Sandeep Sinha, Co-founder and Managing Partner, Lumis Partners

Sandeep is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Lumis Partners. At Lumis, Sandeep brings an entrepreneur spirit, a hands-on investing experience in India, and over fifteen years of global operating experience.

At Lumis, Sandeep is focused on building portfolio across higher education segment and human capital services in emerging markets. He is an active member in this sector and leads several activities across various public/private organizations in this ecosystem.

He began his professional career with Technology Management Leadership program at GE. His prior experiences include quality and technology leadership roles across various businesses of GE; and senior operating positions at 3Com.

Sandeep completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science from the Delhi Institute of Technology followed by postgraduate program from the London School of Economics.

Sandeep Upadhyay, Managing Director - Infrastructure Advisory, Centrum Capital Limited

Sandeep Upadhyay joined Centrum Capital Limited in June 2008 and is currently serving as Managing Director of Infrastructure Practise at Centrum Capital Limited. As a senior Coverage Banker he is responsible for covering the Stressed asset resolution apart from leading Investment Banking initiatives across core sectors like Transportation, Logistics, Energy & Utilities space.

He is an alumnus from XLRI, Jamshedpur besides holding a Post Graduate Degree in Project Management specialising in Infrastructure sector alongwith a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat University. He has over sixteen years of extensive experience in raising Private Equity, Project Finance and advising Government & established private sector clients on M&A, Stressed asset resolution and Bidding initiatives.

Prior to Centrum, he worked with SBI Capital Markets and with IL&FS Group in financial advisory and fund raising domain on marquee Infrastructure Projects.

Sandip Khosla, CFO, Paras Healthcare

Sandip Khosla (ACA, ACMA) has multi-industry experience of over 27 years in Financial Management, Business Management, Profit Center Operations, Accounting & Financial Management, Corporate Finance & Risk Management. He has held Group CFO & COO and other senior management positions in the Healthcare, Airlines & Media sectors with multinational organizations including Broadcast Worldwide, Star TV (India) & British Airways. He was Group CFO of Rockland Hospitals before joining Paras Healthcare. He trained as an Accountant with Deloitte, Haskin & Sells.

Sandipan Chattopadhyay, CTO, Just Dial

Sandipan Chattopadhyay, is the Chief Technology Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 1, 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Aided Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. He has approximately 16 years of experience in the field of technology. Prior to joining our Company he was associated with E Dot Solutions India Private Limited.

Sandipan Chattopadhyay, Chief Architect, XETACREST Technologies Private Limited

Sandipan is the ‘Chief Architect’ of XETACREST Technologies Private Limited, A company that is developing a next generation of Financial Ecosystem to manage “Personal Finance and Wealth”.Sandipan is ‘CTO’ at Justdial. He has a ‘B.Stat.’ from ISI, Calcutta and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta. Before joining Justdial, he was ‘Founder Director’ at E Dot Solutions (the company which started MoneyControl.com). He grew the company to a team of over 100 employees (before it’s merger with Geodesic).

Prior to this, he was ‘Manager - Technology’ at Tata Interactive Systems, where he was instrumental in setting up the company’s web division.
Sandipan has helped the technology development of several startups, as well as new initiatives of large enterprises such as Hyundai, Nextenders, Wipro, Tata Teleservices, Tata Motors, CRISIL MarketWire, Business Standard, IDBI Capital Markets, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutche Bank, Edelweiss, etc. He is also an ‘Investor’ in Xelpmoc, a unique technology incubation center and is a mentor to both Xelpmoc and its portfolio companies

Sanjana Tiwari, Investment Manager, Private Equity Funds, F&C ASSET MANAGEMENT

Sanjana has 14 years investment / business development experience, including 7 years in private equity. She joined the Team in 2011. Sanjana's first involvement with alternative investments was with Citi in London from 2007 to 2011 doing private equity advisory and commodities investments. She has 7 years prior industry experience in the field of life sciences and technology, working in the US, UK, South Africa and India. She is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and INSEAD.

Sanjay Agarwal, MD , Au Financiers Limited

Mr. Agarwal is a merit-holder Chartered Accountant by qualification and the Promoter of the Company. With over 17 years of experience, he’s the major driving force behind the success of the Au FINANCIERs. His role in Au FINANCIERs includes Strategizing Finance, Corporate Planning, and Risk Management. His areas of expertise are finance, credit and risk analysis. Over the years, he has built long-term relationships with Banks and people based on Trust, Integrity, and Conviction. Under his leadership and guidance, the Company has taken great strides in terms of disbursements, profitability and performance. He is also vice president of the Rajasthan Finance Companies Association.

Sanjay Arte, Partner, India Value Fund Advisors

Sanjay joined IVFA in 2001 as the first Business Management Partner and was instrumental in giving practical shape to the firm’s philosophy of ‘Building Businesses’.   Based in Mumbai, he works closely with IVFA companies in various sectors including healthcare, auto components, manufacturing and construction materials.

A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur, and a Masters in Management from the University of Mumbai, Sanjay had over 17 years of experience prior to joining IVFA, including as President of Swiss firm Franke’s Indian subsidiary, Managing Director of Sekurit Saint-Gobain in India and stints with Johnson & Johnson and Grindwell Norton.
