Kevin Eikerman, Head, ADM India

With over 25 years of experience in the Agricultural Commodities and Processing Space, Kevin has been with Archer Daniels Midland Company for over 7 years. Prior to the current assignment Kevin has handled assignments within ADM as the General Manager at Europoort, Netherlands and oilseed processing facilities at locations across North America.

Kevin also has about 10 years of work experience with Saskatchewan Wheat Pool in Canada and UK and about 8 years of experience in the Grain and Farm Supplies business with Cargill Canada.

Kevin has a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manitoba in Canada and enjoys golfing, squash, and biking as extra-curricular activities.


Kevin William David, Co-Founder & CEO, Walletkit Technologies Pvt Ltd

Kevin is one of the founders of WalletKit which is the central SaaS platform for businesses to deliver digital Boarding passes,Tickets,Store cards and Coupons for all mobile wallets like Apple passbook and Google Wallet.


Kevin started the company with Ramakanth in 2012 bootstrapping on their own. WalletKit was funded by 500Startups in September 2012 and was invited to be apart of their Batch 5 Accelerator(one of the top 3 incubators in the world).
 


Khaled Talhouni, Managing Partner, Nuwa Capital

Khaled Talhouni, the founding Managing Partner at Nuwa Capital, has established a $100 million fund aimed at catalyzing early-stage MENAPT ventures. His approach goes beyond mere funding; he provides a full-fledged support platform for startups, encompassing everything from initial funding to growth and venture debt products. A seasoned investor, Khaled's portfolio boasts over 150 early-stage transactions, with a keen focus on regional market solutions and responsive entrepreneurship. Khozem Merchant, President, Pearson India

Khozem Merchant is President, Pearson India, the country office of the global media and education group. Before taking up his present position in January 2008, Khozem was for nearly two decades a journalist with The Financial Times, the global business newspaper published by Pearson. His last journalist role was FT Mumbai Correspondent from 2000 to 2006, when he moved from editorial to the commercial side of the FT, taking up a role as director, business development for the Financial Times in India. As the Head of Pearson India he is the key representative across Pearson’s interests in India, which include Penguin India, Pearson Education India, the Financial Times, Pearson Assessments and Testing.

Kingshuk Basu, CEO, Conscious Food Pvt. Ltd.

Kingshuk Basu is Chief Executive Officer of Conscious Food, India’s pioneering organic and natural food company since 1990. Conscious Food is a well-loved, national brand which offers 100+ high quality products across categories to provide its customers a healthy kitchen solution. Prior to this, Kingshuk was Executive Director Operations with Spencer's Retail responsible for the business in all stores and regions across India. He has also served as Director Global Business with WinHolt Equipment and as Senior Business Manager with Daymon Worldwide at Kroger. Kingshuk holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur and MBA in marketing and supply chain management from Michigan State University.


Kiran Anandampillai, Founder and CEO, Drishti

Kiran is the founder and CEO of Drishti, an eye hospital chain working to provide affordable eye care in underserved markets. Drishti currently covers several districts in rural Karnataka. He is a telecom engineer and prior to Drishti was a founding member of OnMobile, a company spun out of Infosys.  He helped build OnMobile from a 10 people startup to 1200 people with revenues over 550 crores. He was also a Volunteer – Technology at UIDAI. He is passionate about building Drishti into an sustainable, social impact institution.


Kiran Bhagwanani, Chief Executive Officer, South Asia, NTT Ltd.

Kiran Bhagwanani is the CEO, South Asia, for the newly created, global, US $11 billion company - NTT Ltd. In this role, Kiran is responsible for managing P&L, increasing market share, driving new strategic and transformational initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and employee development.

His immediate prior role was CEO for South Asia, Japan and New Zealand in Dimension Data Asia Pacific while continuing to head the India market and leading it to profitable growth over eight consecutive years to make it one of the fastest growing and most profitable businesses within Dimension Data globally.

Kiran was earlier associated with HCL Technologies for over 15 years and was last heading the worldwide sales of Systems Integration in addition to his responsibility as Country Head for the India business.

With over 28 years of experience in the IT sector, Kiran is most excited about the new IT consumption models that help organisations use technology more, but own and manage it less, thereby aligning the IT cost with their business cycle. He believes digital disruption is here to stay and will accelerate -- with autonomics, robotics, and AI continuing to change the way businesses connect with their consumers.

Kiran is also passionate about the vital role people play in shaping the culture of high performance organisations and in line with this belief, has conceptualized and propagated “Our People First” (OPF), an employee focused program to create a positive, engaging and rewarding employee experience. He keeps his industry association active through his membership in groups such as Young President’s Organisation (YPO) and the Indian Management Association’s CEO Forum.
