Jaideep joined the company in October 2017 to set the company on a new, accelerated growth path. He is an advisor to CEOs and business leaders of investment and tech ecosystem. From macro-economic trends to technology disruptions, and market and industry analysis, he has blogged, written and presented on a wide range of topics.
 
Prior to his current role, he was Managing Director - IDC India and South Asia. Under his leadership, IDC India was conferred the CIO Choice Award for “IT Advisor of the Year” three years consecutively in 2014, 2015 & 2016. Jaideep has been awarded the “Patrick J McGovern IDC Entrepreneur of the Year 2015” for consistent excellence in leading the South Asia team to success and “Leadership Award for Contribution to Market Research” by the World Marketing Congress in 2014.
 
Before IDC, he was based in London, UK and worked at Gartner for over 5 years where he was Regional VP, Sales & Business Development – EMEA and prior to that, he spent more than 2 and a half years in the Indian outsourcing sector, most notably at Zensar Technologies where he spearheaded the set up to their Financial Services practice in Europe. During the late nineties, he was in the software sector.
 
Jaideep is a graduate from the Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University and holds an MBA degree from the Manchester Business School, UK. He enjoys reading, the occasional game of tennis and driving to remote parts of Indi


Jaidev Rajpal, Partner, McKinsey & Company

A partner at McKinsey’s Gurugram office, Jaidev helps pharmaceutical and medical-device companies grow strategically, strengthen management oversight, and ensure processes comply with regulatory standards.

Working for over 20 years in the pharmaceuticals space has helped Jaidev develop deep knowledge of the complex and highly regulated industry. He has helmed several end-to-end transformations for eminent healthcare companies and has also worked with senior-level executives to improve organization design and culture.

Examples of his recent work include the following:
conducting multiple due-diligence processes in the active-pharmaceutical ingredient industry, assessing target molecules and helping craft production strategy

  • implementing purchasing transformations at two of the top five Indian generics companies to improve profitability and build sustainable capability
  • applying digital and analytics capabilities to drive a supply-chain transformation for a leading pharmaceutical company
  • leading organization assessment and capability building of top 40 executives for several healthcare clients

Jaikrishnan G, Partner, Financial Services Consulting, Grant Thornton Bharat

Jai carries with him over 19 years of experience of Financial Services space advising large NBFCs, Banks and Fintech's. In his previous assignment he was playing a leadership role with FS Strategy and Operations practice for KPMG, India.

In his new role with GT he will  be heading the Financial Services consulting practice at Grant Thornton, India. He will further enhance our Global presence by working along with global leaders and actively pursuing corridor opportunities for GT.

Having worked across many large transformation engagements in his previous role, Jai brings his global consulting exposure and Indian market experience to the firm. He has authored many popular thought leaderships in financial services space and is recognized as a leader in this space.

Apart from successfully running his consulting practice, he has an extensive social profile including being founder, advisor and board member with a number of NGO’s and Social welfare organizations.

Jai has worked with large family run business houses advising them on their investment strategy and diversification decisions. He is also an advisor to the board of directors of 4 large startups in the Fintech, Edtech and social development space in India. Jai has lead engagements where he has set up the several Banking and Non banking organizations ground up from inception to operationalization.

Subject matter expert in Retail Finance, Gold Loan, Asset finance, Micro Finance, Housing Finance and MSME Finance. Proficient in designing and implementing Performance Dashboards, Governance Models, Distribution networks, Market entry strategy Turn around and Business Expansion plans.

Jaiprakash Choudhary, Director Of Engineering, RIVIGO

A graduate from IIT Delhi with over 10 years of experience in building impactful business solutions. An advocate and follower of creating technical solutions that impact people's life. Have designed and lead teams to create scalable and end to end solutions from scratch that have with-held test of time.

Leading the Engineering efforts at Rivigo in transforming logistics. Joined Rivigo in 2016 as a developer and lead the efforts to create a marketplace. With time started handling varied products and have successfully led Rivigo into building transformational products. With the leadership and guidance have strengthened the tech infrastructure, making it secure and robust.

Prior to Rivigo, was working with Snapdeal where lead the efforts on digital marketing. Had led the team to create impactful solution that helped product visibility and sale.


Jaivir Nagi, India Head & Acquisitions Head (Global) for Online Partnerships, Google

Jaivir manages the Online Partnerships business for Google India. In this role, he leads publisher monetization products including Adsense, Admob and the DoubleClick suite.

Jaivir has spent over 5 years at Google in various roles. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for conceptualizing and launching the 10,000 Start-ups program at NASSCOM, in partnership with various technology leaders including Microsoft, Versign, Intel among others.

Prior to Google, Jaivir worked for 8years in the banking sector with the longest stint of 6years at Citibank. In his last role, he led a consumer banking vertical for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Jaivir also spent a year as an entrepreneur in a manufacturing set-up.

Jaivir is a commerce graduate with an MBA in Marketing.


James Joseph, Founder, Jackfruit365.com | @Jackfruit365

James Joseph is the founder of JackFruit365™- an initiative to create an organized market for Indian Jackfruits, 80 percent of which is reported to be wasted every year.

James has over 20 years of Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing experience in India, North America, and Europe with Globally reputed organizations like Microsoft, 3M and Ford. In his last role as the Director, Executive Engagement at Microsoft India; he was responsible for strengthening Microsoft’s relationship with the senior executives of top 200 enterprises in India. Prior to this role James was responsible for the manufacturing industry marketing for Microsoft UK. James is a recipient of several awards including Circle of Excellence, the highest award for Sales and Marketing employees across the world at Microsoft, Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year at TiEcon Kerala 2013, New Age ICON d’ YOUTH Kerala 2011, etc. In addition James serves as a guest lecturer at IIM Kozhikode and regularly speaks at KSIDC and TiE events to promote entrepreneurship among youth in Kerala.


Jane Rowe, Head Private Equity, Senior Vice-President, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan

Jane Rowe heads Teachers’ Private Capital, the private equity arm of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. She is also responsible for the organization’s international strategy pertaining to its expanding physical presence and the management of the Long Term Equities group. Ms. Rowe serves on the board of Cadillac Fairview, Teachers’ wholly-owned real estate subsidiary, and she is the chair of the Investments Division Credit and Counterparty Committee.

Prior to joining Teachers' in October 2010, she was Executive Vice-President, Special Accounts Management and Retail Credit Risk at Scotiabank. Previously, she held senior roles at Scotia Merchant Capital Corporation, the bank's Canadian private equity fund, was President and CEO of RoyNat Capital Inc., Scotiabank's wholly-owned mid-market merchant bank, and was President and CEO of Scotia Mortgage Corporation.

Ms. Rowe received a B.Comm. (Hons) from Memorial University, an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business, and has ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is an Advisory Board Member of Memorial University's School of Business, an International Advisory Board Member of York University's Schulich School of Business and is on the Board of United Way Toronto.
