Naveen Kukreja is the CEO & Co-founder of Paisabazaar.com - India’s largest digital marketplace for lending products and Credit Score platform.

Naveen has an experience of over 19 years in the financial services markets of India and Europe, having worked in leadership roles at Citibank, Capital One and Aviva Life Insurance before co-founding Paisabazaar.com under the Policybazaar Group in 2014. Under Naveen's strong leadership, Paisabazaar has been recognized with prestigious awards like Excellence in Consumer Lending 2021 at India Digital Awards, Most Innovative Lending Platform of 2019 by India Fintech Forum and Economic Times' Most Promising Brand in 2018.

Naveen too has been felicitated by Entrepreneur India as “Entrepreneur of the Year – Financial Services” in 2019 & by Business World with the ’40 under 40’ award in 2018 – a recognition to India’s top 40 leaders under the age of 40.

Naveen is an alumni of prestigious institutes like IIM Calcutta and the Delhi College of Engineering.

Since joining the Essel Group 13 years ago, Naveen Surya has been known for revolutionizing electronic payment solutions in India. Backed by 17 years of experience in the finance industry, he introduced India’s first ever Multi Purpose Cash Card, ItzCash Card.

He launched ‘ItzCash Card’ in 2005 under the aegis of Essel Group to enable customers in conducting seamless, safe, and simple financial transactions without the age-old constraints of time, space, and location.Under his leadership, Itz Cash Card Limited has won national and international accolades including “Innovative Use of Technology”, “Best General Purpose Spending Card Program” and “the Most Innovative Prepaid Program” of the year 2008 for the “Octroi Automation Program”.

In the past he has been associated with TCS as Management Consultant, where he worked on projects like ACC, GE Capital (UK) and UBS (Japan).He also dons the hat of being the chairman of Payment Committee at Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) and is an active member of Prepaid International Forum (PIF) and GIRO Committee of RBI.

Naveen Tewari, Founder-CEO, InMobi

Naveen is the Chief Executive Officer, Founder and the man in charge of it all.

He has been responsible for the overall vision, strategy and execution of InMobi. His view of the growth of the mobile ecosystem and leveraging InMobi as a key tenet in developing that mobile ecosystem was the foundation stone on which InMobi was built.

Naveen’s journey started with McKinsey & Company where he worked on developing the go-to-market strategy for a large Indian conglomerate, as it entered the telecom sector. He has also worked with the top management of technology companies on various issues. Later, he joined Charles River Ventures (CRV), a top tier VC firm focusing on early stage investing in software and communications. Naveen worked with CRV on developing its India investment strategy. He also worked briefly with a mobile VoIP startup in Silicon Valley.

Naveen is the Founder and Chairman of a US based non-profit organization, India School Fund (ISF), which has been formed to set up schools in rural India. ISF started in 2006 with only a few Harvard Business School friends and has now grown to have over 50 people across India and US.

Naveen Wadhera, Director, TA Associates Advisory Pvt. Ltd.

Naveen heads the Indian operations of TA Associates Advisory Pvt Ltd, focusing on investments in growth companies in India and other emerging markets. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Dr Lal PathLabs and Micromax. Previously, while with TA Associates in Boston and London, Naveen played a significant role in the firm’s investments in Drive Assist, GlobeOp Financial Services, ION Trading, SmartStream Technologies and 2nd Story Software. Prior to joining TA in 2001, Naveen worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Broadview International. He also worked as a member of the Asian Special Situations Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co and at Accretive LLC. Naveen received a BSc in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance.

Navin Dhanuka, Founder and CEO, Altern Capital

Navin has over 21 years of experience in RE investments across India. He has managed investments of more than ?15,000 cr across 100+ transactions across capital stack of debt, mezzanine and equity investments.

He was an integral part of the leadership team of Piramal Capital, where he was leading RE investments for Bangalore & Hyderabad region and Hospitality (Pan India). He also led exit strategy for Piramal on Pan India. Prior to Piramal, he was leading investments at Walton Street Capital (a US based Real Estate Private Equity Fund). He was the founding member of Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction Finance Divisions at Ernst & Young.

Navin also has an eye for equity investments as he is an angel investor in multiple startups. He has been rewarded multiple awards – CXO of the Year 2023 by Reality+ while also being the Economic Times CEO of the Year 2022.

Navin is part of the investment team as an Investment Director. Prior to joining Kae, Navin was with Reliance Venture Asset Management (RVAM), and served as the Board of Directors of Tessolve Services and Dhama Innovations and as Board Observer on Reverse Logistics, Suvidhaa Infoserve and Wellspring.  Prior to Reliance Venture Asset Management, he was working with Darashaw and Company Private Limited (DCPL) in the Investment banking division. While at DCPL he was involved in end to end execution of mandates for public offers, private placement, loan syndication etc for private and state owned entities.Navin has a degree in MBA and Engineering from Mumbai University.
