in 1993. Before ICICI Bank, he has worked with the ITC group as a production executive for two years, post the Engineering degree.
At 39, he is one of the youngest Senior General Managers at ICICI Bank. In his fifteen years with ICICI Bank, he has risen from a management trainee to his present position. His experience ranges from project finance to managing large Corporate Relationships for ICICI Bank. He was amongst the key founder members of the Major clients group, which was formed to provide a sharper focus on Customer Relationship management in ICICI Bank. He subsequently went on to head the Major clients group for South India. He was then handpicked to set up and lead the SME business for the Bank in 2003.
He is currently the Global Head for the Small and Medium Enterprises Group (SMEG), responsible for rolling out all new SME strategies at ICICI Bank for global markets. Under his leadership, ICICI Bank has launched pioneering initiatives like Emerging India Awards, SME Toolkit and SME Dialogue which have helped in positively influencing the ecosystem for the SME sector.
Vijay Chugh, , Consultant - Payment Systems
Vijay Chugh was, till recently, the Head of the Department of Payment & Settlement Systems with the Reserve Bank of India and has spearheaded India’s vision and mission towards a modern payment system. During his 33 years of service, he has contributed to certain key areas corresponding to the following statutory mandates of India’s Central Bank, viz. Payment and Settlement Systems and Core Banking Solution (financial infrastructure), Supervision and Regulation of commercial banks (financial stability and financial integrity), and Rural credit and development (financial inclusion). He was a Member of the Committee for Payments & Market Infrastructure, Switzerland, SAARC Payments Council and SEACEN, Malaysia and Chairman/Member Secretary of various committees including the Bharat Bills Payment System, MSME Trade Receivables Exchange (TReDS), Mobile Banking and other committees set up to promote digital payments.
Post his retirement, Mr Chugh is engaged as Advisor to The World Bank (F&M) Group on their G2P Direct Benefit Transfer project (India) and the Social Benefit Delivery program (Nepal). He is also an Independent Director/Consultant with a CBS Solution provider, White Label ATM operator/ATM management firm, Pre-Paid Wallet Issuers, payment gateway company and mentor to some youngsters/start ups in the payment space.

Vijay Deshwal, Group CEO, Poonawalla Fincorp Limited
Mr. Vijay Deshwal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, is a seasoned banker with a track record of over two decades. In his last role at ICICI Bank, Mr. Deshwal was responsible for its fast-growing services sector business, including new age businesses. He was also responsible for driving the liability strategy for the corporate ecosystem and had headed the debt syndication business for the Bank for over five years. Having handled pan-India financial institutions including NBFCs for over six years, Mr. Deshwal has a vast understanding of various asset classes and the cyclicality of these businesses. He is an engineer by profession and holds PGDM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
