Rinika Grover, Head Sustainability & CSR, Apollo Tyres Ltd.

Rinika has over 25 years of experience in Sustainable Development domain. She heads the global Sustainability function at Apollo Tyres Ltd (an Indian multinational tyre manufacturing company with about 19,000 employees across all geographies, with $2.8 billion turnover), where she has developed a Sustainability Management Framework for the organisation, dovetailing it with the ESG framework. Her prime focus is on developing a Climate Change Strategy for the organisation and linking all initiatives with Sustainable Development Goals.

She also heads CSR globally for Apollo Tyres Ltd and has concentrated on four areas: Healthcare for 
Trucking Community, Solid Waste Management and Sanitation, Livelihood for Underprivileged Women, and Biodiversity. She has been instrumental in ensuring collaborations with Private and Public Institutions, formulating meaningful partnerships to deliver the goals.

She has completed programmes in Climate Change Policy and Public Health from the University of 
Wisconsin–Madison, and Business Sustainability Management from The Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Recently she was recognised and awarded by CSR Works, Singapore as Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen 2020.

She represents Apollo on multiple committees - FICCI Environment Committee, CII National CSR Council, and CII Gujarat Chapter. She is on the Advisory Council of Creative Dignity ( an online ecosystem for Indian Artisans), and National CSR (a platform for strategic CSR Alliance to assist companies in India on implementation of social and environmental development projects.

Rishab Malik, Co-founder & VP, Business Development, Droom.in

Rishab Malik is the Co-founder and VP, Business Development, at Droom. Rishab looks after Business Development and Category Management at Droom. With over 10 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship in the US, UK, India and Singapore, he is passionate about consumer technologies and has been a founder, investor and mentor to several technology startups in S.E. Asia and India.

Prior to Droom, Rishab served as the Operating Partner and founding team member of GSF India - India’s largest and most successful technology accelerator program for early stage startups. At GSF, Rishab managed a portfolio of 11 startups, was responsible for deal flow for GSF, and also worked closely with the portfolio on product, business development, hiring, and fundraising strategies.

Rishab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from The University of Texas at Austin topped with a Master’s in Business Administration from INSEAD. In his spare time, he teaches Corporate Finance and Business Planning at a local business school and is an avid golfer and bridge player.

Rishabh Shroff is a Partner in Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He is based in the Mumbai office of the Firm. After completing his LL.B at the London School of Economics, London, he joined the Firm in September 2007. He was admitted as an advocate in the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (India) in 2007. He is also a Solicitor, the Supreme Court of England & Wales.

Rishi Batra, Co-founder, COO and CFO, Fashalot

Rishi Batra is co-founder, COO and CFO of Fashalot, India’s first O2O location-based fashion store discovery platform. He takes the lead in overseeing finance and operations, retailer partnerships, offline marketing, team building and strategic management of the organization. Rishi’s exceptional skills and deep understanding of media, retail and digital industries has led to the launch of Fashalot, along with co-founders Amit Koshal and Amit Sharma.

Rishi started his career as a senior analyst with Copal Partners. In his earlier stint as a chief manager with the Times Group, Rishi was leading investments and strategic partnerships in digital, media and travel for Brand Capital (North). He has spearheaded marquee transactions foronline travel, B2B portals, e-commerce, insurance aggregators, social networks, mobile, Internet fashion brand, IT hardware and handset manufacturers like Yatra, Yepme, Indiamart, Matrix Cellular and Policybazaar to name a few. He has also participated in growth initiatives and business strategies of investee companies. With over a decade of experience in scaling up businesses by devising media strategies and investments for market share and revenue growth, Rishi’s contribution in setting up Fashalot has been phenomenal. Rishi works to build a strong and profitable business with an intention to capture 1 per cent of India’s fashion retail market revenues by 2018.

After graduating in mechanical engineering from University of Pune, he went on to pursue MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and FDU, USA. Rishi hails from a well-known business family with a successful chemical business run by his father.  Rishi nurtures his philanthropic side whenever time permits.He participated in spreading awareness on gender equality by joining in the “Kickstart Equality” campaign run by CEQ. Apart from his interest in travel and sports, he loves to spend quality time with his family.


Rishi Gupta, MD & CEO, Fino Payments Bank

As the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fino Payments Bank Rishi Gupta led the bank to profitability in FY19-20 within 3 years of starting operations. By the end of Q3FY23, the bank registered twelve consecutive quarters of profit, reiterating the robustness of the business model.

In November 2021, under his stewardship, Fino became the first payments bank to get listed on the Indian stock exchanges.

Rishi’s vision to make the bank a preferred choice of customers enables Fino to continue making invaluable contribution to the national agenda of financial inclusion and universal banking access. 

Rishi is currently associated with one of the premier industry associations in the country, ASSOCHAM as the Co-Chairman of the National Council on Banking and Financial Services.


Rishi Gupta, MD & CEO, FINO PayTech Limited

Rishi Gupta is part of the founding team of FINO and is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FINO PayTech Limited. Rishi has more than 20 years of experience spanning across multiple industries like manufacturing, banking and international institutions. Prior to becoming the MD & CEO, Rishi was serving as the COO and CFO for FINO. He successfully managed to build the operational capabilities, Relationship management and Finance function at FINO.

Rishi's illustrious career began with Maruti Udyog Limited and then joined ICICI Bank where he had exposure to branch banking and corporate banking. Prior to joining FINO, he was working with the International Finance Corporation in New Delhi. He is also the founding member of Business Correspondent Federation of India (BCFI) and the Chairman of its Economic Affairs Committee.
In 2011, 2012 and 2013, Rishi has been awarded "CFO100 Roll of Honor" - an effort to recognize the top 100 senior finance professionals in India. Rishi was also awarded the IMA - “The Indian CFO award for excellence in finance in a startup ” in 2013.

Rishi is a certified Rank Holder Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant. He did his article training with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He is a Baccalaureate in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and had a rank in Delhi University.
