Kaustav Ganguli, Managing Director, Alvarez & Marsal

Kaustav Ganguli is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal and leads the healthcare practice for the firm in India and the Middle East. Mr. Ganguli has more than 16 years of experience in consulting and industry across the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Till date, he has advised on more than 60 engagements across the healthcare value chain, spanning hospitals, single specialty models, outreach models, diagnostics, pharmacy, health IT, health education, medical equipment and devices and health insurance.

Over the last decade, Mr. Ganguli has advised large international organizations on their India entry as well as many leading domestic organizations on opportunities related to expansion, diversification and growth. Additionally, he has helped several organizations improve their operational performance and advised several private equity funds on transactions in Indian Healthcare space. Mr. Ganguli earned his engineering degree from Jadavpur University and completed his MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.

Kaustubh Kulkarni, Group Head - M&A and Strategic Financing, JSW Steel Ltd

Kaustubh Kulkarni is the Group Head - M&A and Strategic Financing at JSW Steel Ltd. He is responsible for leading M&A, managing the strategic financing requirements of the Group, Treasury Risk management and also handling banking relationships.

He joined the JSW Group in Nov 2017, prior to which he was Managing Director & Head of Debt Capital Markets for Standard Chartered Bank in India, with whom he was for 12 years. Prior to his association with Standard Chartered, he has worked in ICICI Securities and in SICOM and has an overall experience of 22 years in areas of debt capital markets, financing solutions and Treasury management.

Kaustubh Laturkar, Senior Vice President and Head - Digital Transformation, NSEIT

Kaustubh Laturkar has over two decades of enriched experiences in various global markets and industry verticals, across consulting, sales, delivery & business solutioning. He is passionate about art-of-possible within the digital and believes that the ultimate goal of  “Digital Transformation” is leading more about holistic transformation than technology. It is this belief that drives Kaustubh's quest of seeking solutions that simplify the business operations and enable organizations stride towards success. It is therefore no wonder that utilizing RPA and digitalizing workforce to attain and deliver efficiency assumes high focus in his thought process when thinking customer delight.

In his erstwhile role, Kaustubh was part of the Senior Leadership Team at Cognizant and Global Leadership Team of Cognizant’s Digital Business – AI & Data/Analytics practice. He was responsible for large P&L, business and strategic direction for various global markets, running large delivery portfolio & solutioning. He was responsible to run multiple initiatives at BU level to improve digital skilling of thousands of employees and was Center Head for Pune & Mumbai locations for AI & Data/Analytics practice of Cognizant.

Kavi Arora, MD & CEO, Religare Finvest Ltd

Mr. Kavi Arora currently the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at Religare Finvest Limited manages the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) focused commercial lending business of Non Banking Financial Services Company.

Kavi has previously worked at GE Capital, Hong Kong as Director- Secured Assets & Cross-sell and was responsible for acquisition, revenue and delivering the overall profitability in the secured assets business. Additionally, he was also responsible for putting together an effective Customer Retention Strategy by designing the CRM and developing a retention project for existing customers of GE. Prior to GE, over the course of 5 years at ABN Amro Bank ( now RBS), he has worked in various roles like Head of Consumer Bank for South region covering the whole gamut of Banking and Financial services and also as National Sales and Distribution Head for Unsecured Assets covering Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
    
With nearly 20 years of diverse experience within the financial services, Kavi has been associated with reputed companies such as ABN Amro Bank, ATS Services, CitiFinancial, 20th Century Finance, Consortium Finance and GE Capital. Kavi is currently the Co-Chairman of Regional Council on MSMEs for CII in Northern Region and also a part of CII’s National Council on MSMEs.   
 
His has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Punjab University, a Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from University Business School, Chandigarh.

Kay Mok Ku, Partner, Gobi Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd

Kay-Mok joined Gobi in 2010 as Partner (ASEAN).  Gobi's ASEAN fund is a joint venture with MAVCAP, the largest VC-focused fund of fund in Southeast Asia. Prior to Gobi, he worked at the Media Development Authority of Singapore, a limited partner to several media and tech funds. He has also lived in Silicon Valley for over 10 years, where he co-founded Private Express Inc.  He started his career with the Infocomm Development Authority, and has a Computer Science degree from UC-Berkeley, and an MBA from San Jose State University.

Kazi Arif Uz Zaman, MD, Private Equity, Everstone Capital Advisors

Kazi Arif Uz Zaman is a Managing Director in the private equity team of Everstone Capital Advisors and has primary responsibility for coverage of Southern India from Everstone’s Bangalore office.

Kazi has been with Everstone for over 7 years and has over 18 years of experience in private equity, M&A and investment banking. Kazi previously worked with ICICI Venture and ANZ Investment Bank in Mumbai, London and Singapore. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and is a CFA charter holder from CFA Institute, U.S.A.
