Jaivir Nagi, India Head & Acquisitions Head (Global) for Online Partnerships, Google
Jaivir manages the Online Partnerships business for Google India. In this role, he leads publisher monetization products including Adsense, Admob and the DoubleClick suite.
Jaivir has spent over 5 years at Google in various roles. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for conceptualizing and launching the 10,000 Start-ups program at NASSCOM, in partnership with various technology leaders including Microsoft, Versign, Intel among others.
Prior to Google, Jaivir worked for 8years in the banking sector with the longest stint of 6years at Citibank. In his last role, he led a consumer banking vertical for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Jaivir also spent a year as an entrepreneur in a manufacturing set-up.
Jaivir is a commerce graduate with an MBA in Marketing.
James Joseph, Founder, Jackfruit365.com | @Jackfruit365
James Joseph is the founder of JackFruit365™- an initiative to create an organized market for Indian Jackfruits, 80 percent of which is reported to be wasted every year.
James has over 20 years of Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing experience in India, North America, and Europe with Globally reputed organizations like Microsoft, 3M and Ford. In his last role as the Director, Executive Engagement at Microsoft India; he was responsible for strengthening Microsoft’s relationship with the senior executives of top 200 enterprises in India. Prior to this role James was responsible for the manufacturing industry marketing for Microsoft UK. James is a recipient of several awards including Circle of Excellence, the highest award for Sales and Marketing employees across the world at Microsoft, Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year at TiEcon Kerala 2013, New Age ICON d’ YOUTH Kerala 2011, etc. In addition James serves as a guest lecturer at IIM Kozhikode and regularly speaks at KSIDC and TiE events to promote entrepreneurship among youth in Kerala.
Jane Rowe, Head Private Equity, Senior Vice-President, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan
Jane Rowe heads Teachers’ Private Capital, the private equity arm of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. She is also responsible for the organization’s international strategy pertaining to its expanding physical presence and the management of the Long Term Equities group. Ms. Rowe serves on the board of Cadillac Fairview, Teachers’ wholly-owned real estate subsidiary, and she is the chair of the Investments Division Credit and Counterparty Committee.
Prior to joining Teachers' in October 2010, she was Executive Vice-President, Special Accounts Management and Retail Credit Risk at Scotiabank. Previously, she held senior roles at Scotia Merchant Capital Corporation, the bank's Canadian private equity fund, was President and CEO of RoyNat Capital Inc., Scotiabank's wholly-owned mid-market merchant bank, and was President and CEO of Scotia Mortgage Corporation.
Ms. Rowe received a B.Comm. (Hons) from Memorial University, an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business, and has ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is an Advisory Board Member of Memorial University's School of Business, an International Advisory Board Member of York University's Schulich School of Business and is on the Board of United Way Toronto.
Janmejaya Sinha, Chairman - India, BCG
Janmejaya Sinha is Chairman of BCG's India Practice and also a BCG Fellow doing research on the subject of Family Businesses. He is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Henderson Institute Innovation Sounding Board, which is dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and guiding upstream innovation at BCG. Previously served as Chairman of the Asia-Pacific region between 2009 – 2018 and as a member of the firm's Executive Committee between 2006 – 2018.
He has deep expertise in managing conflict in family owned businesses. He has worked extensively with clients across the world over a range of issues encompassing large scale organization transformation, strategy, governance, family business issues and operations turnaround. He has been a member of various committees set up by Government of India, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Indian Banks' Association (IBA), and Chair's Confederation of Indian Industry's Committee on Financial Inclusion and Fintech. He was a member of the Committee of Chief Ministers on adoption of Digital Payments.
He writes extensively in the press and is a regular speaker at the WEF, CII, IBA, FICCI, RBI and other media events. He is a co-author of the book titled “Your Strategy Needs A Strategy” published by Harvard Business Review Press and has co-edited the book titled "Own The Future" published by Wiley. In 2010, the Consulting Magazine named him one of the Top 25 most influential consultants in the world.
Prior to joining The Boston Consulting Group he worked with the Reserve Bank of India for several years across different departments. He has also worked briefly for the World Bank. Dr. Sinha has a Ph.D from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University, US, a BA and an MA in Economics from Clare College, Cambridge University, UK and a BA and an MA in History from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University, India
Japneet Kaur, Partner, Deloitte India
Japneet brings 14+ years of experience in Human Capital consulting with the last 10 years dedicated to People Analytics. Prior to joining Deloitte, Japneet was at Accenture for 14 years where she led Accenture’s Talent and Organization Analytics client delivery practice globally, helping clients leverage the power of data and analytics to inform and shape their people actions spanning across areas like future workforce, reskilling, hybrid work, I&D, culture, well-being and collaboration.
Jasdeep Singh, Senior Principal and Consulting Head, South Asia, IQVIA
Jasdeep is a Senior Principal located out of IQVIA’s corporate office in Mumbai, and heads the Consulting and Services business for South Asia. He also drives the Private Equity program and cross-border collaboration work.
Jasdeep has been in the healthcare and pharma industry for over 15 years and is a trusted advisor to leading domestic and MNC companies. He is a healthcare consultant with on-ground industry experience across functions of R&D and strategy, across emerging and regulated markets. His core expertise lies in large strategy and growth oriented projects, Pricing and Market Access strategies, market entry and expansion strategies, organization restructuring and commercial due-diligence.
Prior to joining IQVIA, Jasdeep had his stints at Monitor Group and Ranbaxy (EA to CEO). He is part of many industry forums, as speaker, especially forums focusing on Private Equity and Life Sciences.
Jasdeep has done his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University, Executive Education Program from London Business School and his Undergrad Degree from IIT Delhi.
Jasjit Sawhney, Founder, Chairman & MD, Net4 India Limited
Mr. Jasjit Sawhney, Founder, Chairman & MD, Net4 India Limited, graduated in Law from University of London and simultaneously studied Development Economics of India. He started his professional career as a trader at London's foreign exchange bourses. His interest in Internet sector urged him to join a startup ISP in London, UK- ONet Ltd. The startup that quickly grew to become a premier London- Internet service provider. His quick learning attributes led to a thorough understanding of the business, especially in customer services and operations and he ended his stint as Director Operations. Jasjit is a key member of the CII National Committee on Telecommunications and on the board of NIXi a Ministry of IT, Govt. of India, funded company.
Jasmine Kaur, CEO, The Green Snack Co.
The Green Snack Co. is a venture in the health food space which seems to have successfully turned a few myths on their head. First, that healthy food can't be tasty and second, that packaged food can't be healthy. Equipped with her knowledge of Nutrition & Dietetics, Jasmine, a business school graduate decided to switch from her professional calling of Banking & Retail to her personal raison d’être and set out, a year and a half ago, to purse her passion for creating a brand and a product line that is revolutionary in terms of ingredients, technology as well as format, and can truly cater to the massive unmet need for authentic healthy snacking in the country.

Jason Sambanju, MD, Paul Capital
Jason Sambanju joined Paul Capital in August 2007 and is Co-Head of Paul Capital’s Asian operations. Based in Hong Kong, his responsibilities include sourcing, executing and closing secondary private equity transactions as well as the general development of Paul Capital’s business within the region. Mr. Sambanju’s eleven years of transactional experience prior to Paul Capital includes seven years at Symphony Capital Partners where, as a Principal, he sourced, executed, monitored and realised growth equity and buyout investments across a range of industries and Asian jurisdictions. Prior to this, he was an Associate in Deutsche Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions investment banking group in New York focusing on US-European cross-border transactions. Mr. Sambanju has dual bachelor degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (from the Wharton School and College of Arts & Sciences) and spent a year at the London School of Economics.
Jaspal Bindra, Executive Chairman, The Centrum Group
Mr. Jaspal Bindra is the Executive Chairman of The Centrum Group – a leading domestic integrated financial services group. He is a seasoned Banker with a successful global MNC career of over 30 years. He was previously the Asia-Pacific Head of Standard Chartered Bank and has also worked with Bank of America & UBS. He has vast expertise in all areas of banking including Treasury, Capital markets, Investment Banking and Consumer Banking.
Under his leadership, the Centrum Group has diversified its operations from a fee based business to a fee cum lending model with the introduction of Housing Finance, SME & Micro Finance businesses.
He is currently the Chairman of FICCI’s Maharashtra Council and a Governing Board Member of XLRI.
