Pradyumn Singh is the Co-founder & MD of Pharmarack Technologies a healthtech startup focusing on e-distribution, supply chain efficiencies, big data analytics driven through AI and machine learning technologies. A chemical engineer by education, He is an ardent believer in progressive business disruption through big data and insight mining.

With over 15 yrs of experience across various functions like Business lead, Marketing, Structuring, Strategy & operations in Debt market & Asset management sector, Pradyumn is a problem solver.

Pradyumn founded Pharmarack and built its core team. He spearheads sales, business operations besides guiding overall product development and creating long lasting relations with the network.


Prafulla Mathur, Founder & CEO, WudStay

Prafulla Mathur is the Founder and CEO of WudStay. WudStay is a major online marketplace for budget accommodations that promises Gold Standard for services. Under Prafulla’s leadership WudStay raised $3 million from leading market players like Mangrove Capital, and acquired Awesome Stays Pvt. Ltd, an offline budget hotel aggregator, within less than three months of starting its operations.

A young innovator, Prafulla is a serial entrepreneur, who has also founded one of India’s leading mobile app development company Queppelin. Launched in 2010 Queppelin has worked with clients like Facebook, Times of India, Reliance, BoxTV, Gaana.com, Nissan, Nokia, etc.  Queppelin won Red Herring in 2011, an award presented to most exciting startups from Asia, Europe and the Americas. He also developed technologies which have been showcased at Mobile World Congress, Barcelona.

Prafulla is an alumnus of St. Xavier School, Jaipur and a chemical engineer from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur (guardian college of IIT Jodhpur). Prior to founding WudStay and Queppelin, Prafulla gained technology and management experience of eight years in UK and India while working with Halifax bank of Scotland, Lehman brothers, and Mastek. He is passionate about music and has been a professional musician with his vocals and guitars.

Prakash Bakshi, Chairman, NABARD

Dr Prakash Bakshi started his professional career as a Lecturer in Economics for Post Graduate Studies at Ravishankar University, Raipur in 1977. He joined ARDC as Agricultural Economist in 1979 and moved over to NABARD when it was formed in 1982. He rose up the ladder and recently superannuated as Chairman of NABARD. During his tenure he handled many assignments for the Govt of India and RBI. He was Member-Secretary of the Committee set up by Government of India (2009) to examine the capital restructuring of Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). He was Member Secretary of the Working Group of the Planning Commission which estimated the credit needs for agricultural sector for the XII Plan. He was Chairman of the Expert Committee appointed by the RBI to revamp cooperative banks. He has recently been appointed by the RBI as member of the Committee on Financial Inclusion of small businesses and low income households. He has advised and spoken at many international forums including advising the Howard Buffet Foundation.

Prakash enjoys multi-dimensional roles, especially where he can be part of innovative products and solutions that make a difference to customers and organisations as a whole. He believes that change is the only constant and finds gratification in seeing how safe and secure technology has really opened new opportunities in not only business and commerce but the everyday lives of people.

This is why driving digital transformation and security solutions, while building ecosystems necessary for the growth of IT within new markets, and ensuring new products are accessible to all, is what he continues to be passionate about.

Prakash Iyer, MD, Kimberly-Clark Lever

Leading one of the priority markets for Kimberly Clark Corporation (KCC). Prakash heads operations for the Indian subcontinent. Kimberly Clark Lever is a 50:50 joint venture between Kimberly Clark and Unilever’s Indian subsidiary- Hindustan Unilever.

Prakash has played a significant role in applying Kimberly Clark Corporation’s global expertise, technological know-how and deep local consumer understanding to Kimberly Clark Lever in India. Coupling KCC’s technology edge and local consumer understanding, enabled Prakash and his team introduce the most iconic brands in India.

Prakash has been instrumental in growing the consumer business for Huggies and Kotex in India. He has played a key role in developing and executing winning strategies towards strengthening Kimberley Clark-Lever’s presence in the region. He is an extremely active member of the FMCG industry and takes a keen interest in the development of the industry.

Under his leadership, Kimberly Clark-Lever has successfully launched various products innovated for the Indian consumers such as Breathable Diapers, Huggies Jeans Pants and the ‘Clinically Proven to help prevent diaper rash’ diapering range.

Prakash joined Kimberly Clark in January 2010 after spending 24 years in leadership roles across fast growing businesses in consumer products, media and retail – in India, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and China. Prakash moved to Kimberly Clark from the Future group. Prior to this Prakash has spearheaded companies such as Infomedia and PepsiCo.

Prakash is an MBA from IIM-A – India’s premier B-School - and started his career with Unilever in India. He is a trained Leadership coach and his first book titled The Habit of Winning was published by Penguin in 2011.

Prakash Kumar More, MD, Mayur plywood limited

P. K. More’s his obsession with perfection was evident from the time he joined the family business in 1991in Guwahati after completion of his graduation in Electrical Engineering  from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati. In the year 1997 he shifted to Kolkata and set up a Plywood factory based on imported timber in the year 1999. He presently imports timber from around 14 countries from different parts of the world .He equipped his factory by procuring the latest and most modern Machinery and adopted latest technology to manufacture his products and marketed his products by the brand name ‘MAYUR’.

Within a span of two to three years he started to market his product throughout the country and the   same began to be accepted quality wise and price wise everywhere .In the meantime he expanded his Kolkata factory manifolds.  Then, in the year 2004 he took over a sick Plywood unit at Bhavnagar, Gujrat near the Kandla Port and turned the unit into a profit making one within one year and even expanded the capacity in the second year itself. Again, in the year 2007 he took over one sicker unit at Chennai and turned it into a profitable venture in the following year itself. He was able to do all this due to his strong marketing strategies and building up a strong marketing network throughout the country and a strong back office team. He has also set up 14(fourteen) marketing offices in major State Capitals and has a strong marketing team of around 250 people and having more than 600 dealers pan India.

In a short span of time Mayur Plywood has become a leading brand of the Country. His Company employs around 2500 people in the Plywood division. He is now setting up a plywood unit at Guwahati and a one million tonne per annum capacity Cement with captive power Plant in Meghalaya.


Prakash Mallya, Managing Director, Sales and Marketing group, Intel India

Prakash Mallya is the Managing Director for Intel India’s Sales & Marketing Group, and responsible for developing new growth areas in the region and has been with Intel for over 17-years. Over the years, he has held several regional roles–as the Director for Intel Asia’s Data Center Group, he managed the region’s data center strategy for cloud service providers, communications service providers, enterprise, and government infrastructure. He previously led Intel’s Asia Pacific strategy to win in the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas verticals. Prakash was responsible for Intel’s business growth in Malaysia and Singapore as the Country Manager of both of these countries. Prakash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management. Travel, photography, music and fitness are his passions.
