Rajat is the Founder CEO at TESSOL, a VC backed Cold chain technology startup in Mumbai. He is passionate about building solutions for a farm to fork affordable and sustainable cold supply chain in the country. He has worked across continents with a large conglomerate like Robert Bosch and several early stage startups like 3Tier, Flodesign, Promethean Power. Avid reader and a music enthusiast, he holds a mechanical engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Rajat is currently the VP Products and Engineering at ZipDial. He has over 7 years of web based commercial and SaaS product management and overall more than 15 years of SDLC experience. Rajat is a graduate from IIT Kanpur.
Prior to ZipDial Rajat worked as VP Engineering at Naukri.com, CTO at Too Step, Consultant at Headstrong, and Analyst at Wipro.

Rajat Mehta, Senior President & Country Head Brand Retail & Digital Marketing, YES BANK | @YESBANK
Rajat Mehta is the Senior President & Country Head- Brand, Retail & Digital Marketing at YES BANK, one of India’s largest private sector banks. In his leadership role at YES BANK, Rajat is responsible for Marketing & Communications of the Retail and SME businesses, across 1,000 branches in India as well as International operations for the bank. He also manages Product Marketing across all Liabilities, Assets, NRI, Cards, Third Party and Direct Banking product portfolios.
Rajat is also responsible for the YES BANK mother brand, including all brand initiatives across Television, Print, Outdoor and Events. He also manages the Central Sponsorship of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and leads a very robust Online Marketing practice, spearheading YES BANK’s Digital and Social Marketing initiatives for brand and business generation, where YES BANK enjoys a leadership position in India.

Rajat Sood, Principal, General Atlantic
Rajat Sood joined General Atlantic’s Mumbai office in 2007. He also worked in the firm’s New York office from 2009 to 2012 where he focused on investments in the Financial Services sector. Rajat played an active role in General Atlantic’s investments in IIFL Wealth & Asset Management, IndusInd Bank, National Stock Exchange, and PNB Housing Finance in India; Oak Hill Advisors and Pierpont Securities in North America; and Sura Asset Management and XP Investimentos in Latin America.
Prior to General Atlantic, Rajat worked at McKinsey & Company based in India, where he worked with clients in the financial services, retail, and health insurance sectors on a range of strategic and operational issues. Rajat earned his M.B.A from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta where he was a gold medalist, and his Bachelors of Technology in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Rajat Sood primarily focuses on investments in the Financial Services and technology sectors. He joined General Atlantic in 2007 and is currently based out of firm's Mumbai office after having worked in the New York office from 2009 to 2012. Rajat played an active role in General Atlantic’s investments in IndusInd Bank, Sura Asset Management, Oak Hill Advisors, Pierpont Securities and XP Investimentos.
Prior to GA, Rajat worked at McKinsey & Company, in their India office. While at McKinsey, he worked with clients in the financial services, retail and health insurance sectors on a range of strategic and operational issues.
Rajat is a gold medalist from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta where he earned his M.B.A. after graduating from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Rajat Tandon, Director - India Sales, Nokia Location & Commerce
As Sales Director, Rajat Tandon leads Sales & Business Development activities of Nokia, Location & Commerce in India. Rajat joined Nokia, Location & Commerce in November 2008. He brings with him approximately 18 years of telecom industry experience spanning across products and managed services and a client base covering Service Providers, Enterprises, SMBs and Partners.
Prior to joining Nokia, Location & Commerce, Rajat was with Nortel where he served on various roles for 13 years and was leading the customer relationship with one of India’s largest service providers. Before Nortel, he was with Siemens Ltd in Sales & Marketing where he was responsible for large strategic accounts like the Indian Railways.
Rajat holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & telecommunication from University of Poona and Masters in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad.

Rajeev Agrawal, Partner, Ambit Pragma
Rajeev Agrawal is the Partner at Ambit Pragma Ventures Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for finance and corporate governance at the firm and focuses on healthcare and wellness. His domain experience includes healthcare, logistics, and education and has 13 years of experience across private equity and sales and marketing.
Ravjeev was a Founding Partner and Fund Manager at India Value Fund Advisors for seven years. Before that, Rajeev used to head the Telecom business in West India for 3Com, a global IT major. He was also the Regional Sales Head for Wipro, India's largest IT company. He had a short stint as a research engineer with BEL, India's largest defence electronics company.
Rajeev holds a Masters in Management Studies majoring in Marketing from University of Mumbai and B.Tech (Hons) with a Gold Medal in Electronics and Telecommunications from H.P. University.
