Piyush Singh, Sr. Managing Director - India Business Lead, Accenture
Piyush Singh is the India Business Lead at Accenture. He is also responsible for driving Accenture’s growth and strategic client relationships across Asia Pacific and Latin America.
Previously, Piyush was Senior Managing Director of Financial Services for Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, responsible for setting Accenture’s overall vision and strategy as well as guiding the development of client relationships in the region. Before that, he led Accenture’s Financial Services business in India.
Piyush joined Accenture in 2007 and has worked extensively across the European and Asian Markets. He has a degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from ENPC School of International Management in Paris. He is based in New Delhi.

PN Vasudevan, Promoter & Managing Director, Equitas Micro Finance India P. Ltd.
PN Vasudevan is the Promoter & Managing Director of Equitas, a Chennai-based new age Microfinance organization. In a retail finance career spanning over 20 years, Vasu rose up the ranks at Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Co. Ltd. and last served as the Executive Vice President & Business Head at Development Credit Bank, Mumbai.
Under Vasu direction, Equitas has built a reputation of a professional, efficient & transparent MFI. Equitas is widely know in the industry for its innovations including a centralized back office, pre-printed collection, stickers & real time collection monitoring. To quote CGAP post on its website, Equitas is one example of how good MIS is essential to well manage microfianance. Equitas is also involved in a wide range of social interventions including vocational training and medical camps that has covered over 100 thousand members.

Pooja Gianchandani, Head of Global Business - EduTech and Skills, IL&FS Education Technology Services Ltd | @ILFSEducation
Pooja's has deep interest in developing solutions that engage young people through education and skills. She has worked extensively in the areas of Industry engagement for TVET. Through her work she wishes to create opportunities that connect stakeholders towards “Skills for All”.
Currently, she oversees policy advocacy and global business expansion for IL&FS Education Group. IL&FS has impacted more than 13 million people through Education and Skills since 1997. These learning technologies, knowledge products and training services are highly relevant for countries in need of transformational solutions for students, teachers, educators, parents, youth, employers, policy makers etc.
Prior to this, she was Director for Skills Development at FICCI, where she strengthened the Skills Forum leading to setting up Sector Skills Councils and collaboration with 10+ countries.
She has done her Post Graduate in Social Work from the University of Delhi. Pooja is also an Aspire Circle Fellow and working with like-minded Social Leaders to create deeper engagement within the development sector.

Prabhat Jain, Director, Pathways Schools
Prabhat Jain is the Director of Pathways School. He was born to a Delhi-based traditional Jain family, and joined his family-run stone business where he was instrumental in expanding the business.
In 1999, he decided to make the foray into the education space. With a focused vision to create an institution second to none, Mr. Prabhat and his brothers did an extensive research on school education. This enticing journey of 'unlearning and learning' spanned over 2 years and the model of a world class international school evolved in 2003 named the Pathways World School.
Mr. Prabhat is member of various bodies and councils in the field of education. He was instrumental in raising private equity for the company in 2009-10 for further expansion. He aspires to continue his research and gradually expand the school chain in different parts of India.

Prachi heads the foundation’s India education portfolio which focuses on school education, college entrance and career readiness.
Prachi is on the board of several for-profit education companies and advisory committees to state governments and education departments. She is passionate about the area of data driven education and has spearheaded the foundation’s work in multiple ways, including: investing and managing a portfolio of innovative companies and creating role model states on student outcomes.
Before joining the foundation, Prachi worked at Boston Consulting Group in Gurgaon, India and in the telecommunications sector at Qualcomm and Motorola. Prachi has over 15 years of diverse set of operational and leadership experience in India and US, and education in electrical engineering from IIT Delhi, and from University of Southern California, Los Angeles and MBA from the University of Chicago.
