Record covers of leading organizations: Gitanjali Gems, Traveljini, Cox & Kings, driving business operations to profitability and high growth situations by identifying areas of strength, understanding business risk, driving controllership & consistently employing management style.

Anand drives strategy and business execution for Vaultize, where he brings over 20 years of technology innovation and executive leadership experience in security, storage and data protection working for leaders like Symantec, McAfee, VERITAS and IBM.
Prior to Vaultize, Anand was the head of Pune operations for McAfee (now Intel Security). He came to McAfee in 2008 through the acquisition of Reconnex, the leader in DLP solutions, where he founded the firm’s India R&D center as Country Manager.
Prior to Reconnex, Anand spent 10 years with VERITAS Software (now Symantec), holding various senior technology leadership positions, including Worldwide Chief Architect and Technical Director of Storage and Server Management business unit.
Anand holds a master’s degree in CSE from IIT Bombay and a bachelor’s degree in CSE from SGSITS Indore. He holds 58 U.S. patents.

Anand has over Twenty One years including 5 years in auditing and over 16 years’ experience in Media / Advertising & communications industry. Experience of managing support functions viz. HR, IT, Admin in addition to the core Finance function – with focus on M&A, Corporate development and integration, financial management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, system development, cost control & negotiations, taxation, legal, internal control & compliance matters etc.
He is currently the Chief Financial Officer South Asia of Dentsu Aegis Network and has previously held the position of VP Finance in Lintas India Pvt Ltd (Lowe India – IPG Group) for 8 years handling Media Finance function, SOX, Indirect taxes, Finance systems and has been an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young India for 5 years handling various statutory, Management Reporting, Internal & Taxation Audits.

Ltd., a leading blow-molding-machine manufacturer. Earlier in the US, he held leadership positions for over 7 years in mobile technology. He has served on the board of Head Start Educational Trust and on the investment committee at AlphaMundi Group, a social impact fund.
Anand has earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Anand grew up in Chennai and graduated from the University of Madras. He has a MBA from MIT and an engineering Masters from Purdue.
