Rajeev Agrawal, Founder & CEO, Innoviti

As CEO of Innoviti, Rajeev leads one of India’s most exciting financial technology companies in India that is using technology to reduce friction in delivery of many financial services. An engineer by profession, Rajeev believes in a strongly design centric technology approach that can solve problems conclusively.

Innoviti started its fintech business in 2008 and quickly established itself as a pioneer in solving real-world fintech problems.

The company has been a pioneer in the use of technology to add intelligence to payment transactions, helping merchants, banks and brands utilize the full power of digital payments to drive business growth. The company processes over 10B$ of offline merchant payments (~5% of India’s offline merchant payments volume as per RBI data), from over 1000+ cities with a volume throughput per installation that is 2X of the country’s average. Catamaran Ventures, SBI Capital, Bessemer Ventures and FMO are investors in the company. The company has several patents filed for with two awarded. Innoviti is the winner of Mastercard’s Innovation Wizards Award for its instant onboarding innovation, and Reliance’s Most Promising Growth Consumer Finance Award for its #KuchBhiOnEMI innovation in 2019. Innoviti is the only Indian payments SaaS company to be awarded the SOC3 seal of excellence for adherence to principles of trust in privacy, security, confidentiality, availability, and processing of transactions.

Prior to founding Innoviti, Rajeev was Vice President and Head of Broadband Communications Business at Sasken, Bangalore. He has done his B.Tech and Ph.D. from IIT, Bombay and is credited with the fastest Ph.D. in the history of IIT, Bombay.


Rajeev Ahuja, Executive Director, RBL Bank

Rajeev Ahuja is the Executive Director of RBL Bank and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He has been an integral part of the organisation's transformation journey and is responsible for building the overall strategy of the Bank while managing the Retail Banking and Financial Inclusion businesses of the Bank. He is also responsible for the Bank's capital raising, development of new businesses, partnerships and investor relations functions.

In the course of his career, Rajeev has held key positions in investment banking and financial markets. Prior to joining RBL Bank, he was heading the investor sales business (South Asia) with Citigroup, India. He also had a long stint in the capital markets and investment banking divisions of Deutsche Bank in Asia.

Rajeev holds a Master's in Business Administration from IIM, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He attended St. Xavier's School in New Delhi


Rajeev Ahuja, Head - Strategy, Retail, Financial Inclusion and Transaction Banking, RBL Bank Ltd

Rajeev Ahuja, Head of Strategy, Retail Banking, Financial Inclusion & Transaction Banking at RBL Bank, brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been an integral part of the company’s transformation journey and is responsible for building the overall strategy of the Bank while overlooking the Retail Banking, Transaction Banking and Financial Inclusion businesses of the Bank. He is also responsible for the company’s capital raising, development of new businesses, partnerships and investor relations functions.

In the course of his tenure in the banking industry, he has held key positions in investment banking and financial markets in India, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining RBL Bank, Rajeev was Managing Director-Investor Sales Business (South Asia) with Citigroup, India. At Citibank, he worked with India-centric institutional investors, both domestic and foreign, on derivatives, structured products, loans and bonds. During this time, Rajeev established Citi's Fixed Income Capital Markets business with a broad product platform across INR and G3 bonds/loans, structured debt and mezzanine capital.

Rajeev has also had a 7 year stint as a Director in the capital markets and investment banking divisions of Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank in Singapore and Hong Kong. Additionally, he has held an advisory role with a venture capital fund focused on early-stage India-centric IT opportunities.

Rajeev holds a Masters in Business Administration from IIM, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He attended St. Xavier’s School in New Delhi.


Rajeev Arora, CTO, FINO PayTech Limited

Rajeev Arora is Chief Technology Officer at FINO PayTech Limited. He is responsible for strategising and overseeing technology and the central operations.

He has over 19 years of experience in operations and banking. He began his career with National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and prior to joining FINO PayTech, he was associated with ICICI Bank in Corporate Banking where he managed relationship with large corporates, specializing in the infrastructure sector. He has also managed relationship with various state and central governments extensively to work on various large e-Governance projects focused on government to citizen interaction and payments.

He has done a post-graduation in business administration (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering.

Rajeev Kumar, CMO, Indraprastha Gas Limited

A graduate in Civil Engineering from NIE, Mysore and post graduate in management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, Mr. Kumar is a senior leader in hydrocarbon space having a rich experience of over 26 years across multiple regions including Bangladesh, Bhutan and Myanmar in various roles during his tenure in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). He has worked across the entire value chain in Oil and gas sector, including Marketing, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Training, Strategy, Network Expansion, Distribution Channel Management, Logistics held leadership potion across geography.

Presently he is holding the position of Head (O&M and Marketing) in Indraprastha Gas Limited Before joining the current assignment, he was the state head LPG Head, WB & NE of BPCL comprising nine states. He is also Independent Director in Central UP Gas Limited.


Rajeev Mantri, Executive Director, Navam Capital

Rajeev Mantri is Executive Director at Navam Capital. Rajeev is also Director at GPSK Investment Group, a proprietary trading and investment management firm active in India's financial markets. Prior to founding Navam Capital, Rajeev worked in venture capital at New York-based Lux Capital, focusing on investments in energy, water and nanomaterials. Rajeev is a frequent columnist on technology, investing, venture capital and entrepreneurship in India for The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Mint, The Times of India, MIT Technology Review, BioSpectrum and other leading publications. Rajeev holds a degree in materials science and engineering from Northwestern University and has conducted cutting-edge scientific research in nanotechnology, working specifically on alloy strengthening using nanoparticles. Rajeev is also Co-Founder of VYOME Biosciences, a biopharmaceuticals company focused on dermatology and skin care. 


Rajeev Pathak, CEO, edreams Edusoft

Rajeev has a master's degree in Business Administration from IIM Bangalore and M.Tech from BITS Pilani. Prior to eDreams, Rajeev was GM - Software Products Group at Wipro (100 MUSD Business at Wipro). He has won many awards at Wipro in business innovation, business development, account and project management. Rajeev has 19 years of work experience to his credit.


Rajeev S Samant, Founder & CEO, Sula Vineyards

Rajeev Samant is the founder and CEO of Sula Vineyards. After schooling at Cathedral School, Mr. Samant gained admission to California's prestigious Stanford University, from where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and also completed a Master's degree in Engineering Management. After Stanford Mr. Samant worked at Oracle Corporation in Silicon Valley for two years, where he had the distinction of being the youngest manager in Oracle's Finance Division, managing the Compensation group.

In 1993 Mr. Samant started farming mangoes at his family's 20-acre plot in Nasik and then tried his hand at various crops like roses, teakwood, and grapes. Realizing that Nasik had potential as a wine region, Mr. Samant established Sula Vineyards, Nasik's first winery in 1999. It was a pioneering effort and today Nasik is considered India's wine capital with 35 wineries. Starting with a sale of 50,000 bottles in the first year, Sula emerged as India's largest wine producer after completing a decade in 2010 with 3 million bottles sold.

Rajeev is also a pioneer in India's wine tourism opening the first tasting room at Sula in 2005, restaurants and recently a 32-room vineyard resort. His latest project is Vinoteca' Mumbai's first authentic Spanish Wine and Tapas bar.
