Kamal Nath, CEO, Sify Technologies


Kami Narayan, Co-CEO, PreMedia Global

Kami Narayan is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of PreMedia Global and plays a pivotal role in managing its global operations and overall administration. Prior to co-founding PreMedia, Kami headed Mergers & Acquisitions at OfficeTiger, where she was also responsible for project implementation. Earlier, she worked at her family business group, where she conceptualized and executed several strategic initiatives. Kami started her career with Arthur Andersen business advisory practice helping multinational companies negotiate joint ventures and set up
operations in India.

Kami is a gold-medalist from the National Law School of India where she graduated with the BA, LLB (Hons.) degree, and also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Kamlesh R. Tejwani, Chairman and CEO, AllGreen Energy

Mr Tejwani has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, renewable energy and entrepreneurship. He is experienced in developing, implementing and operating projects and Companies within the Renewable Energy sector. Over the past 20 years Mr. Tejwani has successfully led as CEO two publicly-traded companies listed on US National stock exchanges, with overall responsibility for strategic planning, business development, budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and capital fundraising.

Mr. Tejwani has served as Vice Chairman of Environmental Power Corporation (EPC) from August 2007 to August 2010. From July 2003 to July 2006, Mr. Tejwani served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EPC. EPC is a developer, owner and operator of clean energy production facilities, which utilize agricultural and food by-product waste to cost-effectively produce methane gas while also generating significant quantities of carbon offset credits and helping address waste management issues.

Mr. Tejwani has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air-Cure Technologies, Inc a publicly-traded manufacturer and marketer of air pollution control systems.


Kamlesh Sajnani, MD, IMS Learning Resources

Mr. Kamlesh Sajnani having completed the Masters degree in Commerce, has rich experience within the service industry having worked with Taj Air Caterers (Indian Hotels), Mumbai and Saudi Arabian Airlines, Saudi Arabia for about ten years. In 1994, he took over the reins of IMS. When Mr.Sajnani took over IMS was a primarily a distance learning organization. However, under Mr.Sajnani it now has expanded to a Multiple Test Training portfolio with on ground operations in more than 90 cities nationally training more than 50000 students annually. IMS has further branched into formal education and has a Management College - Praxis Business School in Kolkata in 2007, which operates as a fully immersive facility for students from across the country spread across a 10 acre residential campus. Another entity IMS Proschool initiated in 2009 - has been initiated to fulfill the need of Skill development and up-gradation of the students at various strata specially targeting the BFSI, Retail and Hospitality industry.


Kamlesh Vora, Sr. EVP & Head - Customer Experience, Kotak Mahindra Bank

Kamlesh Vora heads Customer Experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank. He is responsible for bringing the
voice of the customer at the centre of decision-making and influencing change basis customer
feedback – be it in terms of process simplification, leveraging technology or reimagining the entire
journey end-to-end.
Kamlesh joined the Kotak Group in 2006 and over the past 15 years, has held a number of diverse
roles across the Group encompassing sales, leading business channels, spearheading digital initiatives
at Kotak Life and now heading customer experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

With over 25 years of work experience, Kamlesh’ s professional tenure spans across Electrical, Office
Automation, Service and Life Insurance industries.

Kamlesh is an Engineering Graduate from Mumbai University and holds an MBA from Narsee Monee
Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has also completed Mastering Design Thinking
programme from MIT Sloan School of Management. 


Kanchan Jain, MD & Head of India Credit, Baring Private Equity Asia

Ms. Jain has 26 years of experience across financial markets in Europe & Asia in credit across deal origination, structuring, underwriting, portfolio & risk monitoring and fund management. Ms. Jain as head of BPEA India credit, along with her team has nearly 10 years of experience of in India credit. Prior to joining BPEA, Ms. Jain was Chief Risk Officer for Religare Finvest Limited, a SME & mid-market focused NBFC, responsible for managing risk across all businesses. Before that, she worked for 10 years in London as Managing Director at HSBC and previously as Director at Barclays Capital in the Structured Credit business. Before her stint in London, Ms. Jain worked in debt capital markets across debt syndication, loan trading & risk functions covering the market in Asia and was based out of Hong Kong with Peregrine Fixed Income Limited.

Ms. Jain has lived and worked in India, Hong Kong & the UK. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from VNIT and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.


Kanchan Jain, Head, BPEA Credit

Ms. Kanchan Jain has 29 years of experience across private credit, corporate and structured finance, loan markets and debt capital markets across Europe and Asia and in various roles across origination, structuring, underwriting and risk. As Head of BPEA Credit Group, Ms. Jain is responsible for the overall business across its investment & non-investment functions. Over the last 11 years, Ms. Jain, along with leadership team at BPEA Credit, has led the creation and build-out of one of the leading private credit management groups in Asia, focused on the fast-growing mid-market corporate sector.

Before moving to India in 2008, Ms. Jain worked for 10 years based out of London as Managing Director at HSBC, and before that as Director at Barclays Capital in the Structured Credit business. Prior to that, Ms. Jain worked in the Asian debt capital markets across debt syndication, loan trading & risk, based out of Hong Kong and in project finance based out of India. Ms. Jain has lived and worked in India, Asia & the UK and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from VNIT and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.


Kanchan Samtani, Partner and Managing Director, Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

Ms. Kanchan Samtani leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Development practice in India and is a core member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. Since joining BCG in 2001, Ms. Samtani has worked extensively with clients across the media, wireless and wireline telecom, and emerging-services sectors. Her experience includes helping companies define their business strategies, establish new business units, assess industry landscapes, and conduct deep customer discovery. She is particularly skilled in helping telcos in India optimize their organizations, reduce costs, and integrate multitechnology business units. Before joining BCG, Ms. Kanchan Samtani worked in software training for two years and interned with Morgan Stanley, where she was involved in assessing opportunities in the media sector.


Kancherla Ravindranath, Chairman & Managing Director, Global Hospitals

Founded Global Hospitals, India’s first multi organ transplant centre to carry out liver, kidney, heart, heart-lung, pancreas and bone marrow transplantation (Global performed the first liver, first heart, first twin kidney and first bone marrow transplants in Andhra Pradesh). Developed India’s most comprehensive Hospital dedicated to Gastroenterology and organ Transplantation Centre i.e (Liver, Kidney, Heart, Lung & Bone Marrow).

Kancherla Ravindranath is the Chairman & Managing Director of Global Hospitals, he is head since 1999, Surgical Gastroenterology Dept., Global Hospitals. He is Trustee - Board of Hyderabad Eye Institute operating trust of L.V.Prasad Institute.He is Director-Rainbow Children’s Hospital and President of Endoscopic & Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia.

He has done his MBBS from Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Tirupati and his MS from Madras University.


Kanchi Gandhi, Senior Vice President and Vertical Head - Trusteeship Services, Kotak Mahindra Trusteeship Services Ltd.

Kanchi is a senior advisor in the Estate Planning business, and heads the team nationally. The business is engaged in offering succession and estate planning solutions to private clients.

She has done extensive work in the area of succession planning; advising HNI families with diverse assets and interests in planning multi-generational structures.

She has 17 years of overall experience in banking and financial services.

Kanchi joined Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2008. Prior to joining Kotak, Kanchi was associated with the equity research team at CNBC TV18.

She is a Chartered Accountant. When she is not advising clients, Kanchi is engaged in reading and
spending time with her family
