A person embedded with opulent principles and intense zeal towards spiritualism. His moves are often very calculated and supported with scientific premise.
Mr Lalit believes in giving people a lot of independence. Brash and assertive, he despises sterile thoughts. In other words, his name tantamount to hard work, productivity and being fearless. He will never allow fear to govern his actions.
His tenure saw CREDAI scaling colossal heights. His stint as a President exalts many extraordinary achievements like maximum number of written representations to the Ministry of HUPA, UD, PM, FM, Rural Development, RBI, IBA etc. A Draft model book was released on single window concept. A workshop was organised by CREDAI in association with Ministry at GOA on affordable housing and the entire thoughts were captivated in the shape of a book. He gave a clarion call to the nation’s developer’s fraternity to fight corruption in approval process and curb unscrupulous practices in real estate sector.
