Mohd. Arshad Suhail Siddiqui, President & CEO - Rasna Beverage Divisions, Rasna Pvt Limited

Mr.Siddiqui is a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad and a Commerce graduate from Jamia Milia Islamia University. He has an experience of over 16 years in the areas of Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Strategic Planning and Business Development. Before taking as President & CEO   he served as Director Sale and Market for SRL limited after his assignment as Chief Marketing Officer with Hamdard Laboratories, New Delhi. In Hamdard, he has been widely credited for restructuring sales & distribution channel & rejuvenating Hamdard’s  brands like RoohAfza, Safi, Chinkara which led to a double digit growth in the top and bottom lines for the company. He has managed brands  Meswak (Balsara), Nutrilite (Amway), Bristol, Capstain and Flake ( ITC brands) to name few.

Mr.Siddiqui has also been associated with some of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods and healthcare players like Balasara, Smithkline Beecham, Amway, Dr.Morpen Limited and ITC in various capacities.


Mohit Bahl, Partner, Transaction Services, KPMG

Mohit has over 12 years of Transaction Services experience of working closely with a cross section of clients - both Corporate and Private Equity buyers. He has spent 3 years in London advising clients in UK and Europe on transactions in Consumer and Industrial markets, Retail, and services related sectors. 

He has extensive experience of working with Private Equity houses on their investments and understands the drivers that influence these investments. He specialises in Financial due diligence and has been involved in various, pre-deal assessments, data rooms, full due diligences, listing engagements and final negotiations for various transactions. He also has a lot of experience of advising sellers on sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence engagements.


Mohit Batra, Executive Director, ICICI Venture

Mohit Batra is the Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Venture, which is ICICI group’s alternative assets company, where he leads the Infrastructure practice. He joined ICICI Bank in 1992 and worked in the areas of corporate and project finance across a range of manufacturing sectors. He then moved to Mumbai as a part of ICICI Bank’s newly set up Infrastructure SBU and in 2004 was given the responsibility to Head the Project Finance Group which worked across the entire spectrum of Telecom, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas industries. In addition, Mohit was also involved in the strategic finance and advisory services offered by ICICI Bank including M&A, transaction structuring, acquisition financing etc. for the period 2006-07. Mohit has experience of around 150 deals including Public Private Partnerships. He has worked across the entire Capital structure including equity, subordinated /mezzanine debt and senior debt with total financing committed of around USD 36 billion.

Mohit has operated at the board level of companies and has had hands on experience in project finance, corporate banking, equity investing, strategic finance and resolution of stressed assets. He has in the past worked on several infrastructure policy initiatives undertaken by the Government in the areas of power, telecom and roads.

At ICICI Venture, Mohit is responsible for infrastructure investments including Resurgent Power, which is a Power Platform co-sponsored with Tata Power for buy-out of Indian power assets. Resurgent has recently completed the acquisition of Prayagraj Power Generation Company, a 1980 MW supercritical plant as part of the stressed asset resolution process initiated by the lenders.

Mohit is an engineer and has an MS in Management from Purdue University, USA.


Mohit Bhatnagar, Managing Director, Sequoia Capital India Advisors

Mohit is a Managing Director with Sequoia Capital and serves on the board of Citrus Payment CleverTap, DailyHunt, Ideacts Innovations, Knowlarity, Near, nearbuy, Octro, OneAssist, Shuttl & Zomato. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital, he served as the Senior Vice President at BhartiAirtel where he helped scale the business from a few states operation into a leading national wireless carrier. Earlier, he co-founded Bright pod, a wireless start-up in the US, by orchestrating a spin off from Ericsson Mobile Systems. He has received an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and an MSEE from Virginia Tech.

Mohit invests in early stage tech companies across technology sub sectors of Payments, SaaS, Consumer Mobile Internet & analytics.

Mohit Dubey is the co-founder and CEO at Carwale.com. CarWale founded in 2005 is India’s no.1 car portal which empowers car consumers to research and buy their car. Led by Mohit this consumer focused Internet portal has raised a Series A funding of seven million dollars from U.S. based venture capital firm Sierra Ventures. In last one year they have served more than 10 million Indian car consumers and have influenced approximately $3bn of car transactions in India. Since its inception, CarWale has been honoured with many prestigious awards including the Red Herring Asia Top 100 (twice in 3 years), BusinessWeek’s Top 25 young entrepreneurs in Asia and PCWorld Web Award for best automotive website.


Mohit Gundecha, CEO & Co-founder, Jombay

Mohit Gundecha is the CEO at Jombay, a Talent Assessment & Analytics company. He is a passionate entrepreneur who believes in using technology to solve real world problems. Prior to Jombay, Mohit was the Country Head for mig33, a mobile community of more than 50 million users. Prior to that, Mohit was studying at Stanford University in California, where he co-founded Mobile Momentum with Prof. Thomas Kosnik. Mohit's biggest learning at Stanford has been Human Engineering where he worked with the best-in-class from diverse cultures & geographies across the world. Mohit was selected among '40-under-40' by Fortune Magazine India as a part of their 2015 list.


Mohit Kumar, Co-founder and CEO, Roadrunnr | @PickRoadRunnr

Mohit Kumar is the co founder and Chief Executive Officer of Roadrunnr. He graduated in Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from PES University in 2010. Mohit Kumar started his career as Lead Engineer in HolidayIQ in October 2010. After 26 months of services he became Senior Product Manager in Ola. He was responsible for building a robust taxi dispatch infrastructure and built apps for drivers. He worked with Ola for 13 months till November 2013.

Mohit co founded Roadrunnr in February 2015 at Bangalore. The company is focused on business to business deliveries and they are into hyper local delivery. The company uses on demand model to partner with delivery boys and manage lean and peak demand. They charge a flat rate per delivery of the products. Roadrunnr is serving 150+ order per day and has 150 vendors.

After 12 years with Godrej Properties Ltd and almost last 6 years as Managing Director & CEO of Godrej Properties Ltd, Mohit Malhotra has embarked on entrepreneurial journey with formation of India’ s foremost residential real estate platform, NeoLiv.

Mohit Ralhan, Managing Partner of Indus Balaji Private Equity, a diversified fund with interests in growth capital investment across consumption driven sectors in SME/mid-market space. He is on the Board of companies spanning technology, education, real estate services & media. With over USD 75 Mn investment in companies through his career, Mohit specializes in turnaround situations and dividend plays. Prior to this, Mohit was a part of Barings Private Equity India, where he executed deals in Financial Services, discretionary consumption and agri-commodities space. He has been in the initial team of a Greenfield private sector bank and has also advised one of the largest telecom operators in the country. Mohit holds an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, and is an engineer from NSIT.
