Rochelle D'Souza, Principal, Lighthouse Funds

Rochelle is a Principal at Lighthouse and leads investments for the fund in consumer-focused sectors like Food, Agri, Retail and Pharma. She is currently serving the boards of Wow Momo and V2 Retail. Prior to Lighthouse, she was an Investment Banker at SBI Capital Markets where she focused on equity capital market transactions. Rochelle has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Rastriya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE), Bangalore and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.

She is passionate about music and plays the guitar. She loves trivia, travel and reading. Rochelle is part of few initiatives where she mentors students and young adults on entrepreneurship and career.

She was recently featured in the ‘Top 100 Women in Finance - 2019’ Award by AIWMI (Association of International Wealth Management of India).


Rohan Ajila, Managing Partner, Capvent India Private Equity

Rohan is a Managing Partner at Capvent India Private Equity (CIPE) and Partner at Capvent AG. He is responsible for sourcing and managing our fund investments in India. He has been working with Capvent for three years, and came on board CIPE in 2007. Previously, he was Founder & CEO of Indiamarkets.com, a pioneer in the online and offline B2B eCommerce in India with volumes over US$ 1 billion in transaction volume over the past four years.

He began his career as a credit rating research analyst with CRISIL-S&P, then as an Investment Banker at Trans Arabian Investment Bank (TAIB) and advised MAPE, an Indian investment bank, on investment opportunities in India. He holds a Masters degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Houston.


Rohan Ghosh Roy, Partner - Corporate, Trilegal

Rohan Ghosh Roy is a Partner at Trilegal and a part of the Corporate practice group. He has worked with several leading funds, financial institutions and multinational corporations, including Ant Financial (Alipay), Alibaba Group, GIC (Singapore), the SoftBank Vision Fund, the 3i Group, International Finance Corporation, the Blackstone Group, BAce Fund and the D.E. Shaw Group.

Rohan has advised top-tier clients on a variety of high-value and complex investments into India’s leading payments, e-commerce, technology and consumer internet companies – advising on investments of over $3.5 billion into the likes of Paytm, Flipkart, Zomato, Swiggy, BigBasket and PolicyBazaar.

As a trusted advisor, Rohan continued to be involved with these businesses post-investment, and these long-tail engagements have helped provide Rohan with unique insights and develop deep domain expertise.

Rohan has also represented corporate and private-equity clients on contentious exits, and investment disputes (including, advising a private-equity client on its contentious exit from Krishnapatnam Ports, and advising Alibaba (the largest shareholder) on the recent $1.3 billion-acquisition of BigBasket by the TATA Group).


Rohan Jahagirdar, Head - Marketing, Teabox

Rohan currently leads all marketing efforts at Teabox. Prior to this, Rohan led e-mail marketing as a channel at Flipkart.com where he developed the company's retention program, and worked with the technology team to build an internal product to manage, run and optimize email campaigns.

In 2011, he started working with Taggle.com, a VC funded startup in group-discount space, where he managed city operations for Hyderabad and later was part of the core team when the business pivoted to a pure-play e-commerce model.

Rohan holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela.


Rohan Kalia, Account Manager - Alternative Investments, SS&C Intralinks

Rohan is an Account Executive at SS&C Intralinks, overseeing the Alternative Investments activities across India.

His responsibilities entail supporting high-stake transactions like Fundraise, Audit, Portfolio exits, Investor Communication, etc., through secure and IRM driven technology solutions.


Rohan Mirchandani, Co-founder & CEO, Epigamia

Rohan is the Co-founder and CEO at Drums Food International Pvt. Ltd., the makers of India’s first Greek yogurt brand – Epigamia. At Drums Food, Rohan’s role is to lead the company’s overall business development to create a unique program/ proposition that will outline the next big influx in the FMCG space.

He grew up in the United States and moved to Mumbai in 2013. Before moving to India, and becoming one of the youngest leaders in the FMCG space, Rohan led a career in the finance sector with S&P's Corporate Valuation Group (now a division of Duff & Phelps Investment Bank) where he spent time in Tokyo working on one of the largest M&A transactions in history. He then joined his family owned company, the Ross Group, where he was responsible for re-branding the logistics business and supply chain-based solutions.

Rohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from NYU's Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Rohan Mirchandani is a Co-Founder and CEO at Drums Food International, makers of Epigamia Greek Yogurt, India’s first branded Greek yogurt, and Hokey Pokey ice cream. Rohan moved to India from the United States, where he grew up, in 2013 to pursue Drums Food’s foray into the FMCG space. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Rohan Pagey, Regional Vice President, Slack India


Rohan Sikri, Senior Partner, The Xander Group Inc.

Rohan Sikri is Senior Partner at The Xander Group Inc. Based in Singapore, he is also Managing Director, Xander Investment Management, heads the firm’s real estate investment management program for Asia and chairs the investment committees for all Xander fund vehicles, and the credit committee for Xander Finance. He is also a member of the firm’s management committee.

Earlier, from 2005 to 2010, he co-founded and subsequently supervised Xander’s India investment program and built a US$ 1.5 billion equity investment portfolio across direct acquisitions, development partnerships, and platform joint ventures, across real estate asset classes such as office, retail, hotels, residential and industrial. The portfolio has already seen profitable exits in excess of US$ 1.4 billion. In 2010, he co-founded Xander Finance, the group's credit platform in India, where he serves as Chairman of the board.  In 2014, he led the firm’s Office core plus strategy, which attracted capital largely from pension funds in Europe and the United States, currently ~7 MM SF, ~US$ 650MM, and is slated to scale further.  In 2019 he established the firm’s first industrial real estate JV, slated to construct a $250 million warehouse/ logistics portfolio over the next 24 months. He is also a board member of Virtuous Retail South Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore headquartered integrated retail mall developer, owner and asset manager for India, set up in 2016 as a US $800 million JV between APG Asset Management and Xander Retail Partners.
