Neelesh leads the Luxury & Lifestyle Practice for A. T. Kearney in Asia. Neelesh has completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and has 23 years of Consulting and Industry experience.

Experience

Neelesh is one of the leaders of the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice in India and has advised several large retailers and consumer goods companies on Entry and Growth Strategy, Operations Strategy, Performance Improvement and Organization and Change.

Neelesh is an expert in the Luxury & Lifestyle Industry and has advised leading Indian and International clients in the Apparel & Accessories, Jewellery, Watches & Home Furnishings segments, across several geographies - India, Far East, US, EU, Japan and Middle East.

He has authored three comprehensive studies of the Luxury industry in India - the CII-A. T. Kearney study in 2011 (“India Luxury Review 2011”), 2010 (“Charming the Snakes and Scaling the Ladders”) and the “Economic Times-A.T. Kearney India Luxury Review 2007”, the first comprehensive study of the Indian Luxury Market. In addition, Neelesh has done several studies in sub-segments of luxury such as diamonds and jewellery, apparel and has spoken at several events.

Neelkanth Mishra, India Strategist, Credit Suisse

Neelkanth Mishra is the India Equity Strategist for Credit Suisse, and is rated among the best analysts in India in Institutional Investor and AsiaMoney polls. He also covers Metals & Mining stocks. He has earlier worked on Indian Pharmaceuticals, Taiwan IC design, semiconductor foundries and Asian tech strategy research when based in Mumbai, Singapore and Taipei. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was a Senior Technical Architect with Infosys Technologies. He has also worked with Hindustan Lever Limited and has been an entrepreneur. He is a gold medallist from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, graduating in Computer Science and Engineering, and was ranked fourth in the prestigious entrance exam to the IITs. He is currently based in Mumbai.

Neeraj Athalye is the Head of Cloud Business for SAP India. Neeraj is responsible for taking SAP's Cloud solutions to market, while collaborating with the OnPremise, OnDemand and OnDevice teams to drive market share growth and customer intimacy across all key industries.

As the head of Cloud Business his team covers the Go-To-Market for On Demand Solutions , Business By Design and private cloud offerings.

Neeraj has been associated with SAP for over 10 years, having held leadership roles in  Solution Engineering, Sales & business development.

An industry veteran with 15 years experience, Neeraj has worked with organizations like MatrixOne (Dassault), Geometric Software , John Deere,
etc..


Neeraj Bharadwaj, MD, The Carlyle Group

Neeraj Bharadwaj is a Managing Director advising on large growth capital and buyout opportunities across sectors in India.  He is based in Mumbai.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Bharadwaj was a Managing Director with Accel Partners’ growth investing operation in India. Preceding that he was with Apax Partners for nearly 10 years - initially as a Partner in the U.S. and subsequently as Managing Director/Country Head for Apax in India, where he led the India operations. Investments he has been involved with include Apollo Hospitals (BSE: AHEL), Jamdat (NASDAQ: JMDT), Widerthan (NASDAQ: WTHN), NXP and others.  Previously, Mr. Bharadwaj was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Bharadwaj was selected as Board Member of the Indian School of Business (ISB), a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Chairperson of the India Regional Agenda Council of the WEF (2009-2011), Founding Curator of WEF’s Global Shaper Community, Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and Board Member of Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ).

Mr. Bharadwaj holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, and graduated summa cum laude with a BS in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Neeraj Garg, CEO, Apollo Health & Lifestyle

Neeraj Garg has more than 17 years of experience across industries, roles and countries. He combines a strong strategic perspective with entrepreneurial instinct in operating roles. He has worked in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products and Retail sectors.

He is the CEO of Apollo Health & Lifestyle, one of India’s leading retail healthcare services businesses, and a part of the Apollo Hospitals group. AHLL currently has interests in a range of formats, including Clinics, premium mother-and-child centres (Cradle) and Day Surgery, and a few more concepts in pipeline. Neeraj’s vision is to build India’s largest primary and secondary healthcare network which provides seamless services between the home and a tertiary care hospital, combining clinical excellence and personalised customer service.

Prior to joining Apollo, he spent over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, in diverse roles with Piramal Healthcare / Abbott. He is credited with having built one of the largest mass-market pharmaceutical businesses in the country - True Care. This was a business he conceptualized and built from scratch to nearly Rs 350 crs in 5 years. In his last role with Abbott, he was leading the Global Strategy function for Abbott’s worldwide branded generics business (> $5 bn in 130+ countries).

He is a Computer engineer from the Delhi College of Engineering, who went on to do his MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (Delhi). He joined Hindustan Unilever from campus and grind his teeth in sales & marketing there. He moved to management consulting at A.T. Kearney where he focused on the Consumer Products & Retail sectors, while also doing work on Organization design.

He is a strong believer in taking risks and trying new things; his favourite statements being:“no chance, no dance” “when was the last time you did something for the first time”

Neeraj is co-founder and CEO of Hector Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Tzinga Energy Drink, their flagship brand, is the second largest selling energy drink in India. Paper Boat drinks, traditional Indian beverages, is recent brand addition in the portfolio. Prior to starting with Hector Beverages, Neeraj had an impressive career with The Coca-Cola Company for 8 years.

Neeraj is a graduate from Wharton Business School and was awarded the highest academic honor, the palmer scholar, in the University of Pennsylvania business program.

Hungama also has a partnership with WPP’s JWT offering Digital Marketing Services clients worldwide.
Over the years Hungama has forayed into various aspects of Digital Media and Content such as Gaming, via its subsidiary Hungama Gameshastra Ltd.
