Raakhee Kulkarni currently heads the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Practice at GEF Capital Partners and is based in Mumbai. Prior to GEF, she was employed with ERM India for a span of 13 years and was leading the Transaction Services Practice.
She has a Master’s degree in Urban Environmental Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and a Diploma in Environmental Law from National Law School, Bangalore, India.
Raakhee has close to 20 years of combined experience largely within the consulting sphere and for the past two years in the private equity industry. Her experience involves projects in the sustainability domain covering environmental, health and safety. Her core competencies include transaction associated due diligence, liability assessment, compliance auditing and environmental risk assessment.

Raamdeo Agrawal, MD, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.
Mr. Raamdeo Agrawal is the man behind the strong research capabilities at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL). He is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of the National Committee on Capital Markets of the Confederation of Indian Industry.
Mr. Agrawal specialises in equity research. He has been authoring the annual Motilal Oswal Wealth Creation Study since its inception in 1996. In 1986, he wrote the book Corporate Numbers Game, along with co-author, Mr. Ram K Piparia. He has also featured on 'Wizards of Dalal Street on CNBC TV 18'.
Mr. Agrawal has received the "Rashtriya Samman Patra" awarded by the Government of India for being amongst the highest Income Tax payers in the country for a period of 5 years from FY95, FY99.

Prior to entrepreneurship, he worked with Intel Corporation at its EMEA Headquarters in Swindon, U.K., as a Pricing Analyst, before returning to India to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 with the founding of CHC Logistics Pvt. Ltd., which grew into a nationwide logistics company with 20+ branches and a turnover of INR 200 million within just a few years. Alongside logistics, Rachit has been managing his family’s investment portfolio as a high-net-worth investor since 2008.
At Finway Accelerator, Rachit actively mentors startups across diverse industries, primarily those in the seed and early stages with valuations under INR 100 Cr. Under his leadership, the accelerator has supported ventures such as Sprout Studio (animation & VFX), Zeleno (recycling), Cosmetofood (organic cosmetics), and Zebra Learn (edtech, featured on Shark Tank). His vision is to build a founder-friendly, system-driven ecosystem that empowers startups to overcome challenges and achieve scalable success.

Rachna holds a Bsc (honours) degree in Economics, from St. Xavier’s, Calcutta and a Post Graduate diploma in Management from IIM-A. She has worked at two outstanding firms in her 18-year career – Madura Garments (1992-99) and Indus-League Clothing Ltd. In 1999, Rachna co-promoted the venture capital funded brand-marketing firm, Indus-League Clothing Ltd. (ILCL) along with 7 other colleagues. The Future Group, India’s largest Retail group, acquired Indus-League Clothing Ltd. in 2005 and Rachna took over as CEO of Indus-League Clothing Ltd in 2008.

He turned entrepreneur in 2000, when he co-founded Indiasyndicate.com, a leading content management company in the digital space managing clients like MSN India. Prior to that, he was Chief of Bureau of CNBC. Radha holds a Masters degree in Communication & Journalism from University of Kerala and an Engineering degree in IT from SJCE, Mysore.

She comes with a rich experience of over 13 years in the financial services and distribution space, having worked with organizations like Citibank and Unilever. Before taking up this role, Radhika was the Director of Digital Marketing for both Policybazaar.com and Paisabazaar.com. Prior to joining the company, she was Program manager at Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, her goal was to provide capital towards building strong organizations in the for-profit social space.
