Jasmine Kaur, CEO, The Green Snack Co.
The Green Snack Co. is a venture in the health food space which seems to have successfully turned a few myths on their head. First, that healthy food can't be tasty and second, that packaged food can't be healthy. Equipped with her knowledge of Nutrition & Dietetics, Jasmine, a business school graduate decided to switch from her professional calling of Banking & Retail to her personal raison d’être and set out, a year and a half ago, to purse her passion for creating a brand and a product line that is revolutionary in terms of ingredients, technology as well as format, and can truly cater to the massive unmet need for authentic healthy snacking in the country.
