Prashant Bhonsle, Country Head, Credila
Prashant Bhonsle has total of 16 plus years of experience in diverse industries like Financial Services, Office Automation, Telecom, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. The organizations include some of the fortune companies along with a few who are the fastest growing in their domains such as ICICI, Canon, RPG, Pepsi and Cadila. He has held various positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Credit, Customer Service and Operations across different geographies in the country.
In financial services, he worked with ICICI Bank Limited for about five and a half years at various positions across India. Prashant started his ICICI career as a business head for mortgages for Gujarat & Maharashtra regions respectively and went on to become a National Head - cross sell for all retail loans including Credit Cards. He was leading a team of more than 600 people stationed across 350 branches in the country and was responsible for top line revenue of Rs. 120 billion. He was also instrumental in setting up and growing Post Office channel for sourcing retail asset business to a volume of Rs. 400 crores in two states Maharashtra & Rajasthan.

A Telecom & Media professional with over 15+ years of experience. At Ver se Innovation he heads up the Carrier Billing Business - iPayy in addition to being the Head of Analytics & Growth Hacks. Prior to Ver se Innovation he was the Vice President and P&L Head for Radio Mirchi - East India and has previously worked at Airtel & Schlumberger. In the past he played a pivotal in building up the Music / Ring Back Tone business in Airtel and was part of the pioneering team responsible for evolving the telecom m-commerce and retail e-recharge platforms.
Prashant Desai, Head, Future Ventures
Prashant Desai is a Chartered and a Cost Accountant who started his career with the equity markets in 1992. In 1999, he ventured into corporate writing and wrote research based annual reports for large Indian and international companies. In 2003, he moved to Mumbai and joined Pantaloons Knowledge Group as Chief – Knowledge Office and IR, providing strategic inputs and building relationship with investors.
His love with equities took him back into equities, this time as the head of research with Rare Enterprises, a Rakesh Jhunjhunwala partnership, focusing on public markets and private equity. He was involved in transactions like Bilcare, Nagaruna Constructions, Praj, Tops Security, Provogue, Prime Focus and Concord Biotech among others.
Prashant moved back to Future Group and headed Group Investor Relations and New Ventures for the entire Group. He sits on the Boards of Pantaloon Talwalkar JV, Futurebazaar.com and Future Staples. He was also responsible for raising capital from private equity investors in subsidiaries of Pantaloon like Future Media, Future Bazaar and others.
Prashant currently is head of investments at Future Ventures India Limited and overseas all investments of the company. Future Ventures currently owns a majority stake in Godrej Adhaar, the rural retailing venture bought from Godrej.

Prashant is member of the executive team in India and is a subject matter expertise in Data Center Solutions. He leads the Data Center Practice team for Advisory & Transactions Services in India and is based in Mumbai. Prashant is responsible for growing the data center business for investors, providers as well as occupiers in the region. Aside from managing India business, Prashant works very closely with US, EU & APAC Data Center Solutions teams on multi-market pursuits.
Prashant has ~21 years’ professional experience in Sales & Product Management functions in the Enterprise Data Center & Cloud solutions. Prashant is a domain expert and has developed key skills in client management, advisory, marketing and deal negotiations.

Prashant was previously with Tata Communications Ltd; where he built, expanded and managed the Data Center business and launched Cloud Computing business. He led the transformational deals initiative with the Service Providers segment in India and SAARC region. He spearheaded the new business development efforts with Enterprise customers and System Integrators in Europe & Middle East regions.
Aside from Tata Communications, his tenure also includes positions with Virtela Technology Services, Bharti Airtel and many more.

Mr. Prashant Gupta, a highly reputed senior member at Aditya Birla Group, heads Aditya Birla Online Fashion (abof), the group’s vehicle for foraying into pure-play fashion e-commerce space. abof went live in September 2015 as the first fashion portal going live from any of India’s large conglomerates. It was the fastest concept-to-launch business that came up in about 8 months”
A young dynamic IIM A pass-out, Mr. Gupta is known for his strategic and business acumen and also for his focus on team development. Before being tasked with incubating and building up a portfolio of e-tailing businesses for Aditya Birla Group in 2014, Mr. Gupta headed the Chairman’s Office for about 3.5 years wherein he assisted Mr. K M Birla in strategic planning and monitoring the diversified businesses. His team advised the Chairman on strategy and operational issues in each business such that he had an independent point of view (in addition to the CEO’s view) on them.
A computer science graduate from IIT Delhi, Mr. Gupta completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1999 and graduated with a gold medal. He joined McKinsey in 1999 where he spent over 10 years and served a wide variety of clients across sectors like Infrastructure, Construction, Power, ITS/BPO, Oil & Gas, Retail/Consumer, and Life Insurance. He was a partner at the firm before joining the Group in 2010.

Prashant leads the Healthcare practice at o3 Capital. He has over a decade of investment banking experience and has advised on several completed transactions encompassing the healthcare domain of hospitals, pharma, CRO, medical technology, diagnostics and retail pharmacy chains.
Prior to o3 Capital, Prashant worked with JP Morgan Chase - debt capital markets team, where he handled the UK and Eastern Europe debt underwriting.

Prashant Kumar, Director, ChrysCapital
Prashant has been with ChrysCapital since March 2016 and focuses on the consumer and the manufacturing sectors. Previously, he was with Warburg Pincus, where he focused on the consumer, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. Prior to that, Prashant worked at Karsch Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund, and at SUN Capital, an emerging markets focused private equity firm. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in India. Prashant received an MBA from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, a post-graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata and a BS in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
