Mr. Ravindra Baviskar currently is the Director - Presales (Cyber Security) – India & SAARC for Sophos. He has over 17+ years of Experience in IT Security and has been with Sophos for more than 14+ years now. He has extensively worked in the Presales department of Sophos and has helped not only to develop his own region of Western India but also has supported a lot of National / International projects.

His current profile involves solving the presales / technical queries and closely working with the development team in evolving the product by incorporating market feedback. With his vast experience and technical background, he has been vital in identifying and solving the needs of Customers from the defense, BFSI, Education verticals amongst many others.

Mr. Baviskar has done his BE in Computers and has successfully completed the CCNA and Certified Ethical Hacker certifications. He has trained and certified 500 plus engineers on Sophos/Cyberoam Security product. He has been an eminent speaker in various forums, seminars & conferences on IT Security Events, Defense Expositions and IT and had been conducting various webinars, trainings and informative sessions.

Mr.P Ravindra Pai serves as the Managing Director of Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt. Ltd., an integrated, full-service real estate development company headquartered in Bangalore, India with a rich history of developing premier projects and landmark buildings that spans three decades. Century Real Estate is today, the largest owner of real estate in Bangalore with a land bank in excess of 3000 acres representing more than USD 2 billion in asset value, and a development portfolio of over 10 million square feet comprising hotels, office buildings, residences, educational institutions and integrated townships.

With significant experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry to his credit, Mr. Pai oversees all activities of the Company including sourcing of land, project conceptualisation, execution and delivery.

His initiatives in establishing a world class company with emphasis on corporate governance together with robust systems and processes have attracted blue chip companies such as Goldman Sachs, Fortress Investment Group and Kotak Realty Fund to partner with Century Real Estate thereby reinforcing Century Real Estate as one of India’s leading real estate developers.

Mr. Pai brought to the company his rich experience spanning diverse roles including software programming, business process migration and sales with reputed companies such as Tata Infotech and GE Capital.

In his last assignment Mr. Pai was responsible for sales in South and West of India for Oracle Corporation. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the very prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.


Ravindra Pandey, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Information Officer, State Bank of India

Shri Ravindra Pandey, a post graduate in Chemistry, joined the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in 1985.

Shri Pandey has held various assignments in the Bank, both India as well as abroad in his career spanning 36 years.
He has extensive knowledge and leadership experience in Digital Transformation, Digital Banking, Payment Solutions, Retail, Corporate and International Banking.

In his current assignment, as the Deputy Managing Director & Chief Information Officer of the Bank, he is leading the entire IT Ecosystem of the Bank including running of the Bank’s Core Banking System, Digital Channels as well as more than 400+ applications. He is further making the Bank future proof by implementing emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics, Robotics, Blockchain etc.

Shri Pandey has held the post of DMD (Strategy) & Chief Digital Officer of the Bank and has headed the Bank’s Jaipur Circle in his previous assignments. His international experience includes CEO, SBI Paris (France) operations.
