Nidhi Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Kaaryah
Nidhi Agarwal is the Founder & CEO of KAARYAH Lifestyle Solutions, an unmatched apparel brand that caters to women’s non-casual wear by offering the best possible fit with its 18 sizes. It offers wardrobe solutions that help discover not just the perfect fit but also what flatters different body types. KAARYAH as an idea was Nidhi’s brainchild and was born when she figured out that something as basic as well fit western wear for Indian women was hard to find.
Nidhi has 15+ years of experience in Strategy, New Technology Marketing and Finance. Before launching her own brand, Nidhi was the Director, Strategy at Honeywell India where she helped build their Space & Missiles business. Prior to that she was a Strategy Consultant at Bain&Co. where she helped draft market entry strategies for consumer goods companies. She developed and launched India's first M-Commerce product at Airtel where she discovered her interest in Marketing Analytics and Strategy. She is also a certified Chartered Accountant from KPMG and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where she was presented the prestigious Dean's Service Award.
As a corporate woman with a busy lifestyle herself, Nidhi understood the importance of well fitted, functional, feminine and fashion-forward western formal wear. There was a large unmet need for these across age groups, no matter what their occupation was. She therefore focused on bridging the gap between western formals and the Indian silhouette, its perfect fit and a variety to choose from. After 1.5 years of market and product related research focusing on challenges with the current set of options available, she launched KAARYAH in September 2013.
Amidst her busy schedule Nidhi loves to travel, paint and cook. An avid movie enthusiast, her go to mantra comes from one of her favorite movies, ‘Silver Lining Playbook’, “When life reaches out with a moment like this, it’s a sin if you don’t reach back.

Nidhi Agarwal is the Founder & CEO of KAARYAH Lifestyle Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Aside from being promoted by Mr. Badri Agarwal (ex-President, Airtel) KAARYAH has secured investments from Mr. Ratan Tata and has raised its Series A funding from The Saha Fund & Mr. Mohandas Pai.

Mr. Nihir Parikh is the Chief Business Officer at Nykaa.com, an e-commerce store that is focused on beauty and wellness products. He is armed with a degree of MBA from INSEAD, MS from Stanford University and BE from Mumbai University.
He began his career as an engineer at Genentech Inc, USA. He has also advised startups in India including FitPermit, Giftery and Aurality. After his stint at Genentech Inc Mr. Parikh moved to GE as a Business Development manager wherein his key expertise was focusing on strategy. He also launched a new business vertical called Enterprise Solutions.
At Nykaa, he leads the ecommerce business directing brand relations, product, technology, marketing teams and ensures their smooth functioning whilst making sure they meet the revenue target every month. His leadership skills and team building qualities ensure the teams are functioning towards the company’s vision and
achieve the desired targets thereby driving the company’s growth and success.

Nikhil Arora, VP Marketing & Digital, droom.in
Nikhil is an award winning marketeer having 14+ years of experience. He has built a strong foundation in traditional brand marketing & further augmented it with digital expertise by working across digital first brands across FMCG & Consumer Electronics firms like Nestle, Samsung, Marico & Pepsi. He has delivered disruptive growth by turning around different challenger brands P&Ls, eCommerce business responsibility & led the organisation's entry into a new category with NPD deliveries. He has led digital transformation projects & innovative digital marketing initiatives to deliver strong business growth.
He is an MBA from IIM Lucknow & has done his engineering from PEC Chandigarh. He has an inherent interest in the way digital interaction is changing the marketing landscape & the opportunities this change provides. He loves to watch movies & listens to a diverse genre of music, enjoys playing tennis & is an avid quizzer. He loves the mountains & is happy to explore them both riding on his 22 year old Bullet & on foot, trekking.

Nikhil Barshikar is the Founder and Managing Director of Imarticus Learning, India’s leading Financial Services and Analytics professional education institute offering comprehensive classroom and online programs to professionals and learning management and training delivery solutions to large scale organizations.
Nikhil holds a joint MBA from Columbia University and London Business School, and spent the first fifteen years of his career across a smorgasbord of roles within Investment Banking across India, UK, Japan and the US with Lehman Brothers and Nomura.
In his last stint at Nomura (erstwhile Lehman Brothers), he served as an Executive Director-the youngest in the history of Lehman Brothers, and Head of Nomura’s Offshore Strategy for Asia and established operational support for the local domestic FII business and the local asset management venture. He was a key member of the Global Equity Operating Committee, India Strategic Project Management Office and Prime Financing working group. He also served the steering committees of India Strategy PMO, CLS implementation, Global Prime build out and Global Risk.

Nikhil Khattau is an experienced banker, entrepreneur and venture investor who has built and invested in companies in India since 1995. Nikhil also has an additional 10 years of international work experience. Nikhil focuses on the agriculture, financial services, retail, consumer services and media sectors in India.
He sits on the boards of Securens Systems (monitoring and surveillance), Matrimony.com (world’s largest marriage portal), Joguru, Inc. (trip planning platform named “Triphobo”), Marico Ltd. (packaged consumer goods, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange) and Kaya Enterprises (listed, specialty skin care).
Nikhil was the founding CEO of SUN F&C Asset Management, one of the first private sector mutual fund companies in India. Under his leadership, the firm successfully acquired two other mutual funds, and built one of the top-ranked India funds. Nikhil successfully sold the business to the Principal Financial Group, USA in 2004.
Nikhil’s prior experience includes working for Ernst & Young’s Audit and Corporate Finance practices in New York and London from 1986-1995, where he successfully advised a number of mid-market companies on their acquisition and divestment strategies. He also helped set up the firm’s investment banking advisory operations in Russia.
Nikhil received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
