Prior to joining o3 Capital, Swati has worked in the Investment Banking division of UBS, Equirus Capital and IDFC.

She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, (CFA Institute, USA), holds an MBA degree from Symbiosis University and is a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

T C Meenakshisundaram, Founder & Managing Director, IDG Ventures India

Mr. TC Meenakshisundaram (TCM) is Founder & Managing Director of IDG Ventures India Advisors. He has over 32 years of industry experience, including 13 years of venture experience. Mr. Meenakshisundaram serves on the Board of Lenskart, Zivame, Agrostar, Fintellix, e-Shakti, Creditmantri, Cloudcherry among others. Earlier as part of Walden International’s team, he was involved with investments in Mindtree, Venture Infotek and Jobstreet. Prior to IDG Ventures, Mr. Meenakshisundaram served as the Chief Financial Officer and President - Corporate Services at Venture Infotek, a leading payments processing company in India. Prior to Walden International, he has worked for 14 years at Wipro where he last served as General Manager - eCommerce Division. Mr. TCM Meenakshisundaram is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Chennai and a Chartered Accountant by qualification.

T K Kurien, Chief Executive Officer, Premji Invest (PI)

T K Kurien (TK) is the Chief Executive Officer at Premji Invest. PI is the investment office sponsored by Mr Azim Premji, Chairman of Wipro Ltd.

Prior to his current role TK was Vice Chairman & CEO of Wipro Ltd.

In his career spanning over three decades, TK has held several leadership positions encompassing strategic and operational roles.

TK began his career with Wipro in 2000 and has been instrumental in building and scaling many of Wipro’s successful businesses. As a transformational and inspirational leader, he has started and also scaled several diverse businesses in Wipro including Wipro Eco Energy an analytical startup, Business Process Services, Media, Telecom and Consulting business divisions at Wipro. TK is credited with playing a catalytic role in achieving global recognition and leadership for these businesses.

A strong votary of women’s rights, TK is a recipient of the 2014 Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Leadership Award -- a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact – for Wipro’s proactive commitment to gender equality.

In May 2014, the American India Foundation, committed to catalyzing social and economic change in India honored TK for his corporate and philanthropic leadership.

TK also served on the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum as well as being a member of the Technology subcommittee of the World Economic Forum.

Before joining Wipro, TK served as the Managing Director of GE X Ray from October 1997 to January 2000. Prior to that, he was the CFO of GE Medical Systems (South Asia).

An influential speaker, TK is a Chartered Accountant by training and has several technology patents to his credit. He has an abiding interest in strategy and history and is an avid runner.

T N Giridhar, CEO India & Managing Director, Lincoln International

T. N. Giridhar is a Managing Director and CEO of Lincoln International’s India office. In this capacity, Giridhar is responsible for the overall strategy and business development of Lincoln India. He is also involved in extending the firm’s network in its key neighboring countries. Giridhar has over 20 years experience in the financial services business in Mumbai, Hong Kong and London. He has worked with public listed and private companies; worked on capital raising through public listings, Private Equity transactions, bond placements, M&A transactions in India, Europe and cross-border with financial and strategic buyers.

Prior to joining Lincoln International in 2011, T.N. Giridhar worked with ICICI Securities, India’s leading Investment bank as head of Advisory and head of Financial Institutions group. Before moving to ICICI, Giridhar worked as Director - India Business at Arkios Ltd, a UK based mid-market specialist. Prior to joining Arkios he worked as Associate Director at Communications Equity Associates, a US headquartered firm and prior to that as Vice President at Kotak Securities - Goldman Sachs. T.N. Giridhar holds an MBA degree from Sri Sathya Sai University and a B. Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Andhra University.

Pratap has over 15 years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Product Launch Initiatives, Media Campaign management and Public Relations. He has a passion for new media propositions and innovative ways of reaching out to consumers.

Pratap has been a part of many startup teams across segments and categories - setting up channels of distribution, product development and growing retail networks. He was involved in the launch of leading brands and companies across sectors in India like Timex watches across India, Lighting Business of Wipro Ltd, & Polyurethanes Paints Business of ICI.

He also has experience of the Middle East markets – having handled the marketing function at Kuwait Danish Dairy for the GCC markets for over 3 years.

Pratap has a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

T R Srinivas, Director, o3 Capital Advisors

TR Srinivas is one of the founders of o3 Capital, and leads the firm investment banking activities in South India. Prior to founding o3 Capital, Mr Srinivas was with TAIB Bank, Bahrain and Jain Group of Institutions, Bangalore. At TAIB, he established their investment banking practice in India and was involved in various public listings, M&A and PE transactions. Mr Srinivas is a CFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad, and an M. Com from Bangalore University.

T S Kandhari, Executive Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers

Timmy is an Executive Director in the Financial Advisory Service Practice of PwC and also the Leader of the Entertainment & Media practice across India. He is a Chartered Accountant who has over 20 years of experience in corporate tax, domestic tax, international tax, business advisory services and management consulting. He has worked with large Indian and multinational clients in India as well as the United States. He currently has responsibility of Corporate Finance & Investment Banking product area in India.

Timmy has wide experience in mergers & acquisitions. His experience encompasses a broad range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and financial services.

Timmy has worked for large domestic and multinational clients and has assisted companies in their proposed expansion plans, strategic alliances joint ventures.

T T Srinivasaraghavan, MD, Sundaram Finance Limited

Mr.Srinivasaraghavan is a graduate in Commerce and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Gannon University, Pennsylvania.

He began his career as a banker, before moving to Sundaram Finance Limited in 1983. Starting his career as a department manager in the company, he was elevated as its Managing Director in 2003.  

Mr.Srinivasaraghavan has over 40 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector and is associated with leading trade related organisations including the International Finance and Leasing Association, UK, of which he is a past President.  He is a past Chairman of Equipment Leasing Association (India) and Finance Industry Development Council, the Self Regulatory Organisation for Asset Financing NBFCs. He has served on various Committees constituted by the RBI on NBFC related matters.

Mr.Srinivasaraghavan serves as a Director on the Boards of several companies. He is also a Past President of the 180 year old Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Mr Srinivasaraghavan was ranked among India's Top 100 CEOs, for three years in succession, ‎2013 and 2014 & 2015 in the Business Today- PWC rankings and was conferred the Baroda Sun Achievement Award for Leadership, in 2018.

A keen sportsman, Mr.Srinivasaraghavan is widely travelled and has an avid interest in photography.
