Anil has over 22 years of experience in advanced analytics, market research and management consulting. Prior to Absolutdata, Anil worked at McKinsey & Co. and Personify.
Anil is very passionate about Analytics and its potential impact on decision making. He is constantly looking for means to leverage analytics innovatively to improve business decision making.
Anil has a Ph.D and masters in Marketing from Cornell University. He has published various Marketing articles in leading management and academic journals such as McKinsey Quarterly, Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research and International Journal of Research.
Anil has been an invited speaker at many industry conferences as well as top business schools such as Dartmouth, Berkeley, Cornell, Yale, Columbia and New York University.
He was recently listed among the ‘10 Most Influential Analytics Leaders in India’ by the Analytics Magazine India and has been quoted as a “Game Changer” in the Research World Magazine from ESOMAR.
Anil is also on the board of Edutopia, an innovative start-up in the language learning space.
In his free time, Anil likes to read when indoors and hike when he is outdoors. He recently climbed a 6000 meter peak in the Himalayas.

Dr. Anu T Singh is Chief Scientific Officer at Dabur Research Foundation (DRF). She joined Dabur in the year 1998.
Anu holds a doctorate degree in Endocrinology /Tumor Biology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. She carried out her postdoctoral research at the National Institute of Immunology (NII) Delhi in the field of cell signaling in adenocarcinomas. She has more than 30 years of research experience in Oncology focused on the discovery & development of NCEs for the treatment of cancer.
Anu leads the R&D team of Dabur Research Foundation. The team at DRF has domain expertise in preclinical biology and operates as drug discovery & Development partner to global pharmaceutical & biotechnology companies.DRF provides a comprehensive range of services for pharmacological, biological, and analytical testing in therapeutics areas inclusive of Oncology, Metabolic diseases, inflammation Immunomodulation, Dermatology, Hair Biology, and Gastric diseases.
Dr. Singh contributed to the successful development and global commercialization in the year 2007 of a nanoparticle based paclitaxel formulation viz Nanoxel TM for breast and ovarian cancers. She was involved in the successful development of a peptide based anticancer drug DRF7295 that was out-licensed to a European pharma major.
Dr. Singh & her team have deep expertise in the repurposing of pharmaceutical compounds for new uses in underserved and unmet areas of healthcare. The most recent successful application has been to repurpose and benchmark compounds for the treatment and/or management of COVID 19.
Dr. Singh holds more than 100 international patents and several more in India. She has published and presented more than 70 research papers in peer-reviewed journals & scientific meetings. She has active collaborations with academic institutions, and other research organizations and has trained more than 150 biotechnology and pharmacy students. Dr. Singh holds memberships in several scientific committees and has presented her scientific contributions at several International and Indian meetings.

Dr. Anu Vaidyanathan is the Founder of PatNMarks, an Intellectual Property Consulting firm with offices in Austin, Bangalore and Chennai.
Anu is an active academic whose research interests include Telecommunications, Computer Engineering and Intellectual Property Law. She received her PhD in Electrical Engineering at UC Canterbury setting the Department and University record in 26 months. She has been affiliated with both the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad teaching courses in Computer Architecture, Innovation and Business Policy.
Anu is a regular speaker at forums on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership and a 2012 INK Fellow. Having started PatNMarks right out of college as a fledgling startup, Anu has modeled the long-term vision at PatNMarks to provide cost-effective advice and a high standard of deliverables.
Anu is also an award-winning endurance athlete representing India in long-course triathlon.

Dr Aparna Hegde is the Founder, Chairperson and Managing Trustee of ARMMAN, a Mumbai-based nonprofit dedicated to the wellbeing of mothers and children under the age five. ARMMAN’s projects make innovative use of mobile technology to maximize outreach and achieve scale and have impacted more than 6 lakh lives. Dr. Hegde is also one of the very few fellowship trained urogynecologists in the country. She is the Co-Founder and Director of UPHI (Urogynecology and Pelvic Health Institute), a tertiary, clinical and academic centre of excellence in Urogynecology and Pelvic reconstructive surgery in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, India. She was awarded a two year IUGA (International Urogynecological Association) fellowship which she completed in the prestigious department of Urogynecology at Cleveland Clinic Florida. She is an accomplished researcher with a master’s degree from Stanford University and is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Urogynecology Journal and the Education Committee of the IUGA. She is invited internationally to speak on her research in multicompartment imaging of the pelvic floor.
Dr. Hegde is a TEDx speaker and was also featured as one of the five global women leaders featured in the 2015 Voice of America documentary, “A Single Step: Journeys of Women Leaders” narrated by Academy award winning actress Sally Field.
