R.N. Iyer, Co-founder and Director, Vayana Network
R N Iyer, co-founder of Vayana, is a serial entrepreneur. He was the co-founder and CEO of CashTech Solutions a leading Cash Management vendor in Asia which was acquired by Nasdaq listed Fundtech. Iyer has previously worked with Accenture in their management consulting division and worked in the financial services and logistics space. He has an MBA degree from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Ahmedabad and is an Engineer from Mumbai University. In his 25 years of experience Iyer has emerged as a thought leader in the Payments and Supply Chain Finance space. Iyer provides strategic leadership to the Business, Technology and Product development processes at Vayana.

Raajiv Singhal, Founding member, MD and Group CEO, Marengo Asia Hospitals
Dr. Raajiv Singhal is a distinguished healthcare professional and visionary leader with career spanning over 3 decades. His career combines clinical practice, operations & management, fundraising, and entrepreneurship. A graduate and post-graduate (MS, General Surgery) of the esteemed Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in Pune, Dr. Raajiv began his healthcare journey with the Indian Army. He dedicated his service to the nation in some of the most formidable environments, including the Siachen Glacier—the highest battlefield in the world, tough terrains of Northeast. He often walked as far as 40 kms through the dense jungles of the Northeast, delivering essential medical services to soldiers safeguarding our country.
His service in the Armed Forces was transformative; after operating on soldiers who sustained injuries and witnessing their recovery, he always felt a profound sense of fulfilment that stayed with him long after his military tenure. In his words, looking at the soldiers walking back to their loved ones after recovering from causalities sustained by gunshots, grenade splinter and mine blasts, provided the greatest degree of satisfaction and fulfilment to him ever. This experience inspired him to establish a healthcare brand on the principles of ‘Patient First’. Thus, Marengo Asia Hospitals was established on 21st October 2020, reflecting his commitment to quality care and healing The word Marengo stands for perseverance, the strength to face challenges, and the focus on bringing patients back home safely. It reflects dedication, resilience, and a commitment to providing the best care for everyone.
Transitioning from the armed forces to the corporate sector, Dr. Raajiv has emerged as a dynamic and thought leader in healthcare. As the Founding Member, Managing Director, and Group CEO of Marengo Asia Hospitals, he is recognized for his strategic acumen and innovative approach to transforming healthcare through a blend of technology and empathy. His concept of “Clinical Corridors” in the MVT space, based on the principles of 3Ts (Teach, Train, and Treat), is paving the way for capacity building across Asia and Africa. Additionally, he is the Co-Chair for Medical Value Travel (MVT) at FICCI and for Northern Region Healthcare at NatHealth.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in the year 2020, Dr. Raajiv was a key leader within the Evercare platform, which included 25 hospitals, 20 clinics, and a diagnostic chain across Asia and Africa. His expertise extended to private equity and strategic investment, where he led due diligence, asset localization, and strategic planning in diverse regions, including Ethiopia, Tanzania, Egypt, and South Africa. He also played a vital role in investor relations and capital raising team (Raised 1 Billion Dollar), contributing to the growth and positioning of healthcare entities for public listing. As Group CEO, he successfully navigated financial challenges, overseeing over 2,200 beds across 12 hospitals, making it one of the most notable success stories in Indian healthcare transformation.
Prior to this, he served as Regional Director of Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, where he was a pioneer in telemedicine and collaborative healthcare models. He established India's first e-ICU concept and developed Hub and Spoke models for Heart Command Centres across India and internationally, including in the UAE, Nepal, Tanzania and Bangladesh. His innovative contributions earned him the “Innovation in Healthcare Award” from the Government of Karnataka and the “Healthcare Leader of the Year Award”.
Dr. Raajiv's strategic insights are further demonstrated through various board roles, including Independent Director in Dhaka and Board Member positions in Durban and CARE hospitals, India. Driven by a passion for improving healthcare access and quality, he continues to drive a significant impact on the industry.

Raakhee Kulkarni, Head - Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), GEF Capital Partners

Raakhee Kulkarni currently heads the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Practice at GEF Capital Partners and is based in Mumbai. Prior to GEF, she was employed with ERM India for a span of 13 years and was leading the Transaction Services Practice.
She has a Master’s degree in Urban Environmental Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and a Diploma in Environmental Law from National Law School, Bangalore, India.
Raakhee has close to 20 years of combined experience largely within the consulting sphere and for the past two years in the private equity industry. Her experience involves projects in the sustainability domain covering environmental, health and safety. Her core competencies include transaction associated due diligence, liability assessment, compliance auditing and environmental risk assessment.

Raamdeo Agrawal, MD, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.
Mr. Raamdeo Agrawal is the man behind the strong research capabilities at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL). He is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of the National Committee on Capital Markets of the Confederation of Indian Industry.
Mr. Agrawal specialises in equity research. He has been authoring the annual Motilal Oswal Wealth Creation Study since its inception in 1996. In 1986, he wrote the book Corporate Numbers Game, along with co-author, Mr. Ram K Piparia. He has also featured on 'Wizards of Dalal Street on CNBC TV 18'.
Mr. Agrawal has received the "Rashtriya Samman Patra" awarded by the Government of India for being amongst the highest Income Tax payers in the country for a period of 5 years from FY95, FY99.

Rachit Chawla, a SEBI-registered investment advisor and seasoned entrepreneur, is the visionary Founder & CEO of Finway Accelerator, a subsidiary of Finway (an RBI-registered NBFC) established in 2017. Rachna holds a Bsc (honours) degree in Economics, from St. Xavier’s, Calcutta and a Post Graduate diploma in Management from IIM-A. She has worked at two outstanding firms in her 18-year career – Madura Garments (1992-99) and Indus-League Clothing Ltd. In 1999, Rachna co-promoted the venture capital funded brand-marketing firm, Indus-League Clothing Ltd. (ILCL) along with 7 other colleagues. Radha is the Founder and CEO of iStream ( www.istream.com), an online video service. He has close to 18 years of experience across print, TV and new media. He turned entrepreneur in 2000, when he co-founded Indiasyndicate.com, a leading content management company in the digital space managing clients like MSN India.
