Ganesh K R, Executive Director, Mergers & Acquisitions-Tax & Regulatory Service, PwC India
Ganesh KR is an executive director in the Mergers & Acquisitions-Tax & Regulatory Service of PwC India. He is responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions in the south zone comprising of Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Having joined the India firm in 2000 as an associate, Ganesh has spent more than ten years advising Indian and multinational clients in the areas of mergers, demergers and re-organisation, corporate restructuring, foreign investment consulting, establishment of joint ventures, international tax, corporate law and other regulatory issues.
Ganesh has over 13 years of professional experience in the field of taxation, corporate laws, foreign direct investment, regulatory and exchange control matters. He has also provided pre-investment and structuring advice, entry strategies, corporate and regulatory compliances and other legal and procedural issues relating to capitalisation of companies. Ganesh is also an alumni of the Genesis Park programme of PwC Global on leadership development that was profiled by the Harvard Business School as one of the most innovative leadership development initiatives.
Ganesh has been associated with the Mysore Chapter of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India as faculty member for subjects such as corporate laws and secretarial practice. He is a familiar speaker at various seminars and conferences organised by leading business chambers and associations.
Ganesh is a lawyer, Company Secretary and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Ganesh Lakshminarayanan, CEO Airtel Enterprise Business, Airtel
Ganesh is responsible for strengthening Airtel’s market leadership in the B2B segment further and accelerating growth as enterprises undergo digital transformation to become future ready. He brings with him rich experience in the IT and technology sector. In his last role at Dell, he was the President and MD of Dell India. He has also been an advisor to start-ups like Practo, Belong and Porter and has served on the executive councils of NASSCOM and FICCI.

Ganesh N Prabhu, Professor, Strategy, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
Ganesh is Professor of Strategy at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He did his post-graduation from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and is a Fellow (PhD) of IIM Ahmedabad. He teaches strategy and new product development in the MBA program at IIMB. He was earlier a nominated member of the India Design Council. His research has been on technology and strategy and he mentors aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small firms.

Ganesh Raja, Solutions Architect, Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd
Ganesh Raja is a Solutions Architect with Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd where he is responsible for educating companies with the service offerings of the AWS platform, as well as helping them in their architecture with their best practices to build highly scalable and resilient applications on the AWS Cloud. He is also actively involved in running the AWS Meetup in Bangalore and is passionate about Big Data.
Prior to joining Amazon, he was responsible for working with large International Banks on architecting applications for Performance & Scale. In the past, Ganesh has also lived and worked out of the United States and UK as part of various Services Delivery roles.
Mr. Raja has a Post Graduate Degree from the University of Liverpool specializing in Information Technology. He likes spending time with family and friends and is a music lover. He enjoys travelling extensively.

Ganesh Ramakrishnan, Principal - Private Equity, Tata Capital Limited
Ganesh Ramakrishnan is a Principal with Tata Capital Growth Fund. He is a founding member of Tata Capital Growth Fund and focuses on investing in technology, pharma, telecom, consumer and education sectors. He began his career as an Analyst with Capital One. He has also worked with IBM, Cognizant and Deloitte. He holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Ganesh Rao, Partner, Trilegal
Ganesh Rao is Partner at Trilegal, and is part of the corporate practice group specializing in asset management and funds.
In addition to his core practice advising GPs, he regularly acts as counsel to LPs (including DFIs, pensions funds, corporations and family offices) on their investments in private funds and other investment programs.
Ganesh has represented clients such as Alta Advisers, Arohi, Australian Super, Bain group, Blackrock, Blackstone, CDC, Clearwater Capital, ICICI group, IFC, ITC group, JM Financial, JP Morgan, Kaizen, Kotak group, Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, Nalanda Capital, Nomura, Omidyar Networks, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Saama Capital, State Bank of India group and UTI Capital.

Ganesh is also featured as one of the ‘40 under 40’ outstanding legal professionals by Asian Legal Business and Thomson Reuters.
Ganesh is an alumnus of NUJS, Kolkata, India, and is a member of the Bar Council of Karnataka, India. Prior to joining Trilegal, Ganesh was a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners.

Ganesh Rengaswamy, Co - founder, Quona Capital

Ganesh Rengaswamy focuses on Quona’s investments in India and Southeast Asia. Before co-founding Quona, Ganesh led Accion Frontier Investments’ work in India. Ganesh is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture investor.
Prior to joining Accion Frontier Investments in 2014, Ganesh was a General Partner of Lok Capital, a venture growth fund that invests in social enterprises with innovative and technologically advanced services in financial inclusion, education and employability. Ganesh previously served as the Asia Director for Unitus Inc., a global organization that works to reduce poverty by finding commercially sustainable solutions in financial inclusion.
Prior to Unitus, he led the entry of Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund Greylock Partners into the Indian market and co-founded Travelguru.com, which was acquired by Travelocity. Early in his career, Ganesh worked for Infosys where he was responsible for customer acquisition and growth engagements for US-based Fortune 1000 clients.
Ganesh current and past investment and entrepreneurial advisory roles include Unitus Seed Fund, Village Capital, the Indian Angel Network, Accion Venture Lab, GSF Accelerator, IIM-Ahmedabad and ISB, and he has been featured on Bloomberg, CNBC, and The Economic Times.
Ganesh previously served on the boards of Hippocampus Learning Centres, Rural Shores and Shubham.

Ganesh Thyagarajan, Vice President & Global Head of Cloud Channels, Automation Anywhere
Ganesh Thyagarajan is the Vice President & Global head of Cloud Channels at Automation Anywhere. Having spent over 24 years in the IT industry, Ganesh has donned various leadership positions in Technology, Global Delivery, Product Development, and Engineering to mention a few. He has also helped strategize on product roadmaps and platforms with startup’s, as well as large firms like Capillary technologies, OnMobile, Infosys, Baxter International, Arcot Inc, and has had an entrepreneurial stint as well. Prior to current role, he was the global head of Partner Success and he has helped build the partner enablement program for over 1500+ partners globally.

Ganesh Vasudevan, CEO, IndiaProperty.com
Ganesh Vasudevan is the Chief executive officer (CEO) of IndiaProperty.com Pvt. Ltd., a company that runs and manages online realty portal IndiaProperty.com. He is a seasoned business leader with extensive business development experience across roles in Sales, Strategic Alliances, Key Account Management and Direct Marketing. He has been particularly successful in seeding and growing greenfield ventures into large business in both the B2B and B2C spaces across consumer internet, banking, financial services and consumer durables industries. He began his career in sales at BPL Ltd, Chennai, where he was instrumental in launching what was probably the first online durable loan approval program in the country with HDFC Bank in 1999.
He was also credited with developing a rural marketing program to cover towns in the 50K pop stratum nationally. He subsequently moved to Standard Chartered Bank, where he established the Customer Value Management Channel for the Bank for South India. After a stellar stint at Standard Chartered, Ganesh took on a challenging role at Tata-AIG Life Insurance Co Ltd, where he established direct marketing and CRM programs for the company and subsequently handled national level positions in Sales and Channel Management. In his latest responsibility, he was head of National Accounts and Wealth Management, with a specific focus on strategic alliances in the NBFC vertical.
Ganesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Karaikudi where he stood second in the university. He is an alumnus of T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal where he specialized in Marketing and Finance. Passionate about music, Ganesh enjoys singing and is part of a local music band in Chennai. He also loves tinkering with gadgets and assembling them.
