Manas Datta, Group CFO, Wockhardt
Manas Datta, Group CFO of Wockhardt has rich experience of 30 years in the field of Corporate Finance, Treasury, M&A, Taxation etc. in large Indian conglomerates like AV Birla Group, Chambal Fertilisers, The Oberoi Group.
Mr. Datta has been instrumental in Transformational Change Management in MIS, Business Planning and reporting in Wockhardt and has extensive experience in capital / debt raising in Domestic and international markets.
A Cost Accountant by training and Alumnus of IIM (Ahmedabad) Mr. Datta is also an avid reader and loves to watch Soccer. He is also an ardent fan of Kishore Kumar.
Consecutively in March 2016, March 2017 & March 2018, Mr Datta has been conferred with "Role of Honour for CFO 100" for exceptional calibre and contribution to the world of finance by CFO India. He was conferred with “Most Influential CFOs of India” by Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in June 2016. Mr. Datta has also been awarded the “Best CFO With Exemplary All Round Performance - 2016 ” in Asia CFO Excellence Award presented by CMO Asia on 5th August 2016 in Singapore. Mr. Datta has also been awarded the ‘Super Achievers Awards for CFO Of The Year - 2016’ by the Stars in the Industry Group on November 2016 and also October 2017. He was also honoured with ‘Indira Brand Slam CFO Leadership’ award on 26th September 2017 at a glittering ceremony at Indira Group of Institute – Pune.
Mr. Datta has also been awarded the “Best CFO With Exemplary All Round Performance” - 2018 in Asia CFO Excellence Award presented by CMO Asia on 1st August 2018 in Singapore.
Manas Mehrotra, Managing Trustee, Greenwood High International School
Manas is a qualified member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bachelors of Law, MBA (Entrepreneurship) from Babson College (USA). He has earlier worked with Ernst & Young as Global Tax Advisor.
It is in this inexhaustible treasure of knowledge in varied discipline that has helped Manas, as he is popularly known in the academic circles, into shaping Greenwood High Schools (with a family of 3800 members i.e. 3300 students and 500 staff ) into what they are today - a harmonious blend of technological and traditional values in education.
His leadership qualities are evident in the way he manages the team and allow them to be creative at all levels in Greenwood High. Under his leadership the school has won more than 7 national Awards in excellence in last 2 years.
He believes that Education is a dedicated service, hence focus and involvement is extremely necessary and crucial. Branching out of school can only happen when you have a sound example to be proud of. It is not about focusing on numbers and cities but to have few schools with best of infrastructure and self focus to make sure quality of education is imparted.
His aim is to create high quality institutions, and all our schools will have around 15 acre campuses and will be equipped with state of the art infrastructure, facilities and something unique in them.
Presently, we are building 3 new Greenwood High campuses two in Bangalore- one on Bannerghatta Road which is spread across 15 acres and the second one on Sarjapur Road - a complete International Branch on a 14 Acre Campus and one in Kolkata in New Town (Rajarhat), spread on a15 Acres.

Manas Tandon, Principal, TPG Growth India
Manas Tandon joined TPG Growth in 2010 and is a Director based in Mumbai. Prior to joining TPG in 2010, Manas was a Vice President at Matrix Partners India where he led growth deals in Financial Services, Internet and Mobile. Previously he was based in Boston for many years and was part of the founding team of three successful technology start-ups.
He has an MBA from Wharton where he was a Palmer Scholar and a B. Tech. from IIT Kanpur. He has eight US patents to his credit and has authored several papers. Manas currently represents TPG on the boards of several portfolio companies including AGS, Flexituff and Sutures.
Manasa Rajan, CEO, Jupiter Meta
Manasa is a founding team member of Jupiter Meta, where she heads all business endeavours. Following over a decade in the consumer behaviour function, she will now direct marketing and operations, including building the Jupiter Meta brand, liaising with celebrities, artists and brands, driving partnerships and associations, and planning and operationalising the asset classes. Manasa will also lead brand and enterprise communications.
In addition to working on PR for Indiabulls’ IPO, Manasa’s career thus far has centred around health coaching and food design. Her business acumen and considerable industry knowledge laid the foundations for a food startup, which helped her communicate with numerous food brands. At Curefit, she was in charge of nutrition and health products and doubled up as a health expert.
Manasa has donned different hats while interacting with varied clients—she has been a coach, an entrepreneur, and an analyst of behavioural aspects of the Indian consumer. She has interacted with these clients through brands involved in financial services, holistic health, fitness and food products, nurturing meaningful change amongst people in the food-health ecosystem.
Manasa’s foray into the metaverse is an extension of her understanding of business opportunities and learnings in consumer behaviour. She aims to bring people new immersive experiences by fashioning ideas on how we interact, advertise, and participate with popular culture.
Manasa holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies with additional degrees from Stony Brook University and Cornell University.
Manasa, unsurprisingly, loves food and travel and follows the science around health & longevity.
Manasij Ganguli, Co-founder & CEO, ThreadSol
Manasij Ganguli is the chief executive at ThreadSol, a one of a kind startup working in the sewn products domain. Pioneers in Enterprise Material Management, with products intelloBuy and intelloCut, ThreadSol is saving manufacturers in 50+ factories and 8 geographies (India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam) 10% of their fabric cost amounting to millions of dollars. ThreadSol is set to launch their third product intelloTrace in China in September 2015 which will bring the technology used by Apple and Google to sewn product manufacturers. 18 months young and seedfunded by Blume Ventures in 2014, ThreadSol is profitable and running on 100% quarter on quarter growth.
Manasij Ganguli has 13 years of experience writing code for multinationals like Boeing and Visa in UK and US. Leading a team of 60 with offices in 7 locations, Manasij works as the Chief Everything Officer heading the business development by the day and doubling as the coder by the night. Manasij is an avid blogger and an enthusiastic cyclist. Prior to ThreadSol, Manasij was the early member of a valley based startup - Terracotta which had a 90 Million dollar exit in 2012.
Manav Bansal, CIO, Neev Fund
Manav has over 20 years experience in PE and investment banking. Prior experience includes heading India operations for Brightlink Partners Inc., being a founding member of Maquarie’s infrastructure team in India and Director at SNC-Lavalin India infra fund. Manav has also worked at advisory/corporate finance at PwC and KPMG. Manav holds a MBA and an engineering degree.

With 17 years in Media with broad range of experience in business & operations, programming strategies & creative, sales solutions, He actively leads businesses across multiple verticals including broadcast, production, digital & print publishing, studio's etc. Reporting directly into the Board he is responsible for the group's growth across businesses and initiation of new business opportunities.
He is an adventure junkie. Does bungee to sky dive and has achieved various levels of certifications. As an Adventure enthusiast - he is a certified professional in Snow skiing, water skiing, para gliding, scuba and many more such adventure sports. He on one hand has this adventurous side also has this responsible side who believes in giving back to the society - a member of a music band which exclusively performs for pre - schoolers a look which is out of contrary to the corporate suit and the core of doing this is to impart entertainment knowledge & values.

Manav Garg, Founder & CEO, Eka Software Solutions
Manav is the CEO and Founder of Eka Software Solutions. Manav provides overall leadership and direction in strategic areas such as product direction, growth strategy, and talent acquisition. As a former commodities trader with a large global commodity trading house, Manav witnessed first-hand the deficiencies in traditional trading and risk management software. Realizing the market opportunity, and combining this with his passion for technology, Manav founded Eka in 2004.
Since then, he keeps Eka focused on meeting the needs of the company’s global customers. He constantly strives to achieve ever higher levels of organizational excellence and customer satisfaction by encouraging responsibility and accountability at all levels.
Manav graduated as an engineer from Regional Engineering College (REC) in Jalandhar, and followed this with an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) in Delhi. In 2014, he was named to Fortune Magazine's "40 Under 40" compilation of executives in India.
